We saw Erica Rhodes last night. She was amazingly funny and quick-witted. I am going to review the food served here. Per their website, this is the first comedy club to serve food. Not just any food, excellent food. I usually get a hamburger or nachos. This time, I went all out. I ordered their prix fixe menu: twin lobster tails, salad, potatoes, and asparagus. Mrs. K had the filet mignon with the same sides. I took pictures of the next table's dessert just to show people the quality of their product. I've been here a couple times for comedy shows and they were both excellent experiences. The hostesses are friendly and seat you right away, the servers are attentive and speedy, and the food is surprisingly good across the board. My friend and I had trouble deciding between a few different entrees because they were all so good the previous time we visited. Both times, I went to the first show of the night so we could arrive early, eat at our leisure, and enjoy the show with some cocktails. I can't speak for the later shows, but I can imagine it. I hit not be as nice of an experience since there isn't as much time to casually sit and order food. I would probably recommend eating somewhere else first and coming to the later shows for cocktails and maybe dessert. The layout is also very nice. The stage is raised up just the right amount so nobody's view is blocked and the acoustics are spot on, making it easy to hear the comedians but not overbearing noise levels. Positive experience December 5th 2025 attending the show for Murr (from Impractical Jokers) although this review isn't about him but rather the venue. The place seats around 300, all of which are tables. Your are either facing the state, or have your back to the stage and need to swing your chair around which is fine. We paid extra for VIP seating and even though we arrived 90 minutes after the doors opened (which is 30 minutes before showtime) we were in the first row. Our waitress was super friendly, and drinks decent and the food better than expected (my son ordered the SmashBurger which is really enjoyed, although the fries were bland and he didnt eat them) and I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza which was 7-8/10 (again, better than I expected for a comedy club) The required food and or drinks can get a little expensive on top of the ticket fee, but this too is the same for every comedy club. They do a nice job here. We had a good time and plan to come back. read more

Went to see the medium Cindy Kava - our 4th time seeing her here and our 6th time at the club - and she was very entertaining as always. As others have commented, the food is surprisingly good fo a comedy club. The Caesar salad is great, and big enough to split into two appetizers. The flatbreads are also tasty. And contrary to another comment, they do list the cocktail prices, you just need to read the menu. They pack you in like all comedy clubs I've been to, but the atmosphere is upbeat and the attendees generally friendly. They get a lot of working comedians here, but they also get A-listers trying out new material, so surprisingly good programming for a smaller town! read more

Wonderful comedy club in North Naples. Great comedians, we saw Bob Marley and he was so funny. We were seated at a high top table in back and could see very well. The food was excellent, spin dip and fries were excellent. Have to purchase 2 items. Beer was not so good. It as packed in there, sold out. If u don't like crowds, it is not for you. Went to see Ben Bankas at the 4 pm show 4/19. First guy did not get any laughs, main act definitely had a shock factor..... We had a party of 3 and after several reading reviews about people's checks being wrong/charging too much, we made sure to look closely at the bill. They say 18% automatic gratuity for parties of 6+. NOPE, we were a party of 3 and they auto charged us. Had we not looked closely at the bill, we would've double tipped. Beware and look closely at your bills. read more

Great venue! The food is surprisingly good for a comedy club--definitely top tier for that kind of environment. I've seen some amazing comedians here. A few weren't quite as good as I expected, but I still keep coming back. They do have a two-item minimum, and they only sell bottled water. The one thing I don't like is that the tip is automatically included. The way the receipt is set up makes it hard to notice, so it's easy to accidentally tip twice. Saw Zoltan Kaszas here and he was fabulous! Opening act, Jason Lawhorn (?) was pretty good as well, much better than other opening acts we've seen. Venue itself is across from The Ritz/Tiburon in a Publix plaza. Plenty of easy parking. Loved the popcorn people who were there at the beginning - if u want popcorn, get it early b/c they close down. Front check-in was seamless and they showed us to r table. Arrived approx 45 min before the show to have dinner. Had the choice of a regular or high top, which we chose high top & it was perfect. Bought the regular seats rather than VIP and they were just what we wanted as we don't love sitting right up next to the comedian. Jasmine was our waitress and she was excellent - friendly, there when we needed, etc. There's a 2 item min per person, which is not difficult to meet. Even water (they only offer bottled) counts as an item if you're not a drinker. We had the smash burger, Philly cheesesteak, lemonade and wine. Both meals were tasty. Cheesesteak is quite large. Truffle fries were okay - more of a truffle salt sprinkled on them rather than a true truffle fry. Wine was great. Lemonade was wonky - more like a bar style sweet & sour mixed to make lemonade. Wouldn't order that again. Zoltan's comedy set was awesome! We find him to b so funny and his delivery is just great. Some of his material I've seen in his online clips and other was tailored toward the Naples crowd/experience, which is always fun. As I mentioned, the opening act went for about 15 min and then main act was maybe 40 min. Afterward he stands outside to sell t-shirts, records & take pics w/people, which was kind of surprising b/c he's a bit of a big deal these days. We went to the 6pm show and they had us all moving out the door at 7:15pm so the next crowd could come in by 7:30. Would definitely return to Off the Hook for another show, although it would b hard to match this one. read more

