Several issues that required prompt attention were delayed or mishandled, creating unnecessary stress and putting my housing situation at risk. The most concerning part of my experience involved the handling of our Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) lease termination request. My brother, an active-duty U.S. Marine, received military orders requiring relocation. Access Asset Management received his official military orders, a letter from the U.S. Marine Corps, and documentation supporting my status as his dependent. Adam spoke directly with his Staff Sergeant, he openly admitted to the staff Sergeant that they believed I was a liar. It just goes to show the level of professionalism these people carry. Despite receiving this information, our request was denied. Throughout the process, I felt that the matter was not reviewed with the level of care, objectivity, or understanding that an SCRA request deserves. Instead of relying on the documentation provided, decisions appeared to be made without fully evaluating the facts. After he admittedly stated he was not qualified to make said decision or a "forensic analyst" to properly assess the documents. He still continued to make that choice anyway. Mind you I have a degree in finance and work under a CFO for a nonprofit foundation where my day-to-day tasks include budgeting expenses, as well as internal audits...This forced us into a lengthy dispute that could have been avoided with proper diligence. I made every effort to resolve the matter professionally and without legal action. I organized the documentation, provided detailed explanations, and attempted to work collaboratively toward a resolution. Unfortunately, I consistently felt dismissed rather than heard. Another disappointing aspect was the level of professionalism displayed during communications. Adam is definitely a business owner that thrives and functions off of ego and emotion rather than logic; there is no real sense of humanity, compassion, empathy, and or justice unfortunately. Rather than focusing on resolving legitimate concerns, there were comments that I found dismissive and unprofessional, including assumptions that my communications were simply generated by ChatGPT instead of addressing the substance of the issues I raised. In the end, it is completely okay because life goes around and I pray and hope that his children or family never have to experience the level of treatment he expressed onto me and my family. But you also cannot go through life harming others, taking advantage of any one's pure intentions, profiting off of others misfortune or simply being a distasteful person and expect to go unscathed in this life. Another important thing to note is their office manager and coordinator renewal agent, are for lack of better word, lazy. They often drop the ball on time sensitive matters & don't fact check before responding to any email. I apologize for the words that make come off harshly, but simply it seems that they're a bunch of low-level intelligence people in that office including the administrative assistant but enjoy to speak in condescending tones. I believe property management companies have a responsibility to understand the laws they are enforcing, particularly when those laws involve protections for active-duty military members and their families. If a company is unsure how to process an SCRA request, it should seek appropriate legal guidance rather than making decisions that could adversely affect military families. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Access Asset Management--especially to active-duty military members or their families. I hope the company improves its training, communication, and understanding of federal protections so future tenants do not have to go through the same experience.

I am an owner and I deal with a lot of property managers. If I can use 3 words to describe…read moreprogressive property management, I would use "drag", "ghost" and "cheating". Unitiey and Cecilia are the two leasing managers I worked with and they suck. I'm risking my payout by writing this. I still have not got a penny from ppm after a week the cashier's check was deposited to ppm's account. Unitiey did great photos and great listing description and hosted 2 open houses and was able to locate a tenant for me within 3 weeks. I acknowledge her effort and give her credits for great marketing skills, but I scold her for missing most important point of being an owner's representative. She 1st didn't send out an inspection report before releasing keys. And I was told she would send out on 2 days before moving in. 2nd she released keys without my approval and without a renter's insurance policy in place, which were all agreed upon in lease. 3rd she omitted checking the interior of appliances and omitted dirty and unclean conditions of the fridge and then later on after moving in told owner it's "damages" in her inspection report sent 5 days after moving in .this is ethical issue more than breach of fudiciary duty. If she knew the issue, whyndid she release the keys unauthorizedly? if she omitted the issue, why did she use tenant's provided photo in her report. She is literally cheating on her inspection report. During the process, she asked me to reduce price because people is withdrawing their application, and 20 minutes after i said fine, let's reduce price, she told me ok, we have an application. She literally withhold that application information to push me for price reduction. When i confronted her boss about this, her boss explained that those 2 candidates didn't meet my qualifications requirements because I prefer dual income and no pet. I 'm like, they have 680 plus scores and have 3x income and they have enough qualifications and visited open houses. they are way better than the recommendation she made which had 2 collections and 634 fico. She even missed 1 collections from this candidate and she calls thos 680 plus one not "qualified " ? Cecilia's story is simple. she is a ghosting expert. Last week, because of unitiey's ommition of the fridge condition, tenants wanted to have a replacement fridge. So i drafted the fridge addendum and asked tennats to sign. One signed last week and the other one hasn't. I constantly asked her to remind tenants to sign promptly so we can move forward with an agreement and tenants can have the new fridge. From friday to today, no response from cecilia and my movers showed up at the door and wanted to have access. called her texted her and again, no response. had to call her office front desk to get connected to her and again she said she doesn't know about the signatures. I had to drop by and we heard water is running inside of the home, side gate was open, and water meter was running and had to text her and advised her this is an emergency situation. we got in after notifying her. and she then texted me I didn't give her 24 hour notice. Come on, imhave been asking for approval since last friday and she ghosted me like forever . i am done with progressive. btw, when you have minor issues and you need help. the entire office was just silent and owner would ghost you as well. Deven was the only one that can actually get things done and tried to help. he had to jump in to draft the lease and unitiey and cecilia would play ghosting whenever i really needed help. I mean, tenants are great qualified tenants and what they asked are reasonable and understandable. they were filtered off by progressive and I basically did all the screening myself because progressive failed to do their job. Btw, progressive sent me termination notices after their own omissions on inspection. I said fine, I'm gonna terminate you and are you open to do it by end of this month? deven said fine on the phone. When i actually switched the pm, cecilia said you didn't give me proper notice. I'm like, what the ?!! you terminated me and now you are complaining i didn't notice you..

I emailed and called multiple times within the past three months. As of today, I have yet to receive a single reply from Norma or anyone from Estes Real Estate. I was not notified of their move to their current address at 31900 Railroad Canyon Rd, Canyon Lake, CA 92587. Again, without notification, I found out through reliable sources, that Norma now has a P.O. Box at 31570 Railroad Canyon Rd., Unit 104, Canyon Lake, CA 92587. Be aware, 31900 Railroad Canyon Rd., Canyon Lake is now occupied by a photography company. So officially, she is currently using a P.O. Box for her business, no office. Telephone listed is 951-245-7272 and if you're lucky, someone will answer. Certainly, the 75 times I tried were unsuccessful. As recently as yesterday, Thursday January 27, 2022, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me TWICE. I don't know what is going on, but I know this is truly UNPROFESSIONAL. As I am certain now, something awry is going on with this business. If you want to prove me wrong, please respond and reply to my numerous voicemails and emails.
