Second time at this indoor jump emporium. First, I must praise the front desk staff-very nice & accommodating! They let us use a groupon & 4 living socials at one visit...great deal!!! Another positive thing about this place in general is that it appeals to all age groups. Some kids outgrow these type of places by the time they reach elementary school. My kids & their friends range from 7-10 & they love it here. COOL stuff to do!! Tons of different jumping:: standard big trampolines, a kangaroo jumper (big green blob!), & trampoline volleyball, & my boys LOVE the trampoline dodgeball & basketball. There is a rock wall, although they have not tried it. Awesome laser tag done in teams. Of course, cool arcade games. This is what will cost extra if your little one insists on playing more to get the prizes! Hold your ground. There is a parents lounge with TVs. Also must note the cafe has pretty good food. FORGET CHUCK E CHEESE! This place was so clean and so big! I'm so in love with this place, I can't wait to go back! The trampoline area is big with employees watching the kids. There is a separate area with smaller trampolines for the little kids. We bought the "Jump & Play" package. 1 hour jump & a $10 play card. $16.95! If parents want to be in the jump area they have to pay extra. They make you buy their slip resistant socks that are $2, if you don't have any, which caught me by surprise but you keep the socks. An hour of jumping was enough for my 6 year old. She was exhausted! SCORE! While I was waiting by the table area & grabbed some drinks. The staff was friendly and prices for food and drinks were cheap. Finally we headed over to all the games. They were all new games I've never seen at any of the other kid places. We won a jackpot 1275 tickets! They had great prizes and nothing was too impossible to get. $10 card got us far! The staff at the prize counter was very patient and friendly. My family and myself were visiting South Beach for vacation and were looking for something to do on a rainy evening. We found an "Off The Wall" brochure in the hotel lobby. The overall experience was pleasant and lots of fun for all ages! The Good: There were lots of different things to do! There was a decent arcade, tons of trampolines from a basket ball court to a dodgeball court, and a decent lounge with a place to buy refreshments. The Bad: There isn't a whole lot of bad things to say about the place besides the games are a little too pricey. I purchased a combo that gave us 1 hour jump time and a 200 point card, which each game is about 20 points. You can get about 8-10 games out of the card depending on which game you play! My son normally loves this place. However, we just went recently and it was completely packed with camps. I entered the jump area just to supervise my son since there were so many kids and most were bigger kids (he's 7 and all by himself in there). The manager came up to me with a nasty attitude telling me I need to buy a wristband in order to be in there. I explained my son is young and has anxiety and is all by himself and I was just supervising making sure he was ok. I was not jumping, bouncing, going on any slides, literally just standing on the side watching him out of everyone's way. You cannot get a good view from outside of the bounce area to ensure your child is safe. He was nasty, sarcastic and insisted I needed to pay in order to supervise him. Completely rude, condescending and SEVERELY lacked any customer service skills or any basic human decency for that matter. Once I could not be in the jump area with my son as I refused to pay double the price just to stand there, my son wanted to go home shortly after. Complete waste of time and money. Will never support this business again and will tell everyone about this "manager". read more

The place smells like it's never been clean. The manager is so rude and doesn't even let you stand near the trampoline entrance if you don't have a wristband so you can even watch your children. Don't buy the Groupon because it's cheaper to buy through them because they lied about the price on Groupon. Plus they also charge you tax separately. So disappointing. read more

Amazing crazy fun!! My boyfriend and I decided to visit this place for our date day and boy did we have a BLAST!! We visited on a busy Saturday with a couple of ongoing birthday parties. The line to register/pay was kind of long but that was expected. We purchased a great Groupon that included "60-minute jump, laser tag, $25 card and socks" for just $25/person. We started with the dodgeball pit. Best decision!! We were the biggest ones in the dodgeball pit but had a blast with others in there. After having fun with the kids in there, we took our talents to the open trampoline area. My boyfriend and I are such big kids that we started playing "Tag" while jumping all around the kids! Once we tired ourselves out from jumping, we went to play jump basketball and had friendly competition with other people there. We played there until the next round of laser tag was available. My boyfriend and I were once again the biggest people there but we really really enjoyed running around playing laser tag with the kids. I just wish the laser tag round was longer. To end our fun, we enjoyed the wide variety of arcade games because we both had $25 cards. We played so many different games and got plenty