JR and his guys do a full service job. Had a whole house solar system installed. They did a custom job. Install is very professional. The other businesses in the area will get you in and out in a day, but not sure that the install is custom to each RVs needs. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about their coaches.

I don't know if any of the pictures or reviews posted for off-grid rv are real or factual, but I can share my experience and it hasn't been good. I hired Off Grid RV to install a minisplit and solar for my RV. The specification was that I wanted the ac to keep up with the Lake Havasu heat and have enough solar that I wouldn't have to pay for shore power. Jean decided to put an 18000 btu minisplit in my RV that was less than the two overhead units I already had installed. I questioned him but was assured it would be more than enough. I later realized his sizing was based on square footage alone and didn't take into account the Havasu weather or the fact the RV was poorly insulated. We had to replace the ac with a larger unit- (haven't been refunded for either unit). Jean attempted the removal and installation of the new unit and decided to quit midway through indicating he wasn't capable of installing. I then had to call an ac specialist out to redo all of his work because he had mangled all of the line sets. The mount he built to hold the ac was rusting within a week and unsafe. Jean agreed so I had to hire another fabricator to build something. Now that we had to install a larger ac unit, I will have to pay someone to reinforce the mount as the new unit is larger and heavier. As far as the solar installation goes, I've been stranded without power in Glamis twice due to his programming and installation. He did make the trip out and got it running, but ruined both trips. I've had two different solar companies look at the wiring and suggest I don't use the solar until it is rewired. Basically, everything has to be ripped out and start over. None of the victron equipment is grounded per their recommendations, none of the equipment is fused, batteries aren't strapped and secured which can lead to wire fray and shorts when traveling. This has been an absolute nightmare and off-grid is not making it right. I will add more after the new solar company goes through the entire system for safety and performance and compares it to the parts and pieces I was invoiced for to see if it matches up. On top of it all, the solar wasn't able to keep up with the original ac and definitely won't keep up with the new one!

What a great company and a great technician Jean is. He KNOWS his solar. I wanted to upgrade what solar I had and didn't want to drive out to Quartzite AZ where I usually have work done. I found Off-Grid RV on Yelp, Jean came out and looked at what I had, then drew me up a proposal to do the work I wanted and a very reasonable price. The finished product looks great and more importantly works exactly as I had hoped it would. I can't recommend Jean and Off-Grid RV enough, you will not be disappointed!

My solar panels died and I was looking for a reputable solar company. I read off-grid reviews and called. Jean was great. He came to me and looked over my system. He gave me several options from Minimal repair to a whole new install. He uses reputable equipment. His trailer has all the equipment installed and he can demo whatever you are interested in. Well I went for it all and I even got self heating batteries so when I'm in Aspen in the dead of winter my batteries will function. I am very happy with the install and the follow up and support I have received. I took the rig out for a trial run before my month long trip and I never once ran out of battery. I even ran the A/C for the dogs while I was at an appt, and I was able to check in on the temp. It did what I expected it to do and that's a good thing. I was worry free. The best part is I had questions about my system and Jean logged in and looked at everything and he was able to accurately answer all my question in a matter of minutes. I can log in myself and look at my system in real time including the temperature of my rig. I'm so happy I found an honest company who backs their work and product! He really goes out if his way, above and beyond. Oh and I didn't have to wait months to get. I am now officially off-grid anywhere anytime. Thank you! Thank you!

