Unfortunately, our experience at check-in completely overshadowed what should have been a wonderful stay. After we had already checked in and paid the required incidental deposit, we were unexpectedly told to pay an additional deposit. When I questioned this, the Front Desk Supervisor, Michael, told us that if we did not pay immediately, our reservation would be canceled, despite the fact that our stay had already been paid for. What was even more disappointing was the way we were treated. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude, with repeated references to "hotel policy" rather than any genuine effort to help. This happened on my husband's birthday, and it completely ruined the beginning of our celebration. The property deserves five stars, but the customer service we received at the front desk was unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because no guest should be treated this way.

Nice balcony, and actually saw a hot air balloon land in the nearby parking lot! Pool area was decent with lots of lounge chairs and a few cabanas. They do have room service, plenty of parking, on-site spa (did not try), and a wine tasting room (did not try) near the restaurant ... separated from the hotel. The decor in the lobby area is a little dated, but neat and clean -- front desk staff were very friendly.

The passport photo was mailed in along with he paperwork needed. A few weeks later the photo, paperwork and a letter stating that the photo was not acceptable. It failed to mention the reason why. So I mentioned the situation as I was getting ready for the photo and I believe it may have been the manager that overheard my conversation. Both employees were baffled and surprised. They never had an issue before. Without hesitation the manager informed the employee to ring up my photo at have price and on top of that printed out a $10 off coupon (had to purchase something $10 or greater, which was fine since I needed to get a card). So I basically got the photo free. They showed me the app that they use for the passport photo before printing it out and handing it to the customer. They follow the guidlines. I didn't find anything wrong with the first passport photo. Crossing my finger that this photo will suffice. Thank you Walgreens for standing in and making it my second passport photo stop a pleasant one

Unfortunately, when I arrived there, the line was even longer, and they were unable to fit me in as well. Despite that experience, I still prefer getting my labs done at this Walgreens because the process is usually quick and efficient. Check-in is simple, and when timing works out, I'm generally in and out without any hassle. A few helpful tips for first-time visitors..... -Bring your photo ID and insurance card. -If you have a lab requisition from your physician, bring it with you. -If your provider submitted the order electronically, they can typically pull it up in their system. I've never had any issues receiving my lab results, and the staff have always been professional and courteous. My only suggestion would be to consider accommodating patients who have already checked in before the cutoff time, especially those who arrive before the 15-minute mark leading up to closing. It can be disappointing to complete the check-in process only to learn there isn't enough time to be seen. Overall, this is still one of my preferred locations for lab work because of the friendly staff and efficient service. If you're in the area and need labs done, just plan to arrive early and you should have a smooth experience. As always, you can thank me later!

She answered any and all of my questions and provided me with a few donated containers for my purchase. So far, the star of this visit are the scented lotion and hand wash. Can't recall the name. But they are pricier than the other products. I don't care at all. I LOVE the scent. As a matter of fact, I'm going in this weekend for some more of the hand soap. I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended! UPDATE: I went back in for more hand soap concentrate and some retinol serum. By the way, soap and lotion brand name is "Further". Alyssa assisted me and she is an absolute DOLL.