of tokens to retrieve prizes with! I used to bring my son here in Coconut Creek, and look forward to the experience, now I cringe at the thought of bringing him here, and after today we will NOT RETURN. Why?! You ask? Here is why; This is the place were children and adolescents have better manners than the adults. The adults that are too lazy to read the signs and realize you need to fill out a waiver before you can allow your child to play, are now getting bumped to the front of the line after they are directed to leave the line use a computer against the wall and complete their waiver they were supposed to do in the first place. The facility is rewarding stupidity and ignorance. Those of us they came prepared and did our homework or completed the waiver ahead of time not only have to wait behind these people initially, but now a second time as they are bumped to the front of the line after finally completing their waiver. This does not sound so bad at least not for one person but when you have 5 to 10 people ahead of you that did not do their waiver and then are waiting to get bumped back in front of you, this gets ridiculous! After paying and getting my son a bracelet, he is playing and I decide to go get him a drink. As I get in line the way you're supposed to. I woman in front of me cuts in line in front of me to join her friend and asks her to order food for her, even after she has already placed her order. As I got up to the counter to order the employee apologizes to me as she saw the woman cut in line in front of me. Are they even allowed to say anything or do they? No! Really!? Cause conflict, NEVER!! Saftey used to be a priority here, it was one child per square don't jump with another, everyone stays in their own square, one square one child. Safety first. Even at the games you wait in line for games such as dodgeball or shooting baskets. That's why you wait in line to get your own Square and take your turn. Things have changed now in the basketball area where there are supposed to be four squares for four individuals instead of staying at your desired basket and shooting you now have other people cutting over from other size baskets to use your goal too. The thing you waited in line for. Very often they end up jumping in the square with you and doing it simultaneously which is completely unsafe. Children get double bounced, they land on one another, and injuries happen. Why? It's a common everyday occurrence let's keep everyone happy, let's share.... not that there's anything wrong with sharing but at what expense, .. safety or common sense!? I even asserted myself got up and asked the employee who was watching the basketball area and said isn't there only supposed to be one child per square? He looked at me and laughed like I was speaking a foreign language. Unsurprisingly the bathrooms there are filthy! By packing people into the fire code limit and no one cleaning or emptying trash it becomes DISGUSTING! Off The Wall mainly employs teens and young adults, which I have no problem with if they were to actually enforce the rules. Too often they are more focused on being everyone's friend, rather than safety and enforcing the posted rules. This review could go on, but I will consider myself satisfied if this review encourages anyone to avoid this place. If you share my thoughts and concerns even better. If you love this place and patronize it frequently and don't share my concerns; LMAO you probably didn't fill out the waiver and expect "special" treatment, and all your "friends " will be waiting for you ....enjoy!!! The quality fun and safety that was once here is long gone! It went from a halfway classy Lucky's Market to a run down Walmart Supercenter if you will. Where," if it's not on the shelf we don't have it" attitude prevails. I don't know about you, but my money will better spent elsewhere from here on out! I would rather be inconvenienced by driving to Sunrise or other towns with QUALITY venues than to put my child or his friends at risk patronizing a poor substandard dump such as this! read more

A bunch of adults acting like kids!! So much fun. We decided to buy the Living Social deal to come here. We paid $35 dollars for 2 people. However, this price doesn't include the taxes. You will have to pay an additional $2 bucks there. To save time you should fill out the waiver online or you will have to wait in line to fill it out there. With our living social voucher this includes: Indoor Trampoline Park Experience for Two Includes (For Each Participant) One Hour-Long Jump, Two Games of Laser Tag, Two Rock Wall Experiences, One Hour-Long Arcade Time Card, Slice of Pizza with One Topping, and Soft Drink We were a group of 6. When walking in we were a bit surprised because I thought it would be larger but it was a decent size. When you enter there are arcade games. However, with the voucher you can only use the games that light up with yellow and red. (Basically, the ones that do not giv e you tickets to get a prize) We started off with the trampolines. You have to take off your shoes and socks. They should have lockers around to rent or something. You have to leave your shoes and socks in cubes or on the floor. The trampolines were a blast. You can bounce off the walls and flip around. We got super tired. It is a workout!! We then decided to go into the Laser Tag room. I have to say this