A nice selection of wine by the glass, but really expensive--especially if compared to Vino Volo. $54 plus tax and tip for a flight of three mid-range chardonnays. After looking at the individual glass prices, it would been better to buy them separately and get full pours. The pours are not generous. The ordering is via iPad, which seems true for most bars and restaurants at EWR. However, the bartender is ready to assist. Despite all-electronic ordering, somehow my food order got lost. It ended up taking 30 minutes for my roasted cauliflower ($11) to arrive. It was pretty good, although lukewarm. Later, a server came by with an order of prosciutto. Not me. Not anyone else at end of bar that I was on. Similarly, a bartender came by asking if anyone had ordered a Bloody Mary. The charcuterie and cheese plate was otherwise okay, but disappointing at $21. Furthermore, the iPad layout is not well-designed. I found it difficult to read the tasting notes for the wines in my flight. A small scrolling window pops up. Why not a full page? Despite being very slow--the bartender said it was the slowest day he has ever seen--empty glasses and plates were not promptly removed. The music is loud and annoying. I should note that there are plenty of outlets and USB ports to recharge your stuff. I was leaning towards two stars, but they do have some nice glasses of wine. I'm giving three stars only if you have a lot of time to kill at EWR and lots of room on your credit card.

Nice spot to grab a quick adult beverage.

We needed fortification and stopped here. The individual computer was too much for my husband to handle, so we needed a person to order. They proceeded to place our order through this computer even though we had just verbally given her our order. Captive audience, high prices.

Glass Mountain Cabernet $12 glass - spendy but well worth it for civilization within an airport jungle!

Oeno is an island of civilization surrounded by the lunacy that is flying commercially these days. The tapas all looked tasty but I just had time for a quick glass of red before the flight, and it was refreshing and fortifying. The ordering process is all done by iPad (no cash accepted) which is a cute gimmick and nice that it offers recommendations of food that pairs well with your choice, but it took three staff members to get the credit card swipe to work and it makes me wonder what the point of a gratuity is (conveniently added at point of sale) when the iPad does all the real work. IPad problems notwithstanding, Oeno is probably the best choice at EWR for a little respite before takeoff.

Cutting board bigger than the table used to present the $18 meat platter with 13 super thin sliced meats and 3 crostinis.

Take a seat and enjoy the fact that no one from the staff speaks to you as your order is made via an iPad propped on high up in the middle of your table. If someone is sitting across the table, you need to keep looking over the iPads which is a nuance. Pay with your credit card or with airline miles only. No cash accepted. I ordered the glass of the day which for an extra $5, you get a glass and a half. Total was $18 per glass. I also ordered the "meat plate". It came in a huge cutting board they literally took over half of the table with only 13 small, thin slices of different meats and three crostinis. Seriously? If the cutting board is to take with you, it might be slightly worth it. I finished my $18 meat platter... Eheem... Cutting board and it just sat there empty in my table for 10 mins. I put it in the table next to me and sat there for another 10 mins before anyone picked it up. No one checked on us. The tip is included with the price (preset to 18% but you can raise or lower it) and I would have lowered it knowing what kind of service (or lack of) I would have gotten Would have given it a zero rating but Yelp won't allow me.

Great Italian food !!! Cannoli are better then in little Italy NY. I love the iPad service Staff was great and friendly. They order for us first time because we where slower figuring out the system. There are so many ignorant people who are not liking iPad system. They want to talk to waitress. Message for them: " talk to therapist you spoiled lonely brat..... Let technology move you !!!"

There used to be a Vino Volo. I love Vino Volo but it moved to somewhere else in the airport. I'm new to the iPad ordering system but the waiter was very friendly and helped me out. Just know you have to pay when you finish ordering with a credit card or the order won't go to the kitchen. Receipt goes to your email. The iPad will keep track of your flight info so you won't miss it. They let me try some wine before ordering. Food was good. Wine was good. Small wine bar but I will come back again. Yummy.

This has to be the smallest kale salad I have ever seen.

BARRIGUITA- plentiful serving for a tapa, we loved the potatoes it came with too CHICHARRON DE POLLO- flavorful chicken and easier to eat than you think TARTAR- delish but small Chipirones- sooo delicately breaded you can barely tell, was great COSTILLA A LA PLANCHA- plentiful for a tapa, we recommend cooking for longer since its traditionally a tough cut of beef SAUTED VEGETABLES- tastey and not mushy thankfully! MILLIONAIRE CAIPIRINHA for my drink. was soooo good, not too sweet and not quite as sour as a margarita, was perfect for me!

The food was absolutely amazing really flavorful and well done. Just be a little prepared that most dishes come in smaller portions. But the quality definitely makes up for it. I ordered the paella, and it's easily enough for two or even three people and it was well worth it. Really delicious. The drinks were also definitely worth trying while you're there. The only thing I wasn't big on was the desserts they didn't quite live up to the rest of the meal. But overall, great atmosphere, excellent food, and a fun experience. I'd definitely come back.

