I got a really good deal on a used car that was in great shape, low miles and clean title. No complaints! Cruising since July!

Shaun was very welcoming and supportive, Jamarcus my service advisor stayed available and made sure I understood every step, and Mr. Gonzalez, the service manager, is a tremendous leader who leads by example. The way the team worked together created a positive and encouraging environment that helped turn what began as a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. The atmosphere at this dealership is uplifting, the attitudes are genuine, and they truly stand behind the work and the people they serve. Highly recommend Clay Cooley Nissan Irving to anyone in need of car service or sales support. With deep gratitude, I want to thank Shaun, Jamarcus, and Mr. Gonzalez for helping me tremendously and treating me with such respect and care throughout the process. I am beyond thankful for the patience, kindness, and integrity shown here it's an experience I'll never forget, and I'll always be grateful to this dealership for standing by their word and their work.

No stars if I had the option…read more My 2023 Nissan Rogue has been through a blown engine, transmission mounts replaced twice, motor mounts replaced, multiple recalls, and approximately 45 days in the shop. Right before my family moved from Texas to Pennsylvania, Clay Cooley Nissan replaced the fuel injectors. We picked the vehicle up, loaded our family, drove across the country, and the very next day after arriving in Pittsburgh, the power steering rack failed. After everything this vehicle had already been through, that was the breaking point. What disappoints me most is Clay Cooley ghosted me afterward. I emailed the general manager, the service manager, and the service advisor. Weeks later, not one person has responded. No phone call. No email. No follow-up. Nothing. I still have the emails. When a vehicle has been through a blown engine, major repairs, recalls, weeks in the shop, and keeps failing, the least a dealership can do is respond to the customer. They didn't. That says everything.

I arrived a few minutes after 10:00. Juan was nowhere to be found at the dealership. He arrived shortly before 10:30, saying he was on a test drive. He got me in line for service. After waiting three hours, he came and told me it would be an additional 30 to 40 minutes. I questioned the time. He said we are super busy today. I understood, but I had an appointment. After close to four hours, he brought me my key and checked me out. I left at 2:42 P.M. I live approximately 16 miles away. I started with a full tank of gas. I was furious to see they had used approximately 1/4th of a tank of gas. Either someone ran an errand, or they just let my car sit and idle. Both are inappropriate.

My daughter's Honda Pilot developed a strange sound. Long story short, I replaced the timing belt (which took me about 4 hours in my garage), which, unfortunately, didn't correct the issue. I determined that a professional Honda service center could troubleshoot the deeper problem better than I could. Today, I was told that to find the problem, they needed to replace the timing belt, and start there. They wanted to charge me $2,300 to change a timing belt! They said it was a 7 hour job. The Honda manual says it's a 2.1 hour job. They also said that if they couldn't get the timing right, then we'd just have to throw away the engine and get a new one. What??? Don't go there. it is my opoinion that they are dishonest and exorbitantly expensive.

But the irritating part about this place is I called multiple times if our registration sticker was ready and it finally was so she asked if I would like for them to mail it to me and i said yes. 2 weeks later nothing so I went by and picked it up. 1 Star - No Loaner, No Communication During Active Safety Recall / Buyback Case…read more I brought my vehicle to Kia Southwest after discovering a serious safety recall that made the car unsafe to drive. The dealership took possession of the vehicle and informed me it is now under review for a manufacturer buyback. While the buyback process is underway, the handling of this situation has been completely unacceptable. Despite the severity of the issue, Kia Southwest has: Refused to provide a loaner or rental vehicle Failed to provide consistent communication or updates Offered no clear timeline or expectations I am now left without transportation and without answers, while still dealing with the financial obligations tied to this vehicle. For a manufacturer-authorized dealership handling a safety-related recall and buyback, this lack of support raises concerns regarding basic customer care standards and potential obligations under consumer protection laws, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA). At minimum, situations involving unsafe vehicles and manufacturer defects should include: Temporary transportation assistance Clear and timely communication A defined process for resolution None of these have been provided. Due to the lack of responsiveness and support, I am also considering escalating this matter by filing complaints with the Texas Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing further action if necessary. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on this location for assistance with serious recall-related issues.

I purchased a 2022 Honda Odyssey expecting it had been properly repaired and inspected. However, at just 30,000 miles, the transmission completely failed. That is not normal wear and tear and raises serious concerns about the quality of the prior repairs done before the vehicle was sold. At the time of purchase, I was also sold an extended warranty through Endurance Warranty Services, which gave me a sense of security. When the transmission failed, the claim was denied leaving me responsible for a major repair out of pocket. So the reality ended up being: A branded title vehicle with a major mechanical failure, combined with a warranty that did not cover the issue when it mattered most. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and expensive, and it completely changed the value of what I thought I was purchasing. My advice: Do not rely on the warranty alone, and do not assume these vehicles have been repaired to a reliable standard. Get an independent inspection and ask very detailed questions before buying. I regret this purchase and would not buy from here again.

I was charged $999 for vehicle enhancements... 3- Don't let them just give you monthly payment totals based on your down payment. Ask HOW they came to those estimates. 4- Be sure you have license plate holders in the front AND back... in Texas you have to have these.
