I came home to a water heater gone bad. Not only that, but he arrived shortly after 10am. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and also the parts and piping he would be using. Full of energy, and happy to be on the job. When it came time for our appointment, they laid down plastic throughout the whole house (since it was a bigger job), worked all day long, and completed the job quickly. Recently, my dad's house had a huge water leak on a holiday weekend morning. I called James and he came out to look at the situation within an hour. They did a great job but when it became time to pay their bill I couldn't find them. Really, I left multiple messages but no calls were returned. Then they called me just after a year later saying payment was due. This was on my mom's property, we multiple repairs done at the same time and pulled the money out of one of her accounts to pay for it all. This guy charged me $188 to fix a toilet tank handle and left the water feeding line out of place. Unfortunately I would not recommend this so called place of business! My laundry room flooded after hours, seeping into my restroom and down the hallway......after frantically speaking with the owner he recommended he show up in the am because he said it sounded like a washer problem and that he could fix the washer hose for $99.00. I texted him the next morning explaining in detail "the leak came from WITHIN the washer itself" he still agreed to still come out. He sent one of his staff out who said he couldn't do anything. So I assumed I'll have to purchase a new washer. James, the owner decided to call and scold me for wasting him time, "it would of been nice if I would have just told him I was going to buy a new washer, I run a small company and I had to find time to send one of my guys out there!" I've used this company a couple of times (originally selected based on Yelp reviews) in the past month and I have to say it has been a fantastic experience both times. The first was to fix a clogged drain, James had someone to my house within an hour and the job was completed for a very reasonable price. The second call was due to a toilet running - my hubby had replaced the offending part yet we were still having issues. James was over within a half hour and determined the problem was a lousy replacement part. He replaced it with one of a better quality and just charged me for the part, saying it was too easy a job to charge me for labor!
