I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

And then had 45 minutes to vacuum and mop my floors. And she still didn't finish that. The largest and most used room was untouched. She had time left but she wanted to go at her slow pace. It was odd because she didn't seem to have what she needed to wipe the floor. And she didn't use a vacuum to pick up the dirt and trash. She didn't move any chairs around to get under things or under any rugs. There was no heavy lifting that would have taken this long. In my opinion she had enough time to do what was asked of her. It shouldn't take 2 hours to clean the floor and do 2 bathrooms. I can do all that within an hour. I think bc it's an hourly service vs. a project service they take advantage. My regular maid cab deep clean my house by herself in 4 hours! I can do all of that in much shorter time. I use a vacuum and my mop kit. I want ti like them. And use them again. After experiencing her services I do believe the negative ones, including the review that she was caught eating someone's refrigerator content in the security camera. Cameras don't lie. I hired her for move in / move out deep cleaning. The house was empty and there was no trash. I needed her to actually clean, like vacuum and wipe surfaces. She showed up by herself, with her husband driving her and sitting in the car, light equipment, and texted me 1 hour later that she is all done. I came back and none of the cleaning I requested was done. I wipe surfaces and it shows a lot of dust which is exactly what I told her to clean. It was getting dark and she was getting aggressive demanding money. I sent her the money to make her go away and I was going to call the police if she did not. Later, she said she won't actually come back to clean the house and make it right, because I already paid her; She gloated about this, saying that I can't do anything about it because I paid her already. Her attitude was very entitled and her tone was that she did me a favor. Her pricing was higher than a 6 person crew that came to clean a house twice the size, that showed up with a lot of supplies, and spent 7 hours deep cleaning. Mirrors and sliding door windows were still dusty and had visible marks - In order to book, you have to fill out a lengthy online booking form AND a mini text confirmation. I don't mind the extra work, I get that they need to know what is being requested however I didn't understand the point as it did not seem this info was communicated to the cleaner. The agency did tell us we could point out the extra spots of concern to the cleaner directly. On the text form, I marked "yes" for "wash trash bin" and "windows clean", neither were completed - For our balcony, I also marked "yes" for "balcony/patio sweep/mop". I also put a note asking to be mindful of the neighbors below as I do not want any of the debris getting to their unit. I showed the cleaner the additional task on the balcony which required taking out leaves, cobwebs, twigs, and other dirt buildup. While checking out the spot, the cleaner started throwing twigs off the balcony. It didn't get on the other units but I was a bit thrown off by that. When she was leaving and saying goodbye, I noticed only the additional task was done and not the basic sweep/mop of the balcony, as requested on the text form. I asked her about the rest of the balcony and she responded saying she did what I asked. I clarified that I was hoping for the rest of the balcony to be cleaned. She responded sure and quickly went over to vacuum the area (not sweep or mop). There was a bit of change in tone, it felt as if she was bothered by the request. - Unfortunately after she finished the area it was still a bit dirty. She did ask if we checked everything else and if she needed to fix other items, but by then we didn't want to ask anymore based off the way she went back to work on the balcony. We were no longer comfortable asking about the other sections. I understand that we should have flagged all of our concerns while the cleaner was still there, so that part is on us! We're on the quieter side and should have mentioned it but we also didn't want to helicopter and micromanage especially when the items missed are standard requests for a regular cleaning, not a deep clean. We did address our concerns to the agency and they were very quick to reply and offered to send the cleaner back but we politely declined. ------ Overall - working with the agency was quick and easy however it may have just been the specific cleaner we were paired with that didn't match our needs. My normal house cleaning is independent and it's just her and friend doing through their small business. Being my first time I wanted to check their work closely. A quick swipe of the kitchen counters with my finger and I was pretty disappointed. At first look it looks clean but it was not. I moved over the breakfast bar counter and the same thing. Almost like they quickly just wiped everything with a damp cloth "a very surface level of clean". I moved to other top flat services and it was the same experience through the downstairs. Picture frames were not dusted. Anything that was on the counter was not moved in order to clean under it. This was a "regular house clean" not a deep clean, but to me these are all basic cleaning fundamentals. The price was 30% higher than what I'm used to paying my regular house cleaner.
