The food and drinks here were incredible. We had a cocktail and the seared ahi tuna. It was so mind-blowing good that we came back an hour later for dinner and ordered the seared ahi tuna for a second time. The lobster roll was good. I wished it was served with a lemon wedge or any type of sauce. The fries were great and the coleslaw was incredible. The Creme Brule was one of the best I have ever had! It was very big, lots of fruit, and a little bit of cream. My favorite part was the wine on tap. When I tell you this wine was sooo fresh, it was absolutely delicious. The view was nice, you could see the ocean. We sat at the patio bar and everyone did a great job making sure we were taken care of. We were a group of 4 friends having dinner here on Friday 8/15/25. We were nicely greeted by 2 hostesses and immediately taken to our table. Our wait person was Kayla, probably one of the best waitresses I have experienced. Vey pleasant, efficient, attentive (without being solicitous) and Knowledgeable. It all made for a lovely experience. We (our group) have been to this restaurant many times so I hope that speaks to the quality of the food. If you're looking for good seafood, then go to the Pompano Beach neighborhood. Here, you'll find a beachfront restaurant called Oceanic. We went at night so we couldn't take advantage of the views but I'm sure it was gorgeous considering its at the beach. From the moment we walked, we were greeted with a smile. We started with some Gin Martinis. Very well made and potent. For apps, we got the Sun Kissed Shrimp which kinda reminds me of Bang Bang Shrimp. They were very good though. We also got the This Noodle Salad. Wow. This was very addictive. The peanut dressing was on point. For the main course, we got the Primi NY Strip, Seared Diver Scallops, and side of Baby Iceberg Wedge. The strip was perfectly cooked. So juicy and tender. The scallops were perfect as well. Just the right texture. Bouncy and still soft with the right amount of sear. The wedge was a great companion. I could just eat this by itself and be happy. I think smoked bacon and blue cheese on top were great additions. We also added a side of mash which was very good. For dessert, we got their popular Fat Elvis Pie. It's such a gorgeous and tasty dessert. This is a must so save room! We really enjoyed our visit here. Staff was very nice and professional. The food was high quality and the cocktails were not watered down. I highly recommend taking your family or friends here. Worth every penny. I had the steak at this establishment and I had to send it back twice because it was first heavily overcooked and then severely undercooked the second time. The last and final time it came out, the steak was cooked at medium rare, per my request, however the steak had a very funky fishy taste to it. I had my friends confirm the flavor was off. This was my first time eating here. We had a great table outside with a view of the beach and ocean. They have a full cocktail menu as well as beer and wine. We tried the Pina Colada done on the Rocks because they don't have a blender, however it's way too sweet Lots to choose from on the menu especially if you like fish and Seafood. We had the fish tacos which was the catch of the day, mahi. You had a choice of either grilled or blackened mahi. The sauce on top is a bit spicy so be prepared. My friend got the shrimp po boy which she said was excellent. Our waiter was super friendly, helpful and provided great service! Ample parking including street and parking garage. Very impressed with seating, both indoor and outdoor, timely service and food selections. Balanced menu for everyone and pricing is good. Highly recommend, especially if you have out of town guest visiting. We battled the busy parking situation in Pompano Beach to have a leisurely lunch on a Saturday with a view of the beach. We walked by a long line at a few other beachside restaurants and were pleasantly surprised to find Oceanic was able to seat us right away. The service was excellent, from the hostess to the first server who gave us our menus, to our actual server who was incredibly attentive and friendly. We ordered the chicken cashew salad and the watermelon shrimp salad and both were excellent (dressing on the side). Had an absolutely lovely evening with friends from out of town! I have a new spot to enjoy whenever I'm in the area myself. This spot is easy to find and has plenty of parking options close by. The staff upon entrance was welcoming and friendly, and it only got better at our table. We were seated on the patio on a cooler-than-normal Sunday evening, but it was still perfectly amazing. The view is stunning, and we had a full-moon haze the whole time. We all shared the calamari, a sun-kissed shrimp dish, and conch chowder to start. Hubby ordered the short ribs, and I had the sea bass. Holy cow, these dishes were amazing. My fish was crispy on the edges and flaky and tender on the inside. The crispy rice could've been more crispy though. That sauce