I'm very A type personality and very OCD, so the name of this company caught my eye. They lived up to my every expectation and more. We rent so we aren't very good about cleaning the carpets. We've been in our place for 8 years now and last had the carpets cleaned 3 years ago. I alway used Stanley Steemer, but have been disappointed in their pricing and the longevity of the cleaning, so I looked for something new I can't believe the stains OCD removed! I was certain we would have to pay to replace the carpets when we eventually move but after our cleaning with OCD, the carpet looks like the day we moved in 8 years ago. The work OCD does is no less than that of a true magician. I never thought it could be possible to make carpets this clean! We have boys and dogs, and 15+ year-old, light-colored, upholstered arm chairs, ottoman and a couch. Once cleaned, the arm chairs and ottoman look great - renewed! At the outset, Jordan highlighted possible issues due to the couch's fine fabric. It was greatly improved, but some anticipated "greyness" remained. I could tell that they really care about family first and doing a great job, not trying to nickel and dime for every little mark on the floor. Our four rooms, hallways, and closets were cleaned in about two hours. Such a wonderful feeling to step onto clean carpets! Well, after the drying period that is. :) My only feedback would be if it is possible to get a more precise arrival window. Even a 30 minute window is preferable. OCD gave a one-hour AM window, arrival between 9-10, but for those of us with kids, sports, activities etc. I had to rush to get them out the door before 9 to wait for an arrival at 9:50. read more

Jordan was fantastic help in getting me situated in preparing our 1995 home. We had just purchased this and it had to be cleaned in all carpet and tile areas so before the movers came. Also Jordan had tried to get to our home a week earlier as scheduled, despite huge fire warnings around the home, so I knew this was one dedicated worker! While sis knowledge base was incredibly detailed, and thorough, Jordan kept a set price, and went above and beyond to clean extra paint flecks on tile and carpet that the previous owners left. By the time he was done, it was getting late into the evening, because I knew he was doing the most amazing, thorough job, ever! My husband and I had just purchased a home that felt like it was in the right location, price and size but it was 25 years old.
