Daniel's Tire service is the way to go! I've taken my work truck in multiple times for various jobs. Brake pads/rotors, oil changes, new battery, you name it. They've always been a pleasure to work with and are very communicative, especially compared to other options in the area. Because of their awesome job with my work truck, I've also brought in my personal Subaru. They fixed the A/C, installed new brake pads/rotors, did an oil change, and replaced control arms ALL IN THE SAME DAY. Before doing any work on the control arms, Joe even texted me photos of what he was looking at, and he kept me updated as the job progressed. Great service!! I just had my transmission replaced only for days later realizing I needed new brakes and rotors, I was hesitant to reach out after the ordeal with my transmission at another facility. Luckily angel answered and he said come in the same day early in the morning, to which my car brakes and rotors were fixed in a short time frame, and the price was decent. I came in because one of my tires had lower pressure than the others. Joe quickly checked it out and suspected a slow leak since my tires were pretty old. He added air to all the tires and told me to come back if the same one lost pressure again, so he could check for a leak. Sure enough, a few weeks later that tire was low again, so I made an appointment for the next day. Now, as a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I usually brace myself anytime I go to a car shop--because I know I'm about to get upsold on all sorts of "necessary" fixes and end up spending way more than expected. Joe did point out that my tires were mismatched brands (oops!) and about five years old, showing me the cracks and worn treads. So I thought, here we go... But to my surprise, about an hour later, he had patched the tire and sent me on my way--no gimmicks, no pressure, no upsell. Just honest, straightforward service. Walked in early on a Friday, and the door was open BEFORE the shop was "open". Frank greeted me very professionally right when I walked in. I told him I was just looking to get a tired plugged because it had a screw in it. He let me know that they do patches there, and when their tech showed up he have him get to work on it. Right when Rambo got in I over heard quite a list of jobs he had to do that day. Even being short staffed that day due to some illnesses (flu/cold season) Rambo knocked out the patch quickly and efficiently. Great service, quick, and accurate. read more

I've never written a Yelp review before, but I absolutely had to for this place. My car's tire pressure light came on, so I took it to Jiffy Lube the day before, but they couldn't find anything and just topped off the air. The next day, the light was still on, so I decided to stop by here before class. Frank quickly spotted a screw in my tire and assured me they could fix it right away. When I mentioned I had a class to get to, they jumped on it and had the tire replaced in under 20 minutes. Great price, super fast service, and it's clear that these folks really enjoy what they do. I never leave yelp reviews, but I am not happy. I called them beforehand to bring my car in for a tire rotation and balancing. I had taken my car in to get an oil change a month prior to Valvoline and my car was running fine. I dropped the car off, no problems. I get a phone call about two hours later from Joe. He tells me my struts, suspension, battery, sway bars, brakes, power steering, and radiator all need to be replaced asap. I ask him how much it will all cost and he doesn't give me an exact price. I tell him I just need the tire rotation and that I'll take it into my family mechanic. He tells me "Oh I'll put your car back together then!" What an off thing to say. They call me to pick up my car, I come and pick it up. Upon entering, Joe informs me that I upset him by saying I'd take it to my mechanic. I explain to him nicely my situations in the past with previous mechanics. He shows me all the testing he did on my car, and tells me he would give me a copy. I ask him why he took my car apart when I just asked for a tire balancing. He tells me "Oh, I'm just that kind of guy." Then comes to payment. Joe tells me my total and says "We take cash, card, IOU's..." and winked at me. I laughed it off, swipe my card, doesn't go through. He's getting upset, I try another card, doesn't go through. Their system is down. He tells me "It's fine, I got it" visibly irritated, then refuses to give me a copy of my receipt or the "testing" he did on my car. Took it into my mechanic today and all of the "codes" Joe said my car popped for never popped up once while I was with my mechanic. All in all, I felt very disrespected by Joe and his dishonesty. I've had too many experiences like this in the past from other mechanics and I'm writing this to warn other women not to get screwed over by the mechanics here. read more

Customer service was good and very friendly. All I needed was to have my tires rotated and balanced since I purchased them there with their warranty. Then for some reason they felt they wanted to inspect the vehicle. They came back to me and said I need a new radiator a new water pump and I said I just took this to Valvoline two weeks ago and none of this was brought to my attention and I picked up my car and I asked him how much did I owe them and they said our computers are down I asked for a copy of the print out what was wrong with my car and they never gave it to me.
