My husband and I recently booked a couples massage at Ocean Spa Massage, and overall we had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we arrived. Both of our massage therapists were professional and attentive, and we left feeling refreshed and much less tense. The facility was clean, comfortable, and provided a nice escape from a busy day. The only thing that caught me a little off guard was being asked to pay before the massage. While I understand that every business has its own policies, I personally prefer paying after the service is completed. It wasn't a major issue, just something I wasn't expecting. This place is totally unprofessional. I went in for an hour massage and got the receptionist who simply patted me down for 40 minutes and then walked out. During the forty minutes, the "masseuse" simply placed the tip of her fingers on my shoulders, back and legs and then proceeded to bop her body back and forth. It seemed that she was practicing some sort of ritual which was truly strange. And to make it worse, she would stop and glance at the clock every 5 minutes. I had a truly terrible experience here with April. She seemed inexperienced from the start, and the massage was nothing like any thai massage I've ever had. At one point, she actually jumped on my back as if it were a wrestling move. I immediately asked for the massage to stop and requested my money back. The manager gave me my money back and apologized. This was not only uncomfortable but traumatic, as I felt unsafe and am now in pain. I would never return. read more

I've had many massages in my life, but nothing compares to what I experienced today with Jenny. She is absolutely incredible. Jenny is very thorough in addressing the areas you need special focus on. Stopped in yesterday for a one hour combo massage. Receptionist was pleasant and accommodating; even without appointment I was able to get in with a minimum wait. Massage room was clean and comfortable. Therapist did terrific work, especially on my sore calf muscles that were cramping after morning bike ride. Jessica was amazing! I got the combo foot & body massage for 60mins. Jessica made me feel very comfortable at all times. I came in for neck pain and she definitely released all the tension I was having. She put the right amount of pressure I needed. Jessica is very skillful and knowledgeable. Very clean space as well. This was hands down the best massage I have ever had. I just had a wonderful one hour massage with Jessica. I told her about my back problems and she was careful not to massage lower back to hard. Friendly people. Easy to find location. Incredibly affordable BUT, more importantly, an efficient and effective massage. We did the full body massage. Pretty generic and standard but that's not a bad thing. Good value for the massage. Worth checking it out, esp if budget is more of a concern. read more
