I'm a disabled Vet, and was treated with respect (as were my belongings). Todd, the area supervisor stepped in to drive the truck/help plan/move stuff so Demetrius, John, and Lamont could get it all done quickly and efficiently. They understood how stressful moving is, and made my difficult day a lot less stressful. Thank You!!!

We had a large move over a 2-day period including 7 movers and 2 trucks. The job foreman and his…read moreteam worked hard and were respectful. That said, the first red flag is that the office called mid-move and demanded payment in full before the job was finished implying that they wouldn't unload trucks until this was done. This wouldn't have been a problem assuming everything goes smoothly in the move. However, this wasn't the case as unfortunately one of the men dropped something heavy (nobody would admit to what happened) and shattered a granite countertop in the home we were selling. Since we were selling the home 5 days later, a granite company reviewed the damage, assessed that it needed replacement, and provided a quote for nearly $3,000. Given the timing, we provided a credit to the buyers of the home for the same amount. With this being real property damage (not personal property damage), the All My Sons office staff indicated it wouldn't be an issue and that we simply needed to file a claim and stated we would be reimbursed within 30 days. At around day 30, we received an offer from Joe Casarez via DocuSign for a $300 settlement. In consideration for this, we would also agree to hold them harmless for future damages and further agree not to disparage the company in any social media. After several unreturned voicemails and emails rejecting the offer, Joe sent a follow up offer about 10 days later for $600 under the same terms. We have communicated back to Joe that we expect reimbursement in full or we will be filing a small claims suit by the end of the week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They are respectful through the sales process but once they're paid, they treat their customers horribly. On top of it, the claims staff show no respect for your time and your money. I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so as this is the worst company I've ever worked with as a service provider!

Glendale Heights was amazing with our son when he was 1 - the staff was very kind and helpful to…read moretwo new parents, and we had nothing but good experiences - singing nothing but praise for that time period. When he was 2, however, everything went sour. His particular flavor of AuDHD became more and more apparent, and it became increasingly clear that Glendale Heights possibly couldn't meet his needs anymore. Which is reasonable! So, after a number of days of bypassing their own "three strikes" policies and forcing us to pick him up early after a single minor incident (still charging us the full rate, mind you), they unceremoniously kicked him out without warning us that we were anywhere close to that possibly happening. Which, ok, I get from their perspective and communication could have been better - BUT. The reason this is a 1-star review and I won't recommend Glendale Heights to any other parents? Is because, for that last week that he was allowed to attend, it seems that he was told that he was being kicked out and it was _his_ fault, and not Glendale Heights' inability to accommodate his needs. For weeks, we had a 2-year-old constantly melting down every time he realized he did something wrong and _physically beating himself up_ for it. Who blames a 2-year-old like that? Who tells a 2-year-old they're a bad kid? We will forever regret sending our child to Glendale Heights.

If ever there was an issue (falling down and scrapping a knee) I have always been promptly notified. Lunches and snacks have always passed the mom test. I would highly recommend Glendale Heights to any parent looking for a above average child care facility.