was the best part!! It was really fun with our group. The laser tag room was big. They have two-stories and the maze is awesome. The only thing that I would change is divide the little kids from the adults. There should be two rooms. I don't think it was too much fun for the little ones since we kept finding them. hehe But overall we had a blast. It is 7minutes long games. Rock wall climbing was ok. I was a little afraid of the height but I tried it once. Then off to the arcade section. We played all the racing games. I love the fact that you can take your own picture so you see yourself as the actual person. The food court section needs to be a bit cleaner and more organized. They should have a section just for the line to order your food. When ordering we are standing around the tables while people eat. Also, they should have more staff back in the kitchen helping out. Need more trash cans near so people can throw away their trash instead of leaving it on the table. Over all this place was super fun and I would definitely come back. I am all for actin a kid again - but if you are over the age of 12 - this is not the place for you. Maybe I should have done a little more research, but the Fun Depot in Lake Worth is much more up your alley if you're a teen or older. Forget jumping on the trampolines because that is obviously for young children. Children's lives would have been irrevocably changed If I had joined the fray. Toddlers and what not, come awn. The video game demographic is more in line for the very young person. I get that the times they are a changin, but pinball machines and classic arcade games don't go out of style if you're looking to play video games. Bought a groupon here forever ago and finally got around to using it. It's tough to decide between 3 and 4 stars, but I think I'll go with 3 for adults and 4 if we were children. We came on a Saturday afternoon so it was packed!! Thankfully we filled out our waivers online ahead of time so we didn't have to wait for that. The girl that checked us in gave us wristbands, cards and told us to go jump first. Since the groupon didn't have the package printed on it and I bought it so long ago I asked her to explain what exactly was going on. This seemed to annoy her and she swiped our cards to reveal 200 pts for video games, 1 rock climbing and 1 laser tag. So off we went to jump. The basketball area was empty so we started there first. That was fun, and I felt as though we were getting some exercise. Eventually some other adults showed up and we got off to let them on. We headed over to the giant jumping area but didn't have much fun there since our jumping caused all the little kids to fall over and it felt kind of unfair lol. They announced that checkered wristbands were done jumping... we had on starred wristbands, so we probably had more jump time, but since this wasn't really explained to us I'm not sure how much time or what was really going on. We decided to stop and get water anyways... water was $1.56 a bottle, cheaper than the fountain soda drinks so I do give them credit for that. On to video games to cool off and not trample 4 year olds, we ended up playing a 2 person pirate shooting game for most of our 200 point credit. Yes this game was fun!! Like I wish I could buy it for PS4 and play it at home fun lol. We wasted the last of our points on a giant digital connect 4 board! Haven't played connect 4 for years, and definitely hadn't seen it in that format. On to laser tag! There was a huge group of us for our round - us (two adults) and about twenty 8 year old boys lol... this was fun. The arena itself was much bigger than I expected, with lots of mazes and even a second story. I don't think the kid I found sitting in the corner shooting himself in laser tag suicide was enjoying himself, but everyone else was lol! 7 minutes was the perfect amount of time. When it was all over they gave us a stats sheet so you could see how you did. It's clear that most 8 year old boys are better than me lol. We decided to skip the rock climbing since we were pretty tired at this point, perhaps slightly hung-over, and it didn't look like the staff was prepared to spot my large boyfriend on the wall lol. Our school booked here for 3rd and 4th grade - a huge class of 45-52 kids. They go a bundle with lunch included. The prices were amazing !!! Thanks to Steven ! He was such a big help and he was externally patient with us on the phone until he gave us what worked for our school and group ! Worst place to go on a weekend! I took my 3 year old on a saturday night, what a big mistake!! The place was packed, there was disorganization everywhere. The bathrooms lacked toilet paper and were dirty and forgotten. I ordered a pizza and it took over an hour to be done. The first 40 minutes I waited I went up to the counter and asked how much longer and the lady said "its almost out", I went back 20 minutes later and the guy preparing the pizza told me my order wasnt even on the list!!! My son was soo hungry I had yo buy him Lays chips while he waited. Finally it took 1 hour 30 minutes for my pizza to be done. Do not go there!!!! Its not worth all the money. Jump and play is 21 dollars each, their special socks cost 5 dollars for adults, 1.50 toddlers, the pizza is 16 dollars so you will end up spending over 100 dollars easily you should expect more for your money.