Most recently was last night and that was my last straw. The music was incredibly and unnecessarily loud which they knew because they told us they'd turn it down before we got the chance to ask. Next, there was one waitress on the floor, clearly overwhelmed. Told us she would be back with water but came back almost 20 mins later. We ordered our wine when she came back because who knows how long it would take to receive it. Another 20 mins, maybe more. We watched her seat several groups and I literally had to scream across the room to get her attention and to remind her of the bottle we ordered, which she had the nerve to appear annoyed about. We asked her if we could move from our tables to a nearby couch which she said yes. Before we had a the chance to finish the bottle the GM comes over and tells us to move our seats and that he would take care of us (NEVER DID NOR DID HE CHECK IN). This is the same GM who asked me to give the place another try after the last issues we encountered where they screwed up our checks due their own carelessness. I should've raised more of an issue and questioned him more. But nevertheless we move to these two musty smelling seats. At that point we left and decided that would be the absolute last time. If you're a party of six skinny people, you'll do just fine in the chairs. If you're fat Americans like us, it's going to be a tight squeeze. They do a really smart thing. The window seats are pushed a bit away from the windows, so that when the waiter comes to take your order, they don't block the middle aisle where people are trying to walk or carry stuff to tables. Brilliant idea, and one which I wish more would do. The chairs are those mid century modern rattan backed chrome bottomed office chair looking guys. They're comfortable enough, even for us fats, but the rattan was starting to wear out. Hopefully, they'll see to getting them serviced, because it makes the place look a bit ragged. The tables were a lovely size, with plenty of space for our drinks, our food, and the beautiful bespoke charger plates they had on the table with Sihana branding on it. They kept the TVs and other built in furniture from the old Kinjo that used to be here. When we went, the stuff on the TVs was pretty generic. This is fine. Not a lot of places know what to do with those TVs. Back when the location used to be KInjo, they played either K-dramas, Anime, or other such themed shows on there with subtitles, so that it keeps the place on theme. This is NOT an allergy friendly place. If you're vegan, you're going to get either the cocktails, or a dry salad. Also, there's cocktails that have honey, so watch out for that as well. The falafel sandwich, which should be vegan anywhere else you get it, has egg in it. Not ON it, but IN it. The fries are all cooked in shared oil. How shared is the oil? One of our table mates got a mild allergic reaction (she has a shellfish allergy), and had to grab a Benadryl when she got home. It wasn't bad enough for her eyes to close up and have to go to the hospital, but her face was getting flushed, and she started getting really itchy. I'm sure the food was fine. I've been with this group dining out several times. If they're seriously enjoying themselves, they'll usually be raving about what's on their plate, and let the waiter know how good it all was. That didn't happen here. Everyone LOVED the appetisers. That cheesy bread situation was a huge hit. The cocktails are strong, and beautifully made. Well balanced with the right blend of sweetness, tartness, and slight burn of alcohol. Absolutely no complaints there. When the bill came, there's a credit card processing fee. I'd say the place is good. Here's why they're getting full marks: The waiter let us know IMMEDIATELY that there will be nothing for me to eat. He didn't have to go to the kitchen to ask what was safe. He knew immediately that there's nothing at all on the menu that's safe for me. That level of knowledge tells me that you've got a waiter who takes pride in knowing his job, and does it to the best of his ability. You've got an absolute gem of a wait staff in general. I wasn't bothered, because I live very close by and can eat at home. Just know that I'll never set foot in there again. I'm not sure that anyone else would be too eager to go back either. I've been to steak houses that had more option.

First of all, it was so hot in there and we had to get up from the table so the fans could be turned on - something management should've acknowledged and excused themselves for. We came in, ordered hookah and drinks, and waited a really long time to order food. Our waitress did not speak English. I understand Elizabeth is a heavily Spanish-speaking area, but it's unacceptable to have a waitress who can't communicate to patrons properly, or to not even have someone be able to translate for her. I felt bad for her because it's management's fault, not hers. After forty minutes of sitting there, she comes over and gives us one singular paper menu - for the nine of us. On this menu it says "brunch menu - $49.99". Why were we given the regular menus and sitting there for almost an hour just to be told we had to order from this menu with only three appetizer and 5-7 entree options?? Our waitress was not only unable to communicate to us that we had to order from this menu, but did not understand when I was repeatedly asking for a manager. Eventually I had to stand up and go up to the man at the front who said he was the manager. I asked him why we have been sitting for an hour and just being told this, to which he did not acknowledge - he just told me we had to order from that menu or spend 50 dollars if we order from the regular menu. How are you gonna tell paying customers how much to spend? Ten minutes later, our waitress tells us that they don't even have 2 out of the 3 appetizers. So we're being forced to order off this menu and they don't even have all the options they're forcing upon us. At that point we just paid for the drinks and left. Obviously our business wasn't valued so we took our money elsewhere. The whole thing was so unprofessional and tacky.
