He is an Asian gentleman probably in his fifties. Anyway, I haven't received customer service like what he provided in a very long time. He went out of his way to find something for me which included him having to get a ladder and move half way across the store. Climb to the very top shelf to grab the item I was looking for. As someone who was fed up with Home Depot due to a poor experience in the past, this team member changed my perception. I am now a returning customer to the Home Depot. I think retailers need to understand that as consumers we can just go on Amazon and get what we need most of the time. BAD-MINUS- Rebecca "garden associate" she had the worst attitude when it was determined that the product that was out in the lot could not be loaded and it would have to be pulled from inside the garden area. She was so "grumpy or put out " at having to explain . She did not want to be bothered. She also treated Nat (HD assoc) as her lap dog. She is a terrible representative of HD and should just go if her attitude is as poor as it was today (May 21, 2026 approx 2:20pm). Rebecca shouldn't be in customer service she isn't capable of performing in that capacity and probably can't spell the words not cares to learn.
