Half Caesar Salad with Chicken, Onion Rings
    Florence A.

We walked in on a Saturday at around 5:30, before a Sharks game, and got a table right away. Took a while for a server to get to us and he was a little grumpy. Whatever. The food we had was pretty good, with good portions for the price - our onion ring basket was $12 and could've fed 4 people. My half Caesar salad was $6 - I got it with chicken (I don't remember the price) and got a good amount of moist, delicious chicken breast. Seriously couldn't finish it. My husband got the chicken tenders and said they were pretty good. After the Sharks game, we passed by and it looked super busy, with security at the entrance. Looks like more of a party place later in the evening.

Came here with a friend on a Saturday night. Since parking is a hassle, we parked far. The space was newly and nicely decorated. It was kind of loud inside so I went to the outdoor back seating. We got: -onion rings, they were average, not too greasy, which is good. Came with horseradish and bbq sauce. -Detroit vs everybody pizza. Rectangle shaped, got the bigger size as I thought it might be light. But I was wrong, one slice was heavy, and very flavorful! Hint of ricotta cheese, mini pepperonis, mushroom, nice tomato sauce, not too acidic if you know what I mean. Will definitely come again. Service was very good. Clay helped us get everything in order, and came around a few times making sure we're ok!

disclaimer: we have not tried their food. however, they have standard american bar fare: fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, pizza, etc. can't really mess those up drinks are subpar. dragonites dragonbreath was good the first time I had it a few months ago when there with some friends, but apparently inconsistent because this time it tasted like juice. I prefer my cocktails to still allow the taste of the liquor to come through - particular in a mezcal drink, that's kinda why people order mezcal drinks. my husband tried their old fashioned, and he didn't like it either. if you prefer a spirit-forward old fashioned, too, this one isn't for you. he found it to be too sweet

This was my first time at San Pedro Social. It's more of a chill and casual vibe, with a bowling alley upstairs and bars on both floors. Seating is pretty limited upstairs, so would recommend sitting downstairs if you have a big group and you aren't bowling. We tried ordering at the upstairs bar but they were out of gin and tequila, though they still had beer. The line for the bar downstairs is longer, but in my experience the drinks were worth the wait. We ordered a That's the Tea cocktail and the Mango Cart beer (pictured) as well as a Blue Wave and Casamigos Blancos Margaritas. All the cocktails were well-made and balanced, not watery or diluted which tends to happen at some sports bars. Later during the night we ordered chicken tenders, which were juicy and had a nice crispy breading without being overly heavy or greasy. The only caveat is that they do close earlier than most other bars during the weekends at midnight instead of 2 am. I plan on bringing a group of friends here in the future for a hangout!

I've been waiting to have Slice of Homage for the longest time!! Came here once but it was closed. My birthday was the perfect excuse to stop here. They have a bowling alley downstairs which is pretty cool. A bunch of screens to watch games and a nice bar to go along with it. Old fashion was today's choice of drink! 9/10 Appetizers : tenders and fries. 8/10 We ordered the Americana... Delicioso! My cousin thinks it could of been crispier but I enjoyed it. 8/10 Also ordered : Detroit Style Red Head 8/10 Family said it could of had less sauce Margherita (vegetarian) 7/10 Overall it was a good experience. Clay did an excellent job taking care of us. Everyone was content.

We arrived around 7pm so were able to get in without any search or cover charge... it looked like around 9:30pm there were security that padded down everyone coming in and ID checks and a possible cover but not sure. We came mainly to eat the SOH pizza. We were seating at low tables but the booths look more comfy. The service was pretty good but not the quickest. We finally ordered the mini Detroit vs Everyone which comes with 4 pieces. The pizza is amazing. I just didnt like how cold it got from the draft of the doors being kept open. It looked like management was on it and they helped deliver our pizzas on time as our waiter was not always immediately there when our food was ready to go on the chef counter. The arugula salad we ordered was a bit too drenched in sauce but i liked it overall with lots of toppings. My bf liked the Maui Wowie from Livermore but he said the beer selection. ($10)- he said should be craft beers but they werent a good selection. We went down stairs where they have 4 bowling lanes, and shuffle board, and an arcade with foosball, the punching bag game ( $5 gets u 10 hits; $1 would prob be 2 hits), jurassic park shooting game, crane games, and one pool table. My bf didnt like that it was cash only instead of tokens or card at most arcades these days. The shuffle board game would take our bills so we just played. The pucks are very old tho. But still had fun. We def wanna back for the pizza and shuffleboard.

