This is a newly opened restaurant on Niagara Falls Blvd. I think it used to be a Chinese restaurant of some sort. It does have plenty of easy parking. Walking in there's a desk that greets you, and a small seating area for people who are doing takeout orders. And there's a large space with plenty of tables for eating. The menu focus is largely dumplings, we had two different kinds of dumplings. We love them both. Did you seem to be enjoying a brisk takeout business. We decided to come here for lunch after driving by so many times and saying we needed to try it, and it was a great decision! We were immediately seated and given waters. I ordered the vegetable lomein as my meal and my husband chose the dandan noodle bowl and pork belly buns. We decided to split some pork dumplings. We were shocked by how fast our food came out! We were expecting the dumplings first, but we got our meals first then the dumplings, which was fine! Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. I really enjoyed the lomein! My husband was surprised by how large his bowl was, but he enjoyed it and the buns! It's a little small in here, but the service is so fast people are able to get in and out quickly without having to wait. Went here with my wife yesterday and was blown away. It's a cute little restaurant but it was buzzing. The service was quick and the food was awesome. The dan dan noodles were hot and had a nice kick, and the dumplings were great too. My wife enjoyed her veggie lo mein. The best part was easily the pork belly buns, they were incredible. Ahhh alas... I'm disappointed. I'd really rather give this place a 3.5 but since halves are not an option, I decided to round up. I forgot to take pictures but I ordered delivery for Szechuan Wontons, Veg Lo Mein, General Tso's Chicken and Hot & Sour Soup. The soup was spicy and delicious and probably the best hot & sour soup I've had in the area, but also the smallest portion of this order. The Veg Lo Mein was a little too salty and overall average/below average to other Buffalo restaurants. The General Tso's Chicken was also about average. The Szechuan Wontons were actually quite good. They came in a chili oil and I would get them again, although at the high price point, I'm not sure it'd be worth it. I'd be willing to try more menu items however, I am weary. I typically trust the options put out on Step Out Buffalo, however I'd have to say this was one of the most disappointing experiences I'd have based on their recommendations. read more

Staff were warm and welcoming! I was seated immediately and had a choice to location/ table. I went during lunch. Jackson was very nice and quick to bring my order! Steady stream of pick-up and sitting inside. There is a sign says 5% off if you use cash! I'm using a gift card but I'll keep that in mind I the future! I ordered Calamari $7 and House (7) handmade dumplings $9.50 and Green tea. It was brought in a kettle. My order was on my table in less than 15 minutes! Dumpling were plump and tasty! Green tea was popping hot. Calamari is a decent size for 1 person. Was cooked a bit harder than I would like but I'd order it again. The tentacles were very hard so I stopped trying to stab them w a fork. 2 flew off my plate and onto the table, I picked the rest up w my fingers! Staff came by to check on me throughout. OG was a pleasant suburban surprise, with excellent dumplings and appetizers in a nondescript (but very busy) spot on Niagara Falls Blvd. I think that the prices are maaaybe a touch high for food that is at root all pretty cheap to make, but the quality was uniformly good. We did shrimp soup dumplings, fried tofu, fried green beans, shrimp dumplings, veg dumplings, and crab rangoon. I've had slightly better dumplings at Pho Lantern and Teton, but these were still enjoyable. I'd do it again for sure. There's a fairly large parking lot, as is necessary for the location. read more

I ordered basil fried rice with chicken for $14. I asked to eliminate the tomatoes and to add extra basil. What I received was a container full of rice, some onions, less than 4oz of dry chicken, and some egg. I put the contents of the meal back into the take out container after eating the chicken. It was nearly as full as it was prior to eating the chicken. As for the basil, I counted five little strands. The worst fried rice I've ever gotten. How can you screw up fried rice? read more

I came here with a friend a few nights ago and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service! The place is a little small, but it doesn't get annoyingly loud like some other restaurants I've been to. I ordered the pork fried rice, which was unbelievably delicious. I couldn't have the dumplings unfortunately because of my gluten free issues, but I believed my friend when she said they were delicious. The servers all smiled and were so gracious. We had pork dumplings steamed. There were seven pieces, more than enough to share. The chicken broccoli was tasteless and I had to use the dumpling sauce to save the dish. Disappointing. The orange sesame chicken had better flavor . Would have liked a choice of heat for the entrees as well as a choice of white or brown rice. White was given. My family decided to do take out. And even though we did to go, the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean as well. The wait for to-go wasn't long at all. One of the best dine in experiences I've had in a while. The food was AMAZING, the price was BEYOND REASONABLE!! We were told we could sit where we'd like, the waitress gave us all water while we looked over the menu. We ordered shrimp tempura (3), scallion pancake (1-cut in triangles of 4), crab rangoons (6), lo mein with shrimp, rice bowl with shrimp, crab and pork bao (5) and shrimp bao (5) with 3 beverages. Went because husband really wanted to go. Let me preface by stating I know little about Asian foods and it's not really my favorite cuisine. Fast and friendly service, and despite packed house we were seated quickly. Pictures on menus of many food items. We ordered szechuan dumplings, and pork and chive dumplings. I thought the prices were high for the few dumplings we got. They were okay. We ordered scallion pancakes which were SOAKED in oil. I took one bite and gave up. We had an excellent dumpling dinner on May 19, 2025. We especially loved the soup dumplings--excellent--and the hot tea served with wooden cups. Overall an excellent experience. Service was very good, ambience happy, fragrant, and enthusiastic. The owners have remodeled a building to make a cheerful, inviting dining space without pretension or artifice, serving a wonderful variety of dumplings. They seem to be inspired by both Chinese and Japanese origins. Server was knowledgeable and helpful. If only we lived near Tonawanda we would be regular customers. We are big fans of dim sum, bao, shumai, and all foods Chinese, harder to find in our home town. read more

My pad Thai came out first before everything else, I wish they would've brought out dumplings first or at least waited until my friends had some of her food to bring out the pad Thai. It was at least 10 to 15 mins before anything else came out so I had no choice but to start eating or my food wouldn't started getting cold, I waited a few minutes and when nothing else came I just started eating. Not good! When I stopped into this restaurant, I hadn't realized that it had changed hands and was now the dumpling house. What else would you order at the dumpling house but dumplings? I ordered two different kinds and was asked if I wanted them pan fried or steamed pan fried later they came to the table, they look very anemic. There was no browning on them whatsoever. There was absolutely no taste difference and they were actually lukewarm at best and tasted like raw dough. I don't think I would ever go back to this establishment again.
