Used their mobile App to place an order for a baked salmon bowl. Super easy ordering process through the app, highly recommend to avoid wait times! It estimated 15 minutes until my order was ready, and when I walked in 15 minutes later it was ready to go. The salmon is delicious, the sauce is delicious, and I love the addition of the cucumber, masago, green onions and crunchy straws. I've been ordering from here for a while now, I even have their app and I placed an order on line and went to pick it up once i got home i realize it was missing of the crunchy toppings i had asked for and I found it to be spicy, which I don't like, and I called to see if there was anything that could be done and they informed me that one of the sources I ordered had wasabi in it and I informed them that i was unaware of that and that I never order anything from there that's spicy and my ofer never changes and they did absolutely nothing to help fix my problem. Second time coming here. I came with my daughter and first time the girl that helped us was great this time around not so much. Worst customer service I received in a while. She did not see happy to work there and maybe was having a bad day cuz hey we all have them but working in customer service you've got to learn how to control your emotions and wear that smile so fake no one will be able to tell. Anyway, I wish I got her name but she was rude. . . I ordered 6 poke bowls. Anyway, the salmon was running low and she did the scoop for the first bowl ordered. Second bowl with salmon had like 4 pieces of salmon ....... shady!!!! So hell yes I called her out and asked if I can have more salmon and she gave me the rudest look and I told her that bowl had way more and she was so annoyed (you can totally tell) and said, "it goes by weight" okay first off, where the scale at? Second off, hold your facial expressions when working for customer service. I told her to go ahead and give me extra and she said it was a certain amount more and I said that was fine. I already wanted to walk out and go down the street to the other poke place but one of the other girls started helping (same girl from first time we came here) her and was super nice and totally customer savvy. Poke to me is good, but the place down the street is just as good. I won't be coming back here. I manage several medical offices and customer service comes first. I thrive to make sure all my employees treat our clients/patients with every amount of respect. Even if they're not nice. Wow is about all I can say. Stop by here to pick up dinner for the family and since our normal go to poke shop closes at 8pm figured we would try them out can't go wrong with poke right? Well let start off with the attitude of the man giving us the cold shoulder while ordering our bowls. He ask what protein we always get the salmon. There two scoops were about five little cubes. So they have smaller portions I can live with that. Now we get to the toppings. Tell him what my daughter wants and then he added spicy crab all over not what we ask for on a 7yr olds food. We let him know his wife came over and asked about ten times we will put it on the other bowl. No we said we don't want any spicy crab he then proceeded to scoop it out with his hand smearing it all over the rest of the bowl. Now to the other toppings one slice of cucumber and the smallest portion of toppings. Okay so after all this we pay get home go to start eating and the salmon was mush. Never had salmon that is so squishy and falls apart and not in the good buttery way like a high grade piece of sashimi at a sushi bar. Hate to rant like this but wow I not sure how this place is still open and have so many good reviews. Spread your wings people this poke is not good at all. I have never had such awful customer service. Today I went in for my free bowl. I was so excited until I got to the register and was told anything extra wasn't free. Since when does that stated on the card? Keep in mind it doesn't. Then when I say fine okay I'll pay the total I get told "Oh it has to be a $5 dollar minimum." So instead I got charged for my free bowl $15. I will never go back and neither will anyone in my family. When asked for a manager or supervisor I was also told she won't be back for a week. I normally don't write stuff like this however, it was necessary this time. First, they give way too much rice in proportion to the fish; literally the rice fills the bowl 4/5 of the way and they only give little bitch of fish. Second, we had one bowl for free from filling up our stamp cards all the way and the last time we came they told us that any size bowl was for free. However, when we gave our stamp card, the worker used the free bowl on our cheapest bowl; she then told us that because my brother and I are paying together she has to give the cheapest one free. Therefore, we told her that we would pay separately, so we can use our free bowl on the higher price one, but she told us that we had to pay together since we came together. I find this so ridiculous because if two friends came together and wanted to pay separately, would she have said the same thing? I don't think so. Overall, the proportion of fish to rice was awful and not only that the service was terrible. I don't recommend this place at all and hope you guys know that you've lost two customers now. read more