was to die for! Hubby devoured his entire dish and raved. Our friends ordered the scallops, some lingo with clams, the white fish special (which I can't remember what kind now), and a salmon dinner. Everyone said their food was good. We shared some dessert... because we're gluttons like that! Man! The triple chocolate was really good! Not too rich and with a delicious pistachio gelato! Great experience for brunch. Visited on a Saturday morning for the free Pilates class and they handed out vouchers for a complimentary app or glass of bubbly during brunch. We decided to get an app and ordered the mahi ceviche (not pictured) that was delicious. It was a generous portion and super fresh. The veggie omelette was yummy. The food was good, we had the jumbo crab cakes and fettuccine pasta. What I didn't like was we had reservations for inside but decided to sit outside. There were four empty tables outside but the front hostess gave us a hard time about changing and tried to discourage us by saying we would need to wait 20 minutes. Thankfully another hostess overheard and immediately told us to follow her and sat us outside. There were 3 other empty tables available for over 30 minutes! The other irritating issue was that we had to keep asking our waitress for EVERYTHING...water...lemons...napkins...extra sauce...even a bag for our leftovers! Was she really expecting us to walk out with a food container in our hands? She seemed a tad bothered each time we asked for something but if she would have done her job properly from the beginning we wouldn't have had to ask for these expected services. We've been here many times as we love the food, ambiance, and service. Restaurant is on the beach with indoor and outdoor seating and a nice outdoor bar area where you can eat as well. Tonight we ordered familiar meals. We shared the wedge salad to start. Always delicious. Their dressing is the best blue cheese dressing. As my main dish I got the cashew crusted salmon that I often get, and my husband got the Churrasco steak medium rare, which he's had before as well. When our meals arrived my husband's steak was medium well. He was so hungry he decided to eat it and not send it back. He did mention it to our server who apologized and immediately got a manager to come to the table. We were pleasantly surprised that the manager took my husband's steak off the bill, we were not expecting that at all. We just wanted to let them know about the error since we dine there frequently and we've never had an issue there before. They really handled the situation with professionalism. It's a great restaurant and we highly recommend it and would have still recommended it even with the mishap. Service was terrific as usual. I recommended reservations during season. read more

I was at a baby shower last weekend and it was absolutely wonderful. The upstairs party room which is adjacent to the balcony with tables overlooking the ocean couldn't have been any nicer. The family did the decorations, which were outstanding, while the Oceanic took care of the food. Everything was plentiful and delicious. My wife and I did a staycation to Pompano Beach. This restaurant is located on the main drive and is right next to the beach. The indoor and outdoor seating was elegant but you certainly didn't need to dress up for the occasion. We were seated right up next to the beach and had a fantastic dining backdrop. To start we had the kiwi-melon daiquiri and the pistachio colada. To follow I had the lychee gimlet. All of the drinks were delicious and the rest of cocktail menu had a lot of other options I wanted to try. I will say the pistachio colada left some room to be desired for the pistachio flavor. For an appetizer we both had conch chowder which was well seasoned, had a perfect amount of spice, and a good variety of texture. We had a hard time deciding on an entree since everything sounded great. My wife had the lobster ravioli which was filled with lobster. I had the steamed halibut which was well seasoned and came on a bed of butternut squash risotto that was cooked to perfection. The servers were friendly and helpful. My sangria was vino with a plop of frozen berries. The berries were still frozen! I expected for the price that the drinks and food taste at least like I make at home, or better for the price. Ordered several dishes and nothing wowed for flavor. The grilled shrimp was the only thing that tasted great, but the grilled chicken, salad, conch, and Brussels were even less than average. Manager comes around and talks to each patron which I think is always a nice touch, and for that I 'upped' the stars. Average food at a nice place by the sea, with a nice manager. A new favorite in Fort Lauderdale. It can get really busy, especially weekends, so book the reservation or opt to sit at the bar (if there is room). Great atmosphere. Great staff Large ceilings fans outside makes for a comfortable evening dinner. Easy access to Pompano Beach before or after your meal is a must in my opinion.
