They treated my family and I like royalty. They offered gave me some whiskey on the rocks and my wife champagne while they adjusted my watch size. After the purchase Elide continued to educate us on the history of the watch and how the model came about. Needless to say they have made a fan out of my wife and I. As a sister brand to Rolex, the big brother brand can learn something from Tudor. I have been put off by the way Rolex ADs treat their customers and don't even want to set foot in them. Just 45 minutes in his shop and I knew I was in the presence of a master craftsman, one of those extremely rare brilliant people you almost never meet these days. He fixed my husband's watch on the spot with mesmerizing speed and precision, and when he found the problem, held up a bent pin with a delighted smile. My broken watch was far below his skill-level, but his joy was so pure! Clearly someone who loves his craft, and helping people, even people like me! In the future if I have a serious watch or jewelry repair that needs to be done right, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I wouldn't mind waiting for it to be done right. However,…read morewhen I brought in my Seiko dive watch and my tag Heuer dive watch February 2026 it took until June to get my Tag and August to get the Seiko. I could have accepted the amount of time, had the watches been serviced properly. After taking the tag the Time was running more than five minutes slow every few weeks and upon trying to reset the time the crown was not screwing in positively as it should have. This was the first reason for bringing it in. Upon returning the tag to him, he put a new crown tube in and adjusted the timing, but said he wouldn't recommend going underwater with it because the 200 m is for a new watch. This surprised me and I am very reluctant to get my Tag even wet without taking it to the Tag service center. It was quite frustrating. The Seiko is a completely different story. After picking it up, I took it into the shower just to verify that my 200 m dive watch had some water resistance after his servicing . The crystal fogged immediately I took the watch back into him that day and He said give him an hour. He removed the moisture and said he replaced the gaskets however, he said he could not replace the crystal gasket. His reasoning was the gasket was not available, which was interesting. I went online and found a Seiko original packaging gasket for nine dollars. He did not perform any pressurized test on it before giving it to me. and when I went for a swim with it, it immediately fogged up. The Seiko stopped working and it still has moisture in it. I believe I'll be sending it to the Seiko service center where I can at least get a guarantee that it will work. So this review should come as no surprise to Mr. Son as he said he should stop taking Seiko watches in my last conversation with him
