This is a true mom & pop restaurant, serving superior authentic Mexican food and traditional American breakfasts and burgers. Ambience is casual cantina, you're with family here. Sign your dollar bill, find a spot. The first weekend we tried to go, we could not fit into the parking lot. Ok that's a good sign, so we tried again another day. Another good sign - fresh hot chips & salsa out the gate. Our server Jocelyn was especially welcoming & hospitable. She seems to enjoy her job & took good care of us. The food- Chorizo & eggs excellent, Menudo FABULOUS because especially tasty broth and garnishes were well done. Also tried biscuits & gravy. My husband tries them everywhere we go " in search of" the best. The biscuit was fresh A+. Gravy great. It was year-end, tamales for sale by the dozen. We took home a dozen ( pork / chicken). We were pleased to receive a green and a red sauce, didn't expect that! At home, tried both types, with both sauces. We recommend their tamales for sure, especially pork with the red sauce.

Wanted to try this place we kept passing by and finally decided to go. It was a Sunday not as busy when we first got there but man it filled up really fast and now we know why. My bf got the chimichanga which is actually huuugeeee and deep fried, he opted for both salsas. I must say the green sauce takes the win!!! I went with the chilaquiles in medium spicy red sauce and topped it with carnitas. Amazing!!!!! And of course we had to try their michis, did not disappoint. Our server was very sweet & attentive. There's so many other food options we want to go back to try.

Beef, Chicken & Shrimp Fajitas with Flour Tortillas were flavorful unlike any food I've had in a long while

Sit down, you're home! This hole-in-the-wall is a bit of a dive in a good way! Like you'll feel right at home. The servers and everyone there is great and the COOKING IS SO FLAVORFUL!! I told my server, "tell the chef this tastes amazing and send him my compliments" and she's all, "tell him yourself, mamas, he's sitting right behind you" and sure enough, there he was with his family in the booth and he turned to smile when she got his attention and I relayed my compliment. There's dollar bills taped to the walls with sharpie marker writing on them. It's a violation to deface currency with the intent to make it unusable, but how can you be mad? You can't! It is stapled to the wall! So silly! You know what else is stapled to the wall here? A neon green poster board with the employee work schedule written in ink! We were kind of staring at it and the servers all "he he people ask us about that, like which one are you?" and we all laughed because no, you just couldn't forget your shift there, right?! Another anecdote: I could not open the door to the place, so a guy gets off his ladder to help and it opened right up! We laughed because how weak can a person be, right?! I immediately texted my whole family and my neighbors to come eat here because the food was so satisfying it hit the spot. Love this place and I'm putting it on my list of "I will die if this place closes!"

I ordered the Camerones ala Diabla, margarita and chimichanga burrito. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Cozy place. First time going there. I will definitely be back.

It has been our go-to steakhouse, and we've even celebrated our anniversary here. We love the food, which makes what happened during our son's birthday dinner especially disappointing. After an excellent steak dinner that cost approximately $330, we brought out a small, pre-sliced ice cream Polar Pizza for our son's birthday. I began serving it myself because it was already sliced. The waitress then came over and, in a confrontational manner, announced that we would be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee. The fee may have previously been mentioned to my wife, but I was not aware of it when I began serving the cake. I understand that restaurants have policies, and a calm explanation would have been enough. Instead, the situation was turned into an unnecessary scene during our son's birthday celebration. Then another large male employee came over, stepped directly into my personal space, and angrily asked, "Would you bring beer into a bar?" He got right in my face without first asking what had happened or allowing me to explain. His tone and decision to get that close were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately paid the $25 fee even though the staff did not cut, plate, or serve the cake. The fee was frustrating, but the confrontational way the employees handled the situation was far worse. Families considering celebrating a child's birthday here should confirm every outside dessert policy beforehand. In our case, what should have been a joyful moment for our son became an upsetting experience. It did not leave us feeling as though families celebrating with children were welcomed or valued. A simple and respectful conversation could have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, their response changed the entire mood and ruined what should have been a special ending to our son's birthday dinner. The food may still be excellent, but a restaurant is remembered for more than its steaks. After years of loyalty, the aggressive and disrespectful way this was handled during our son's birthday has cost them our business. We will not be returning.

From the outside, it has an old Western vibe, but once you step inside, the atmosphere completely changes. Drink prices are fair, and Heather, our bartender, was great. I will say, though, she went a little heavy on the food coloring in my green beer lol. At first, the place felt a bit cliquey, like the locals weren't too welcoming to outsiders. But as the night went on, the vibe relaxed, and we ended up having a really good time. That said, some areas still felt a bit cliquey. They do have a kitchen, but it closes at 9:30 p.m. After that, they offer pizza by the slice for around $2, if I remember correctly. Parking can be a bit limited since it's located in a smaller shopping center.

There was no wait for a booth, and the restaurant had a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with TVs throughout the dining room. The complimentary bread was warm, fluffy, and fresh. The cinnamon butter was tasty, though definitely on the sweeter side. The peanuts were exactly what you'd expect from Texas Roadhouse. For drinks, we tried the blue lemonade and strawberry lemonade. The blue lemonade tasted pretty similar to regular lemonade, but the free refills were a nice bonus. The strawberry lemonade was the standout and definitely worth ordering. We also tried the Dragonfruit Sparkler, which was fruity, refreshing, and one of the better specialty drinks on the menu. For entrees, the Herb Crusted Chicken Dinner was the clear winner. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned, and the corn on the side was surprisingly delicious. The Country Fried Chicken Dinner was just okay. It wasn't bad, but I've had better versions elsewhere, and even with the gravy it felt a little lacking in flavor. The fries were pretty standard. Another plus was the large parking lot and the reasonable prices. The portions were generous, and overall the meal felt like a good value for the money. A special shoutout to Candace for providing friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. Overall, Texas Roadhouse delivered a solid dining experience with good food, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely come back for the herb crusted chicken and strawberry lemonade.

He decided to give me the gift card this evening to enjoy a nice meal as our kiddos were at their grandparents and he was working. I ordered a $30+ meal the 6oz sirloin + shrimp and two sides. I got it to go so I could enjoy it at home. While I was waiting (I had arrived very close to the pickup time), I noticed an employee standing next to the driver's side of a car talking to the driver, who appeared to be an acquaintance. I could clearly overhear the conversation, and the employee was saying things that I found completely inappropriate to be discussing while standing right in front of the restaurant, even if it was technically in the parking lot. Two minutes before my pickup time, I went to the to-go window and received my food. When I got home, I realized my rolls didn't include the house butter. Whatever! It's not the end of the world. But worth noting as you would think this would be standard to provide. What became really problematic was the meal itself. I ordered my steak well done, but it arrived bleeding and wasn't even close to medium well. Why ask how I want my steak cooked if you aren't going to cook it that way? The shrimp was cold and incredibly salty. The potato? How do you get a potato wrong? Well, somehow they managed...it was stale and overly salty too. The broccoli I don't even think was steamed for more than a minute before you gave it "seasoning". The entire meal was awful and for $30?! Hahahaha I guess really the joke was on me for paying such an absurd amount but I really was expecting some quality somewhere. It just wasn't there all at. We still have money left on our gift card, but we'll be giving it away because we won't be coming back. I didn't even bother calling to complain because, judging by the quality of the food, I don't think a complaint would make any difference. I added a photo of my "well done steak".
