Let's start with the service. We had a party of 15, and everyone ordered drinks or snacks. My husband even felt bad and ordered the Pandan Kuya toast because the staff kept pushing desserts on us like they had to be purchased. Two different staff members mentioned desserts multiple times. When one waiter brought my sister her drink, he even told her she should order two. The place itself could have been great if the service had matched the quality of the food and drinks. Unfortunately, we received eye rolls from one staff member, and several employees came across as unpleasant and lacking basic customer service. They're comparable to going out for dinner and eating dishes with huge amounts of protein..... but it's just sugar here haha. They seemed to be out of some drinks when we were there. They also were pushing their desserts like they got commission for every dessert sold. My friend got the grape fizz and I got the strawberry oolong. I thought my drink was 4 stars, not too sweet and generally refreshing. What I didn't like was the constant pressure to order more, constant reminders that they didn't take cash under a certain amount, they really should post that outside and they constantly are trying to push their customers out because the place is so small. Kiwi White Grape Fizz (4.3/5) - It was an interesting taste with this being a new combination I never had before. There were a lot of kiwi bits, which I appreciated. I was glad to have the kiwi not be sour being it is not in season. Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo (4.7/5) - Hands down one of my favorite bingsoo in the City. Items I would improve on: The little bar stool hurt my back. It needs a cushion and a back rest. You know, real chairs. Better drink and food selections.