Jay Pharoah the headliner for Easter weekend was absolutely disgusting! He tried to make fun of Trump being shot in Pennsylvania and a woman in the audience commented "how would you like to get shot at" he attacked her viciously and it was absolutely terrible and embarrassing. Then he tried to blame her. People in the audience began to boo and it was just awful. We paid for our food and drinks and left. It was not funny at all. read more

The show was hilarious, with David Nihill crushing it as headliner and Chris Machado delivering a great opening set. The club has a fun atmosphere, and the service is always friendly and attentive. We've been here many times in the past and usually had great experiences -- unfortunately, this visit was by far the worst, and we won't be returning. The headlining act with Murray from Impractical Jokers was incredibly disappointing. The show was presented as improv and unscripted for the last half hour, but it felt painfully staged and forced -- more like low-quality scripted skits than authentic comedy. It was honestly uncomfortable to watch and not at all what we expected. On top of that, the service issues made the night even worse. We paid for six tickets although only four of us ended up attending, yet we were forced to give up the two extra seats that we already paid for -- which felt unreasonable considering the mandatory food minimum tied to each seat. When our food arrived, it was incorrect. We notified our server and said yes, we did want the replacement brought out. After waiting almost 30 minutes, she returned and told us the food had burned and asked if we wanted it "to go." At that point the entire experience had already soured. Between tickets and required food purchases, the night totaled about $500, which made the overall disappointment even harder to swallow. We used to enjoy coming here, but this experience was bad enough to make this our last visit. read more

Bought New Year's Eve VIP tickets which included dinner and the 8pm show. * Not sure what is considered VIP but there was only 1 table behind where we were seated. However, VIPs did get to wait in a shorter line prior to entering the club. * Waited 30+ minutes for drinks. * Asked several times for our meals which arrived after everyone else at our table had finished eating. The beef tenderloin was extremely salty. * The headliner slurred his words from the moment he stepped on stage and seemed completely unrehearsed (after reading recent reviews I'm surprised the club selected him for such a large event). The opening acts were more enjoyable. As disappointing as this experience was, I must add that we have attended several good shows at Off The Hook and will most likely return for non-holiday events. My advice is to read reviews of the scheduled performer, don't spend additional money for VIP tickets and dine elsewhere. read more

Their instructions say doors open at 5:00 for a 6:30 show. We checked in at 5:45 to allow time for a meal before the show. We stood in line outside until 7:00. Food service was chaotic. Half of our party received their food 30 minutes before us. They are understaffed. The comedian was funny. We won't be back. read more

Anthony Rodia was awesome as usual. The service provided by Jay R was really attentive and top notch. The food was pretty good. The wine was not great. I tried both offerings of pinot grigio, both were not good. My biggest complaint was that the venue was full to capacity and they only had three stalls in the ladies room and one was out of order. Not the first time this has happened. A long line of women waiting to get in the bathroom before the show, and after the show. How do you have a full house and only two stalls? Hard to believe they meet the minimum required restrooms for the number of people in the venue at one time. Our server really worked hard in not so good circumstances since the tables are crammed together and it gets dark during the show. Jay R treated us like we were at a fine dining establishment. I'm used to teeny tiny NYC comedy clubs where you are packed in like sardines, so Off the Hook felt so spacious but still intimate when I went to see Andrew Dice Clay with friends. Doors open two hours before the first show, and since the non-VIP tickets are first come first seated, we got there early. That allowed us time to really enjoy our meal so we weren't eating during the set. Our server was awesome, and she offered a few great suggestions for food. We weren't sure what to expect from a comedy club kitchen, but everything was amazing! I ordered the Key Lime Grilled Shrimp which was served over a delicious avocado salad. The show was great, the space was really nice, the bathrooms were clean, and the food was better than we could have expected. I can't wait to go back! read more

