I was excited to try this place and even more excited that it wasn't too busy due to the Farmers Market. It's a small place but there is some bar seating, a few tables both inside and out. Everyone is really friendly and the orders come out fast. The bagel sandwiches are really good.

I used to say Odell's was indisputably the best bagel in Denver given how fresh their seafood tastes (particularly their white fish and hamachi - which is flown in from Japan). However, not sure if my most recent Japan trip has me a little biased but the hamachi was good not great but the whitefish was a letdown as it was too salty.

Odell's Bagel is seriously my favorite spot! I ordered a rosemary bagel with salmon roe, pastrami and whitefish, all with cream cheese and they were fresh! The bagel was warm and perfectly toasty. Everything tasted delicious and the flavors worked so well together. I especially loved that they added lots of dill!! I was a little sad the hamachi had run out, but honestly this is as close to a New York-style bagel as it gets! I've definitely come here multiple times and will keep coming back. Highly recommend if you're craving a really good bagel!

Love the topping options. Bagels are totally overdone and have a super crunchy crust like a sourdough batard (without being toasted). The dough is very dense and heavy as well. Not really my idea of a bagel. Line takes 20-30 minutes and it's mainly because ordering takes far too long. Once you place your order, they deliver qui

Favorite bagels in Denver! If I lived closer to Odell's, I fear I'd gladly be here everyday. The fish here is so fresh and almost melts in your mouth. I appreciate that they don't skimp on the toppings/herbs and the cream cheese is utter perfection. Also, their evening omakase sushi experience is amazing! I think about the strawberry brioche French toast that I had here at least once a week. They do often sell out of bagels often so make sure you go early!

Poke tuna and pastrami lox on furikake bagel

Small bagel counter shop - not much room for seating but can easily take to go. If you like fish their unique open face bagels sandwiches are a must! The register attendant wasn't rude but she def wasn't personable or friendly- luckily this wasn't enough to knock off a star in the total rating of this place. Had the tuna poke and pastrami lox on furikake bagel = so good. The tuna poke was incredibly fresh and cut to order, but the pastrami lox stole the show for me! The flavors and ingredient portions were perfection. Also ordered a basic egg, bacon and cheese on an everything bagel sandwich - the bacon could have been crispier but it was a still solid brekkie sandwich, however, I would not choose it over the other two we had. I really wanted to try their bagel plus house made plum jam and we didn't learn until at the register that they are out of jam until the next seasonal one can be made (citrus base of some sort), bummer for timing I guess. Snagged seats at the bar where you can watch the cooks at work - cutting up fish with precision and fresh made bagels in a variety of flavors. Word is they offer limited dinner dining at the counter as well which I am intrigued to try. Overall, I plan to return!

Found my new favorite bagel spot in town! It was crowded so come prepared to wait in a line. Service was quick and at 1pm they were still preparing fresh bagels. The inside is small but has bar and (one) table seating. I tried the NovaLox sandwich and couldn't recommend it more. Excited to try more off this menu!

Delicious bagels . Great amount of toppings. Fresh ! We really enjoyed it . Service is great too. Cute place but limited seating . We came on a Wednesday so it wasn't crowded. Weekends are really busy there and parking scarce.

Service with a smile & patience as it was our first time. There was a line that moved quickly so our wait for the food was pretty quick. Dined outside. We all enjoyed all six bagels. To most favorite was whitefish & hamachi on a rosemary bagel.

Hands down one of the most unique and thoughtful dining experiences I've had in a long time. Odell's Bagel omakase completely redefines what you think a bagel experience can be -- elevated, intentional, and absolutely delicious. Every course was a surprise and delight. Here's everything we had: Zensai: * Bagel flower pickled onion, cured tomato, black olive powder, caper leaf Raw: * Kampachi - Trout Roe - Shiso * Scallop - Green Almond - Plum Chilled: * Asari Clam - Dashi Tomato Grilled: * Veggie Bowl - Grilled Zucchini - Sesame Yuzu Broth Nigiri Sushi: * Bagel - House-Smoked Salmon * King Mackerel - Wasabi Leaf * King Salmon - Pickled Onion * Amberjack - Ginger * Miso Cured Foie Gras * Tuna - Caviar - Scallion Donabe: * Local Mushroom - Shiso - Cured Yuba - Summer Truffle White Miso Soup Dessert: * Strawberry Ginger Sorbet - Yuzu Crumble Even the beverage pairing was spot on, with a Strawberry-Rhubarb Shochu Highball and natural wine selections from Gérard Boulay and Clemens Busch. Every dish felt thoughtful, seasonal, and balanced. 10/10 recommend if you want a culinary experience that's cozy, unexpected, and beautifully executed

I loved my whole experience. Totally not what I expected. Get the furikake bagel with lox spread. You can also add Salomon roe. Next time I will. The plain butter bagel has finishing salt on it. You can watch them prepare your bagel.

Formerly the Denver baking company it felt weird coming back here after so long. Odell's is serving up yummy bagels and I like that you can do half portions! Tried the salmon lox and everything bagel with a whopping portion of scallion scream cheese ! My friend got the carrot lox and said it was a big underwhelming but overall it's a good neighborhood spot.

As close as I think you can get to a NYC bagel in the Denver area! Adorable little corner shop with an open kitchen concept so you can watch the staff at work. Line moved super quick and bagel was up and ready in minutes. In such a great part of town too, so can grab a bagel and hit the shops!

I was greeted with warm, welcoming smiles from the crew and my eyes were in awe by the colorful retro-style decor. Totally unique and I'm loving it- I don't get much of this aesthetic back home haha Sun City: 10/10 -Trust me, you'll get a cheese pull upon opening the wrapper. Pastrami was the meat of choice. The saltiness from the pastrami paired perfectly with the eggs and melty cheese! The hot honey made the sandwich well-balanced with sweetness too. I'll definitely order this again, but try it with their other bagel options (i.e., Maple Salt & Pepper). Better than your standard bagel sandwich. They had Mother's Day special menu items such as strawberry cheesecake cream cheese and blueberry cinnamon rolls! My friends and I ate well in Denver yet Call Your Mother Deli takes 1st place on our foodie crawl! We genuinely ate in silence because these bagels hit the spot after a long conference week and an extra longgggg night out :))

However, the food and service more than made up for it! I ordered my sandwich on a zataar bagel and it was amazing. My friend had one of the create your own bagel sandwiches and she liked it as well. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the service was given how many takeout orders they had and the fact that the line was initially out the door when I got there. They have limited indoor seating and additional seating on the edge of the parking lot. Even though the parking situation is tough, I will definitely be back.

I ultimately went with 4 since the sandwiches were great and it's always been great in the past. My best friend and I ordered two bagels and two drinks to split. For the bagels, we got the Bacon Sun City, which is always a favorite, the hot honey adds the perfect touch. For the second bagel, we ordered the Grandezza, which was delicious. I love anything with pesto, and the mozzarella was perfectly melted. For drinks, we ordered an iced Very Cherry Matcha Latte with oat milk and a Honey Lavender Latte (hot). Unfortunately, once we left, we realized the cherry matcha was made as a coffee drink instead of matcha. We were pretty disappointed since we planned to split one matcha and one coffee. The cherry flavor was good, but I would've loved to try it as we ordered it. For the lavender honey latte, we could taste the lavender, but it didn't seem like any honey or sweetener was added. It ended up tasting extremely strong and not sweet at all, so we didn't really drink it. Overall, the bagels were amazing, but I wish there had been more attention to detail with the drinks.
