We were visiting my niece for a high school graduation and I wanted to get my nails done before hand and happen to come across this nail salon and it truly did not disappoint. I had Kim as my manucurist and she was fabulous. I like how detailed oriented she was. I had so many compliments on my French manicure from my family and friends. I also had a pedicure as well and it was truly relaxing and turned out beautiful. Fresno is lucky to have her there. Would definitely go back when I'm in town. read more

Updating my review: after COVID they now accept appointments. They do this to limit the amount of people in the nail salon. To me this adds two more stars. They are very clean, very professional, detailed, reasonably priced. I've had to go to other while they were closed because of Covid. Let me tell you I appreciate all those details! If I could give it zeros I would. I genuinely try to give people second chances so against the advice of others I tried this place out shocker it is as bad as I've heard. I had a younger lady who was friendly she did my nails and I saw a nail design with marble she then hand drew some squiggly lines and I tried to be polite and just say okay thank you, again still my fault for leaving unsatisfied I have plenty of polish and I didn't want to make her feel bad. HOWEVER I do draw a line at safety and considering I just got them done Saturday 2/9/19 the majority (6/10) should NOT be lifting from the front of the nail on 2/13/19 I called to try and at least a portion of my total back this was a late anniversary gift we just had a baby & I can't afford to pay another salon to fix the work they should have done right in the first place & Why would I trust the people educating & employing her to fix my nails anyway? I visited this place for the first time last night and I am so happy that I stumbled across it. This place is so clean and well kept which is very important for me. It is run by a husband and his wife, they are welcoming and warm. The wife did my nails , she is gentle and my nails came out so beautifully. I absolutely love them. So I've been coming here since the beginning of the year. I've actually been coming to this shop before the new ownership, it's right by my house so it's convenient. When they first reopened, the wife and husband were cool. The wife, Kim, has been doing my nails for a while and I've always came out satisfied with them. But these last past months, their service deteriorated. They don't accept appointments anymore, which is beyond me. I'm a returning, consistent customer and with my work schedule, I can't come in at any time. After 5pm, which are peak times. I shouldn't have to wait either but since they're only accepting walk-ins, I've been working with that. But I always call beforehand so I don't waste my time. But today, Sunday. I called around 2pm asking when will Kim be available, he said a little over an hour; I was like ok I'll call back in an hour, he said ok. But since they only accept walk-ins, I assumed that it'd be ok for me to just go there. So I did, walked in a little bit before 3:30pm, mind they close at 4:30pm, and they told me they were closing early today at 4pm. I was just like, wow you couldn't told me that over the phone. That was just the last straw. Their business strategy is something else. They rather take walk-ins than appointments. I mean I get it, appointments aren't always "set" but with returning customers, I think you should keep those kinds. Also, as I said before, their service deteriorating. As I'm waiting for my turn, multiple times, other potential customers come in, I don't even hear anyone greeting them or telling them how long is the wait. I seen a few people come in, sit a few minutes, nothing said, then leave. If they're not working on you that moment, the service there sucks. Other than that, they'll do a good job. read more

Owners do an excellent job with overlay. Place appears cleaner than most nail salons I've been to.

Love this place so close to my house. I've been coming here since it opened and I love the owners. I always get simple one color gel nails and they last me a full month! I've never got acrylic nails or anything fancy done here so I don't know how they do. But the place is clean. The owner is always cleaning and washing. The wait can be long if you go on the weekend or after work. I go during the week in the middle of the day and never wait. My husband and I like to get our pedicures done together! If you need a quick 10-15 min pedicure with half nails cut please visit here. They don't sanitize nail clippers and nail tools after every customer. What she used on me without cleaning she used on the next customer. I don't think every employee have license from state. read more

First of all, I have studied multi languages and these people talk about their customers in their language and not in a good way. Make sure you tip well because they base their service on how well you tip them and sometimes they will even skip you. I don't believe everyone working here is licensed from the state and doesn't look like they sterilize their equipment right. I will not be returning not only because of their horrible customer service, but because they do a very lousy job. I advice others to go somewhere else. read more
