Just had a party here for my twin 14 year olds and 9 of their friends. It was kind of pricey, but the kids had a GREAT time! Max, our party host, was very good with the kids and kept them moving between the free jump, the dodge ball, the slam dunk, the laser tag, the rock wall and the party room. There were frequent stops at the party room for water which he and his assistant Brenna (a very nice girl) provided in pitchers. Then after the pizza and cake, the kids got game cards to use at the arcade as party favors. My kids and their friends have been talking about what a great time they had for days! My only criticism is that the bathrooms are kind of grungy (my husband had a stronger word for the men's bathroom). Time to invest in a janitorial service. read more

If you go to Off The Wall you have a 50/50 chance of having a nice time. The last time my family and I were there we had a horrible experience and we will not be returning. There is a male staff member there with a pony tail and glasses that is completely rude and obnoxious that seems to be on some sort of power trip. One of their managers was a really nice guy, but overall the majority staff here needs improvement. The only true good thing about this place is their hours of operation. Your cost in the socks less than $0.50 so the profit your making is negated buy the bad feelings people feel by being ripped off. $60 for two kids under four and two adults to jump on a trampoline for an hour lends itself to a one time trip. Took my son and 5 of his friends for his birthday. They had a blast. We used a groupon and got some good deals to go with it. I did not jump, but the kids had a blast jumping for an hour. The jumping refs were not as bad as some of the other reviewers posted. I saw kids running, flipping both ways and jumping off the seated areas in the middle of the jump area. We went right when they opened last Sat. I'm glad we went early, it got busy quick. The pizza was awful, but the rest of the food was great. Had several kids who wouldn't even eat it. With our groupon we got a 1 hour game card. It's worth it to get the timed card. The kids just went from game to game multiple times. I think they liked that more than the jumping. Tips: Get a groupon for the combo offers Fill out the waivers online before coming. That was the slowest part of the process and it gets crazy in that small area. Place is cool, but staff busy on their phones and not cleaning. I know they are mostly kids, but they are getting paid. I stood in line and paid for a beverage then waited for it while 3 others stood around talking and the person who took my money took new orders and served them. After about 5 minutes,a manger looking person asked me if I had been helped finally then someone decided to get my drink. The young men cleaning would wipe a spot and and move on totally ignoring dirty glass tables, chairs. The guy sweeping picked up some large debris and the he was done. Had a great time with my son and his friend. Took advantage and bought a Groupon with the laser tag and 20 $ gaming cards. They loved it!! Food isn't that great and pretty expensive. Can't ask for ice and water as they will direct to the water fountain and charge you for ice. suggest to pack lunch and drinks. Went to a 5 year olds birthday party here yesterday . Nice place lots of games and different trampoline areas for kids . Best party of party is that they give u a chaperone for the kids so they stay safe and u get to enjoy your guests . Worst part was the food . By far the worst pizza I have ever had . I feel like I have died and gone to hell in this overcrowded nightmare of a place. There is not enough supervision. There are too many kids allowed on the trampolines. Older kids are running rampant in the Small kid play area (and one of them deliberately punched my son in the stomach causing him to double over and cry). Disappointing that they charge $2 for nongrip socks but list that nowhere on the website. When I suggested to manager it would be helpful to know, he told me "well you can choose not to jump" in an annoyed tone. This place is awesome for the kids but it is just so gross!! Most of the bathrooms didn't work when we went and of the ones that did they were clogged and disgusting, I tried to take my four year old to the bathroom and there was some woman going with the door wide open and just said, "door won't lock" her being able to pull the door around is another issue for a didn't platform. We just had our daughter's birthday party at off-the-wall and the service was out-of-this-world. They were very polite, accomidating, and accompanied the kids everywhere so we adults could relax. The food and service for the price as a great value. The games and facilities are in great shape and the games all look almost brand new. Most of these kinds of places are really beat up but not Off-the-Wall. But the most important takeaway was the customer service which in Florida, is usually terrible. 5 Stars!! read more

The jumping is great, the kids love it. However, this was my second time going in 2 months and the same 2 bathroom stalls were still broken, with poop and toilet paper clogging them. The cleanliness of the place is below level completely. They are not quick to clean up spills or bus tables, and as mentioned the bathrooms are disgusting. I spoke to one of the managers about the bathroom issues and he said that they are in the process of remodeling so they will not be fixing the toilets until then. I said that is not the way you handle a maintenance issue and I'm sure the health department would have some thing different to say. He also asked if there were something he could do to make my stay better. I offered maybe coupons for next time or a food voucher, he offered me nothing but a stare. Very disappointed with this place. I came today with 2 little ones 5 and 2 for them to play in the toddler area. They charge you $12 each for the whole day for an area that has the same structures as what you find in the mall for free. They asked you were slip resistant socks which you end up buying from them to go in any of the jump areas but not require for the toddler area. As the kids are playing we notice a lot of older kids coming to the area as well as kids without bracelets. Kids go from one area to the other. Mine got curious about the jump areas so I decided to go get them their socks even though they do not have them small enough for them only to be told the kids time is expire and they can't jump It would have been nice if at the begging when the bracelets were purchase they would have told us being it was the first time how it works and recommended us to take the jumping first. Don't get me wrong this place is fun, but you are not protected. Last night I went to have some family time. The first thing I did was ask the cashier if they had lockers, she assured me yes and there is cameras around them so if anything happens we will catch the guy. We soon found out that was a lie. We placed our key in the cubby where we put our shoes and hid it. Went back an hour later, someone went through our cubby and took $526 dollars out of our wallet. Knowing that they had "cameras" we felt a little better so we can catch the guy who did it. Long story short, police were called and looked at the cameras. They didn't find shit. The cameras were facing a way where you couldn't even see the lockers, and you couldn't see the cubby holes. What is the point of having a camera system when it's useless and not pointing in the direction to protect your customer. The staff was a bunch of kids that could careless that something was stolen, we approached a guy and all he said was we have theft here every week and walked away. Well if you have theft here on a weekly basis why not change things. Chris the operations manager helped us a lot and we do appreciate him. My opinion, don't EVER come here if you want your things to be safe. We learned our lesson. read more

