As I'm walking to the front, Michael comes from the back and asks if I need help. I said im grabbing the restroom key. ( I don't need his help, just stating what I was doing, as if I wasn't already helped by someone who was present ). He then goes OFF and was like "how does everyone know we have a bathroom key?!?!? ONLY PAINTERS COME IN HERE!!!!! I said the bathroom line next door was long. He then proceeds to embarrass himself by saying " well If it was a 31 flavors next door would you go and ask for the bathroom???! " I said EXCUSE ME? Came here recently to purchase a very specific paint color with a semi-gloss finish for my home. As it turns out, the paint industry has made purchasing options super complicated because there are all different types of coatings that have different benefits. For instance, some lines offer better UV protection to withstand hot temperatures, whereas others can be utilized both for interior and exterior painting. Needless to say, the options can be overwhelming. Thankfully, Jacob assisted me and was patient and knowledgeable enough to explain all of the various nuances to me. Ultimately, I went with a line that was a bit more expensive, but doesn't require primer, which worked out for my particular job since I simply wanted to re-paint an already painted surface. I honestly learned so much from speaking to Jacob and he was gracious enough to even give me some tips on how to complete the painting job myself. Although the paint here is definitely pricier than any paint you'd buy at a home improvement store, I must say the quality of the paint here is far superior and in line with the old adage that you get what you pay for. If you choose to visit this location, definitely ask for Jacob!

I took a piece of the antique with me to the store. I was helped as soon as I walked in, and they color matched the piece perfectly. The paint went on easy and settled on the piece beautifully.
