We stopped in to see them to get a price for striping and putting headlight film on my car. We…read moreshowed them the product prior to buying. About a month later we had the product and brought my car in to have it done. While there I asked what they would recommend to get some stickers off the car handles and they said they would do it. After handing out for hours, it was determined that it was going to take longer than they originally thought so we left the car. During that day there I had asked for an exact amount since they charge a surcharge percentage if you use a card and they refused to give me an amount. When I was told it was done I headed that way to pick it up and then they gave me a total that was twice the amount quoted PLUS they were charging me for removing the stickers AND for washing the car prior to putting the stripes on. When I got there I was shocked. That's actually an understatement. The stripes are taped in some areas, not adhered in others. The headlight film (which I provided enough to do headlights and tail lights) has been over heated and was bubbles. The paint around my windshield was peeling off in chunks. I spoke to who was supposedly the owner and he looked at it and seemed shocked as well. Told me it would get fixed. So I left it again. About two weeks later I had to pick it up because I needed it for a trip to go get my chemo which I get in Florida. It still wasn't fixed. The owner said he wasn't able to get the paint people to fix it during that time. He sat down with my husband and I and said that the windshield would have to be removed to paint it and would I consider having it wrapped instead. He showed me different colors of wrap and even some graphics and said they could do whatever I wanted and to look at examples and get back to him. So we looked at different examples and sent him a bunch of photos to give him examples of what I liked. He pretty much ghosted my husband and I with only an occasional answer. Then all of a sudden he wiped back offering to wrap it at half off. Which was not what was said originally. So at that point I said I wanted my paint fixed and again I was ghosted. Then he comes back with saying that the year and make of my car had issues with the paint around the windshield so they won't do anything at all. So now I'm left with a horrible stripe job, bubbled head lights and peeling paint which I tell everyone where it was done. My car paint was perfect when I dropped it off. It wasn't peeling or bubbles until they steam washed it. I was amazed that this was how this company treated me. It's far from over at this point.

The old tint was fine, but I had just had the windshield replaced which resulted in the tint being gone. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fit me in because of my tight schedule (totally not their fault) and their heavy workload, but it prompted me to go onto Yelp and leave a review anyway. I'm by no means a recent customer. I found my card they gave me for my warranty, and the install date was in April of 2012. My tint still looks like they just installed it yesterday, and I've done nothing to maintain it except maybe use the glass cleaner that says it's for auto glass. That's it. There's been no bubbling or peeling of any kind since it was installed. You can definitely trust their work here.

I had 4 front windows tinted by Turkey Creek Tinting about a year ago. So this review is narrowed…read morein scope to the product quality and installation after 1 year of use. The tint installed was Llumar's Formula One at 35%. It has a warmer tone once installed, sort of like Maui Jim's HCL® Bronze sunglass lens. For interior tones like Aston Martin's Sandstorm and Bitter Chocolate this is a perfect compliment from the color wheel, and white exterior's like Status White contrast beautifully with the Formula One tint. The 35% is the right choice both aesthetically and functionally with the Formula One tint. This allows enough visibility in both daylight and nighttime driving, leaving perfect daytime cabin conditions to use polarized sunglasses to view the road ahead through a clear windshield, or without sunglasses during night. At 35% the Formula One is suave and classy while offering sufficient privacy and superior UV protection. If you are a performance driver, going any darker offers no value. During installation a year ago, the existing tint removal process was performed professionally by Turkey Creek Tinting, and the glass was prepared appropriately for the Formula One replacement. The new tint was installed without damaging any surrounding areas of the car, although water drops were directly hitting the leather interior. Water wasn't left on the interior for long, however, and micro-cloth towels were being used to quickly mop away the moisture. Still, I'd prefer to see a process that eliminates anything wet or abrasive contacting the interior leather. The edges of the Formula One tint have held up well over a year's use. My front windows are a particular challenge to tint as a result of the Aston Martin glass matrix that extends along the entire window edge, but the Formula One cured well to hold the precise edge while giving a uniform look over the glass matrix. The installation area of Turkey Creek Tinting was clean, but it is not a properly pressurized clean room. This increases the risk of small airborne particles entering the space between the glass and tint while being applied. There are a couple of these imperfections that are visible when viewed under light on my installation. But I plan to schedule a return visit to Turkey Creek Tinting soon to have the back of the car detailed with the Formula One. Even if it isn't right the first time, Turkey Creek Tinting will follow-through until you're happy, at least in my experience.
