I worked with Janai, and she was great. They didn't have it in stock, and actually no one on island did, but she went the extra mile and found it $40 cheaper online and told me right away. They price-matched it on the spot, and we got it ordered to be delivered straight to my door in about nine days, which is perfect. She also let me know that if I find it cheaper anywhere within two weeks, I can bring my receipt back and they'll match it again. They even let me use my rewards, which was a nice bonus. Went to UPS store they couldn't help me either. I was losing hope and praying bc i didn't want my son to be the only one without a poster or banner (I found out a day before that he was walking and had to scramble finding pictures and designing). I remembered this shop in Kapolei and called. Say helped me and said absolutely he could have it printed within 2 hours. He even emailed me first so I could email back my file to print with instructions. I sent him 3 files for 3- 18x24 poster boards and told him which is the main one I need if he can't print them all. He called me to clarify and said he could print them all and attach them to poster boards within 2 hours. He actually had them ready within 1 hour and cleared counter space for me to attach my sticks to the boards. The posters printed matte, while i would've preferred glossy, but hey, my son had boards! Wonderful customer service, accommodated my last minute order & price was very good too at $36/ea (cheaper than Office Depot). 5 stars all the way! They were courteous and gave me a contact name to provide to the shipper. Normally, they charge a fee for certain items, but I didn't get charged anything. When I got to the hotel, they had already associated my delivery with the hotel room and had it brought up to the room by concierge. Other than sometimes long wait times on the phone, everything went very smoothly, and I couldn't complain about anything. Next time I'm in town, I'll need to actually go into the business center and leverage some of their other services.

Sarah was amazing! She was friendly, honest and explained everything clearly. They told us there is usually a $60 diagnostic fee for water-damaged phones, but since the damage wasn't too serious, they applied that fee toward the repair instead. They replaced the screen and the back sensor and had everything done within a few hours. I also appreciated that they didn't rush the repair. They took the time to properly dry the inside of the phone before fixing it, which gave us peace of mind that it was done right. Professional, honest and excellent customer service. They were truly a lifesaver during our trip. Highly recommend!

I wanted it sent FEDEX and upon looking closer at the receipt the employee sent it USPS Priority Mail instead! For nearly $50, a very time-sensitive package is not arriving until God Knows When! Next day I take similar package to Pearl City FedEx and it cost $11.27 and arrived at same destination in Idaho in 3 days! If FedEx is going to have an office inside of an Office Max, those employees need to know what they are doing!! Called store manager named Gathen last night who sent call to the desk where FedEx is located in the print shop and all that person could say is that it left their store so no assistance was provided... all of this situation reflects poorly on both Office Max and FedEx... both names we ought to be able to trust!

There was one sales person there. She was very unfriendly from the start. Even though I asked for suggestions on a replacement frame and what colors and designs might work best, she refused to offer any help and just said it was up to me. The whole time she acted like she couldn't be bothered. I am quite satisfied with the framing work that was done, but the salesperson left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don't think I will return if I have to deal with her again.