Solar installed IN 2019 AND NIGHTMARE SINCE -…read more PLEASE READ EVERY BAD REVIEW AND KNOW THEY ARE TRUE - you don't know what you don't know when it comes to solar, until you are educated and that's what we paid for, an evaluation of our system a little over a year ago -- you trust they do, you trust that a company you are going to give thousands of dollars to does - well THIS COMPANY, THEIR TECHS, THIER INSTALLERS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING - THEY ARE INCOMPETIENT AND CON ARTISTS - oh and Jesse thinks he can bully me, no he can't and he is about to get what is coming to him - I am done! Stay clear of this company - ask yourself why they keep changing their contractor's license number? well, it's because of the fraud and bad work and probably being sued - going with them 7yrs ago was the biggest mistake we ever made - nothing but problems with our system, which we found out from multiple solar companies that solar edge is just bad and then let's not forget that bad workmanship from this company - the owner is an asshole - their salesman Sal, oh he is really good, so be careful - their techs are awful - Right now, our system isn't working - we had an evaluation done on our system over a year ago to find out what is actually wrong and wow - so glad we have these photos and a report NOW - we've been waiting for this to fail AGAIN, to get a response from them and we now have it so it begins - So - inadequate wiring done, so our house can burn down - not enough invertors for the system we have - this is our 4th invertor that is not working now, they have replaced 3 and supposedly under warranty - well guess what - solar edge has no record of warranty repair / replacements parts for our house - we found out they are putting used equipment back on our house (since the first fail within 3 months starting 7years ago!) and they don't even clear it so you can see the history on that used equipment, that we now have a copy of that too - that's how stupid they are - we have photos of burnt wires where there was a fire in the box - and the last time they were here over a year and a half ago when they were fixing something, the invertor I think, who knows, they high tailed it out of here after they opened that box, the monitoring system has been down over a year, so we have had no idea our solar wasn't working until I got a 1k bill last month .. June, I had a 224-dollar bill, our bills are all over the place so I didn't think much about it because its been they way for 7yrs, one month I don't have a bill next month I have one, but a 1k bill - yep system is down - oh did I tell you that 50% of the places they put a screw on the roof I have a leak? NO one will touch the system up there to fix the roof! NOW they want to charge us to come here and fix their shitty workmanship and the system - NOT - I will never give them a dime ever, but I can't say the same about them - RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE - if they show up selling solar edge, run, solar edge sucks, just ask a dozen other solar companies they will tell you the same thing and give you the low down on underline energy concepts - these people are con artists - they use to have more bad reviews; I wonder what happened to those? hmmm - When you read the bad reviews, you see the same pattern, same complaints - and they are true !

The roof was done on time and communication was phenomenal. Highly recommend for roofing and solar panel installation. I wanted to share my recent wonderful experience with my recent service visit with Infinity Solar…read more I purchased my system in 2024 (detailed review also done); during this time, my solar generation has been absolutely wonderful, and sized perfectly by Kay. My electric bill is essentially free over all of 2025 and this year. Some months have a $10 dollar bill, other months negative depending on how sunny each day is. I have had zero issues whatsoever and system works like clockwork. The installation over my tile roof, done through Terrazas roofing, partnered with Solar has also been top notch with zero issues with multiple major storms last year. I would say i was 110% satisfied with my decision to go solar and with Infinity solar. Fast forward to 2026. A series of recent power outages resulted in no power in my home. My initial thinking was that my system should have generated power with a fully charged battery during this outage. After calling Infinity, it was relayed that my system per contract was only set up for load shifting by design, lowering cost which I had decided on. After discussing 2 options to allow for backup power generation, i decided to proceed with the upgrade. Throughout the process, the entire team supported me exceptionally, starting with Sara who stepped in to help speak to me when the service department was not available at the time. As i did'nt understand my contract fully,, i reached out to Kay in sales, whom i did not speak to in 2 years, who really went above and beyond to explain to me in full detail how my system was set up, and options i had to upgrade. Kay treated me like family. I was so appreciative of her kind approach. She helped coordinate a technical call with Joel to fully answer all my technical questions. Once i decided i was comfortable with to proceed with the upgrade, the service team took over, with Vanessa and Brianna helping me schedule my service. Vanessa and Brianna work tremendously well together; super friendly, pleasant, professional and helpful. I requested looking into a couple options which Vanessa followed up on and accommodated without hesitation. A straight forward and exact quote was provided on Thursday. Their service and help was fantastic and greatly appreciated. Upon approving my quote on Thursday, my service was completed on the following Tuesday, much faster than I expected. Upgrade was performed by Ivan, electrician specialist. Ivan also initially setup my system in 2024. His expertise is perhaps, in my view, the finest in the industry. I felt very fortunate and appreciative knowing i hd my system in the best hands. He spent about 3 hours working on my system, explaining all the steps. Work performed was tremendous. Ivan patiently answering all my questions on some of the system parameters forgotten over the past 2 years. System was up and running and verified to work fully with a simulated power outage performed through the fuse box, and through the app. I was thrilled to now have backup power during outages. Billing and final payment was as quoted and super easy. In closing, the real mark of any business is how you are treated after the job is complete. My belief is that Infinity solar lives up to their reputation of being an exceptional 5 star company providing high expertise solar services through all phases of a project; sales, installation, commission, operational life, and post installation services. In a business of fraught with fly by night companies, Infinity Solar is a true gem. Solar done right with integrity, highest expertise, and exceptional, prompt service when called on. Thanks again to the entire Infinity team. 5 Star once again! Dave C