Great Place, SUPER PARTIES!! We thoroughly enjoyed our visits to Off the Wall during the summer and decided to try it for our twins' birthday party in December. What a great experience! The event had a wonderful flow and the staff at Off the Wall could not have been more flexible and accommodating. Our party hosts Brett and Ashley managed the party beautifully and were very responsive to our needs. The overall party coordinator Samantha was knowledgeable and very helpful. Steve, the general manager, was gracious and made several concessions to make sure everyone had a terrific time. Everyone at Off the Wall was professional, courteous, and upbeat. We definitely recommend Off the Wall for parties! One tip... To maximize the flexibility with the timing of party activities, etc., try to book the party on more "off times" like Sundays instead of Saturdays. read more

Took my 8 year old son here and he had a blast. I bought the $31 Groupon which was a great deal by my standards. It included 2 hours of jump time, 2 rounds of laser tag, a $20 game card, slice of pizza and drink as well as the no slip socks. Another review stated that you couldn't wear socks but when we went everyone was wearing socks. I think you have to wear no slip socks though. I had an issue with the game and they reissued my points and fixed it right away. I've been to other game places where it was impossible to find an employee for help but I did not have that problem here. The pizza looked eh but my son liked it. The employees I did encounter where helpful and friendly. Overall it was a fun experience and I would recommend this place for any child. read more

Place is too cramped. They let way to many people in especially hundreds from these camps and the trampolines are filled to the brim with them. Worst part is, the staff is horrible. Ridiculous. Management and employees. Drove a hour to get there and we couldn't find the Groupon redeem code. They offered no help. By the time we got the redemption codes, it was closed. All they did was give us a card with what we purchased. We couldn't get our money back. the card gives us a year to use it. Went to this place last Fri w/ my son, my gf & her son. I had bought a Living Social deal. The boys loved it & had a great time bouncing. jumping fr one section to the other! Courteous staff always on the look out for rowdy kids. The cafe had decent food but when I was standing in line, there was only 1 staff & it took forever! Only downside, the restrooms at the back were not working so we had to use the ones at the front & that was even a little flooded! Hope they've fixed everything by now! Some arcade games were also not working. We got there around noon & the place looked & smelled clean but 4 hrs later w/ an influx of about 3 school groups of kids, the place really smelled of stinky feet! Can't imagine by the closing time! But I'm sure the place gets a thorough cleaning every day! Anyway we'll def be back! read more

We just celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday at the Coconut Creek location. We knew it was a hit before we said our goodbyes! Having our party there was stress free since the hostesses were attentive and friendly. Children who arrived later were greeted and escorted to our group no matter where we were in the building. The building is spacious and filled with fun activities such as rock climbing, many trampolines, laser tag, and the Crazy Cars ride. All the parents felt we were in an amusement park with that ride. It was crazy fun! The children loved it. For the rock climbing, everyone was given three attempts. The arcade has cool prizes. Three of our guests won 1000 tickets which was pretty exciting. They also kept the children together as a group throughout the trampolines which was important to us. We ordered the boneless chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, chips with salsa and cheese. Everything was tasty especially the boneless chicken wings. The parents loved them. The kids loved the mozzarella sticks and nachos. They do offer cupcakes as part of their package but they allowed us to replace it with another pizza pie. Finally, the managers cared if we were happy and came around to check on us. Unfortunately my overall experience at Off the Wall Coconut Creek was very poor. I reserved a room for a 5pm party. When my guests arrived at 4:45, they were advised that the room was in use by another party. This comes after being assured the day prior that the option to arrive earlier at 4:30p to prepare and decorate was available. Finally at 5:10, the party exited our reserved room. My decision to choose the coconut creek location was based solely on their heavily advertised infection control process. After the previous family left, we were advised that the room would be available shortly. This presented great concerns as their "deep clean, sanitation process" took no more than 5 minutes. When inquiring on their process and it's effectiveness, the manager on duty was completely oblivious and unable to answer my questions. We were finally seated at 5:30 where The party went on well, until 6:30sh when the host abruptly interrupts our fun to request that we gather our belongings to prepare for another party for 7- keep in mind they were late and ensured accommodations due to the prior errors. I asked to speak with the supervisor, and the manager Alexia/Alicia (not totally sure) very rudely advised that no accommodations could be made and although we were accommodated late, we were expected to exit the room cutting our time short. She was completely unapologetic and offered no solutions to address our concerns, even arguing that "technically we're not guaranteed the entire time." This was neither disclosed at the time of reservation nor at the time of check in! Imagine celebrating your child's 5th birthday to have staff interrupt and try to rush you out due to THEIR error! It was disgusting and quite embarrassing to the establishment and to myself. Everything then became so disorganized and rushed! My son and his friends enjoyed the play, however the overall customer service experience was VERY POOR! Definitely a 1 star experience as it relates to that!