I had a fantastic evening at the Santa Clara University Graduate Business Spring Social! May 10th Friday at San Pedro Social, I had the pleasure of connecting with fellow students, professors, and alumni in the heart of downtown San Jose. From the delicious bites and the signature Yuzu Bear Hug and Lychee Lane cocktails to striking some pins at the bowling lanes, every moment was filled with laughter and good conversations. The vibrant atmosphere and the engaging activities were perfect for unwinding during a bustling quarter. A big thank you to Graduate Business for setting up such a wonderful event where we could all come together and celebrate our achievements and foster new connections. Can't wait for the next one!

Pros- Great service and the game zone is fun and affordable Cons- food was not well made, it was extra salty, or extra spicy. For the game zone- you need to carry $5/$10/$20 bills because their machines won't accept anything else

Wanted to check the place out and have a few drinks. Came here with several people one random night. Didn't get to check out the bowling alley downstairs or try the food. We were busy having drinks and dancing to the sounds of mindmotion. Pretty chill place tho it gets pretty packed. Next time will try to check out when it's not so rainy.

Service was a bit slow. We sat upstairs and was not overly crowded. They do have a Bowling alley downstairs. I didn't go down, so maybe that's were all the customers were. Food was good and huge portions. I was not super hungry so went with the chicken street tacos. Plenty of diced chicken and were good. They also have games to play & full bar. Good place for parents with teen kids to hang out.

I came her for a birthday and they initially sat us at a dirty table sharing space with a huge group of loud drunk people. There were so many open lanes, why do we need to be right next to a bunch of shouting people spilling food and drinks everywhere. Great. After complaining they moved us, and then the rest of the problems reared their heads. First, we took some of the kids in our party to the arcades, only to discover the price per play is so high you burn through $20 in 10 minutes. So unless you like wasting money this isn't really kid friendly as there is nothing else for kids. Second, the shoes - good god it is a bad day to be a foot when you put these gross, junky things on. They were basically glued together. Our food started to arrive and my god, I have had better frozen food than what they serve. The pizza is dried and barely has toppings, fried stuff all limp and greasy. It was gross. So I decided to get a drink at the bar, except the clueless slow bartender didn't even look at me for 15 minutes while there were literally 3 other people there. I just gave up, I'm sure a $15 watered down cocktail or flat beer wouldn't improve my mood. Anyway, this place sucks, it's gross, it's expensive, and the employees don't care about service. It'll be a cold day in hell before I come back.

I walked into a space that gets loud and warm during busy periods, and cleanliness varied by section, but the overall setup gave my group plenty of options for a few hours of entertainment. The arcade is the strongest part of the offering. I found the selection of rhythm games solid and reasonably well maintained, and the claw and gacha style machines are what Round1 does better than most chain arcades. That said, individual claw machine plays run around four dollars, which adds up quickly if I am playing multiple rounds, and the tension on the machines is inconsistent enough that results feel more variable than skill based. The prize section near those machines tends to run warm compared to the rest of the floor. Racing games, fighting games, and photo booths fill out the rest of the arcade floor, and the overall variety was broad enough to keep my group occupied. Bowling is available but came with some caveats. The ball selection skewed toward smaller finger holes and very heavy options, with limited middle ground, so bringing my own ball would be worth considering if I bowled regularly. Party packages are available and include shoes and games, which streamlines the booking process for larger groups. For a casual group outing, birthday celebration, or evening with a mix of activities on offer, Round1 covers the bases adequately. Going in with realistic expectations about the cost per activity makes the experience more enjoyable. It is not a refined destination, but for what it is, it delivered a fun few hours.

It was hard finding a machine where I actually wanted the plush or figurine. They also had 6 different machines just dedicated to kuromi, which is great and all but there just wasn't much variety. Hopefully they update their selection and add more skill based machines.
