Lychee Martini
Mandisa N.

Visited Odd Sister for a Wednesday dinner/drinks. The space is deceivingly small (there's a bunch of space in the back), but there is no harm in making a reservation. Their happy hour ends at 6pm and we did make sure to take advantage of it, specifically with their martinis. I nursed a couple lychee martinis through the night and I can say - they have the most unique lychee martinis ive ever had! They're a little stronger on the lemon with a hint of lychee but I didn't mind. I thought they were absolutely delicious and would definitely recommend you give them a try. I will say, a downside is that their drink service was a little slower than you would expect. May be that they were short-staffed, but it was little annoying knowing that you had to put your next drink order down as soon as you got your last one...   For food I had their fries (very tasty and come with an delicious aioli) and the margherita pizza; a pretty standard restaurant pizza. Nothing outstanding but also not super offensive. Steak bites were very Asian influenced, almost like a stir fry, but tasted great nonetheless.   I really loved this space and think it's a great place for a girls night out. Give it a chance - you'll love it!

I was a huge fan of Galli and was anxious to try Odd Sister. The emphasis has shifted to being more of a bar than a restaurant. Odd Sister has a full menu, but the food seems to be an afterthought. Service is good.

First time at this place and definitely not the last! Hands down one of the best food experiences I've had. The ricotta pancakes are to die for. I ordered the eggs and bacon breakfast platter, and the eggs were perfectly fluffy and the bacon had just the right amount of char. Since I'm doing Dry January, I tried the mocktails and they were incredibly good. Just to be clear, I'm not paid to write reviews but this place was truly amazing, and I'll absolutely be back for more. Let me add in the ambiance, such a chill and cozy vibe. The staff is super nice! Top tier service. Fyi we sat at the bar

This is a cute small hole in the wall place. Great to grab drinks with some friends. Or a quick date night drink. Pizza is good drink drinks were good. I believe I had a margarita and a whiskey sour. Customer service was a slow. Definitely will come again.

Nasty food. Smoke and mirrors

Pretty crazy to see this place rated as 4 stars. The host wasn't welcoming but not rude either. She lead us to a high table since the regular tables were booked out. The servers switched mid lunch without letting us know and the first guy just vanished without any explanation or follow up. Everything took very long, to place order, to get food/drinks. The food itself was very bad. The hashbrowns tasted like the Trader Joe's ones except cooked with old oil. The eggs were grey-ish in tone. The food wasn't hot. I felt hopeful about the pancakes since they looked pretty tasty..but even that was a fail. They were burned on the outside and not cooked through on the inside. I'd rather waited in line at a nearby brunch place than eat here. Skip!

The ambiance was amazing and the food was delicious. I had a really fun night, and a great cocktail. I highlight recommend this place. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Cute bar and good drinks! We stopped in after having dinner and sat at the bar. The bar tender greeted and served us right away. Ambience was perfect and drinks were tasty! There was a cute Christmas vibe going which was a plus. I'd def return to have food and drinks at an actual table. Only "downside" is the place is a bit hard to find if it's dark and you're not looking correctly lol.

Been here twice now - great cocktails, service, and a surprisingly good brunch menu. If you're visiting for brunch - highly recommend the ricotta pancakes, avocado/shrimp salad, and the short rib fried rice. Stop by if you're in soho!

Wanted to do a little shopping and people watching in SoHo so we were walking the streets and spotted this gem. Can't say enough great things about this restaurant! It was brunch on a Saturday and we were promptly seated by a friendly hostess. Sitting across from the bar in the back of the restaurant. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had a great ambiance with candles all around. The food was amazing. Short Rib Fried Rice is a signature dish with Slow Roasted Short Rib, on top of Jasmine Rice with some amazing fresh herbs and spices. This was unique and special. The Odd Sister Burger was really good too. An 8oz beef patty with sharp cheddar, lettuce and tomato and served with crispy hot French fries. Bloody Mary's were special with the perfect amount of horseradish. Our server was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very patient while we waited for my son to show up. I highly recommend this place, you won't be sorry. It's a great social experience where sophistication meets SoHo chic and yes... everyone guaranteed a good meal and a good time!

Crab Linguine

We dropped into Soho, NY, just to do people watching and Odd Sister was perfect! We were seated quickly (w/o rez) at a table outside under an umbrella. Lots of foot traffic but not too much to disturb our meal. Our server was quick and patient with very helpful recommendations. I settled on 'The Dune', a tequila drink with mezcal and pineapple. Delish! The appetizer was popcorn chicken, made withva homemade sesame sauce and the main dish was crab linguine. The linguine was creamy with a little spice. Again, delish! Everything was made in-house, from the lemonade to the pasta to the creamy aioli and spicy mayo. Service was spot on and we were never left wondering were our server went. I look forward to our next trip to Soho, NY, bc we're planning on going back. It was a great unplanned experience. Check them out!

Our friends raved about this place and we of course were excited (and a bit skeptical at first) to try it. The concept: no menu + no lights + a few questions = the ultimate cocktail experience. The speakeasy vibe and the dark ambiance really makes this place feel even more exclusive. With just a few tables and the bar setting, you're in for an experience you won't forget (unless you answer the wrong questions and really end up with a drink you don't like HA). This wasn't my case. Of course I described my two favorite things: Negroni + mezcal. The obvious answer would be a mezcal Negroni, but that's not why one comes to a place like Attaboy. Our amazing curator came by to ask us all a few questions, write down a few words in the napkins, and mix up the perfect drink that our master bartender crafts, curates and creates. My drink came as I couldn't possibly imagine. It looked like a Negroni smelled like Oaxaca, with all the smoke simmering up and preparing my sensory experience, leading to the best first sip. Ladies and gentleman, I introduce you to The Devil's Backbone. A perfectly balanced drink I'll never forget, one that is sipped slowly and enjoyed thoroughly. It's sexy, it's smoky it's sipped. Attaboy gave the best mixology experience and we can't wait to be back. Pro tip: be sure to be as vocal as possible, even with ice, so you don't end up with a tiki drink if that's not your vibe.

He even chatted with us for a bit after to tell us more about attaboy. I'm rounding up to 5 stars but I will say our experience with the "bouncer" was a bit unpleasant. He called us to let us know our table was ready but we missed the call (our fault). We returned the call immediately and got there within a couple minutes anyway. We were ready to patiently wait for the next availability but were met with some attitude and unnecessary comments from him during the waiting experience. It adds a layer of character to the place, but what really keeps people coming back is the atmosphere and the drinks. The space is split into two levels: a two lively, sawdust-floored Taprooms downstairs and a more refined Parlor upstairs if you're in the mood for a quieter, cocktail-focused experience.