This is one of my go-to spots whenever I have friends visiting from out of town. That said, the experience really depends on which comedian you're seeing. I've probably been to 30 or 40 shows--some of them had me laughing so hard my cheeks hurt, and I was still talking about it days later. Surprisingly, a few big-name acts weren't as funny as some of the smaller, lesser-known comics. The food is pretty decent overall. My only real complaint is that they automatically include a tip in the bill, regardless of your party size--but the way the receipt is printed, it's easy to miss, so you might end up tipping twice. I probably did that ten times before I finally noticed. Aside from that, no complaints--and I've been here dozens of times, which says a lot. read more

A group of 6 went to watch Nick Colletti last night, truly one of the WORST shows I've EVER seen Nick is clearly just coming out of rehab (kudos for that) but his entire show was about how f'ed up he'd been, what the experience was like Zero humor, the audience was clearly uncomfortable with very little laughter, indeed, many patrons walked out, we were stage front, so didn't feel we could just up & leave, but it was miserable Food in the venue was ample & quite good Sadly, Nick had us leave with a very bad taste in our mouths read more

We had a similar experience to others on NYE 2025. We paid for VIP tickets, and got NOTHING for the extra money. After getting our initial drink order, our waitress went MIA. Other people's main course was finished before we were served our salad. We finally got our main course, and the waitress was shocked we didn't get salad. So as we were eating our main course our salad was brought, which didn't fit on the table. The food wasn't cooked thoroughly, and wasn't hot. The manager offered (through the waitress) to comp our drinks. Not good enough. The comedians were NOT funny. I went to the Jamie Kennedy show - second night, second show. It was a really good time. I haven't seen a comedy show in a long time so it was great to laugh all night. This was my first time at this venue. I had a VIP ticket but honestly you don't need to waste the money on it because all the seats are basically the same since it's such a small venue. They seated me at the very back so it definitely didn't feel VIP whatsoever but I was totally good with where I was seated. I just won't waste the money on the VIP next time. Really the only bad thing was that I ordered 2 beers, no food, before the show started. I gave the guy my card, he charged me and gave me my card back. He never handed me the card machine to add tip or look at the total so I had no idea how much he charged me. Later towards the end of the show I ordered 1 more beer and this time he handed me the credit card machine to add tip and I saw the total. It was less than $10. The next day I looked at my bank account and had the two charges there. Lo and behold those first 2 beers apparently cost me $38.00! How does that math work? Did he add an $18.00 tip to himself? Bottom line if you go here make sure they hand you the credit card machine so you can see the total for yourself before they charge you. So petty and ridiculous to rip off a customer like that but also my bad for not being more diligent and asking to see what he's charging me. read more

One really annoying thing; the club AUTOMATICALLY tips the servers 18%, BUT, the servers write on your bill that they also "like cash tips" in addition. Went last night for first time. Went with another couple. A fun night out. They seat you with other people. They require credit card upon seating and there's a minimum drink requirement. It was only 2 drinks, so not a big deal. We ordered the nachos and french fries. It's fine bar food. The comedian we saw was funny as was the opening comedian as well. They have postcards on the tables, if you want to fill out with your information for future show info. All in all a fun night out. read more

I see a lot of reviews saying how over crowded it is here. It is, but it's that way in every comedy club I've ever been to. It was actually less crowded than several, but you will sit very close to other people. The acts were funny and the atmosphere was nice. If you're freaked out about crowds during the Covid outbreak, don't go to any comedy clubs. I'd recommend getting an entre instead of an appetizer. I got the shrimp cocktail for $19 and got five medium sized shrimp.... The food is usually overpriced at comedy clubs, but $4 a shrimp, I thought was egregious. My wife got a flatbread that was just ok. My daughter got French onion soup she said was pretty good. The entres at the tables around is looked better than what we got. read more
