    Avocado Egg Toast
    William C.

I stumbled upon this place while visiting the H-Mart food hall for the first time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very busy, given it is located in a small section of H-Mart, but it was not too crowded and it was very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the avocado egg toast (did not bother upgrading to the garlic toast) and I thought it a decent size, but a bit underwhelming in terms of flavor. The sauce they put with the toast is way too sweet and ended up being all I could taste. The avocado was extremely thinly sliced and found only on top of the sandwich so the extra $1 upcharge was ridiculous given the toast was already a bit too overpriced in my opinion. The bread was toasted well and the eggs were fluffy, but could've used some salt. I think if they were less heavy handed with the sauce then it would have been more enjoyable. Perhaps getting it with bacon would have been better since it would make it more savory than sweet. Had I known the sauce was that sweet, I would have requested to go without the sauce. I think they had some other sauces for the corndogs that I could have used, but I wanted to try the toast as they recommended and it was just okay. On the plus side, the lady working the register was very friendly and the order was promptly made. If I were to return, I'd give the ham/bacon egg toast or one of their corndogs a try.

Located in the HMart food hall in Quincy, Oh K-dog is one of several quick, convenient and friendly food court options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Location is a fairly busy food court offering various self serve sit down or to-go options.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the spicy terriyaki egg handheld. The bread was very good white bread, dense and fluffy at the same time and perfect for holding the egg sandwich. These are made fresh to order, and honestly was very good. My experience went from a 4 to 3 star as the chicken was pretty meh and didn't offer anything to the sandwich. Would recommend to others tho, just not the chicken (but it was spicy, which I appreciated).

First off, I'm incredibly happy that we have Egg Toast place in Quincy and that they're so tasty! Had the bacon, cheese, and egg toast. Very very delicious and it's 20% off until October 13th so it's a perfect chance to try. Would definitely recommend.

4.3/5! The person at the cashier was really nice. Food itself was good too. I got the rice corn dog with mozzarella and sausage hybrid, while my friend got the potato mozzarella corn dog. For my order, the batter was fried well, and the sugar on top was perfect for a sweet and salty combo. I do wish the mozzarella was at the bottom because I prefer saving the best for last haha.

Delicious and fresh flavorful!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice hidden gem inside the H-mart in Quincy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Quick, great customer service and doesn't taste like fast food at all! Will definitely revisit

Oh K-Dog & Egg Toast is one of the food stalls located in HMart Quincy's food hall! They offer Korean corn dogs and avocado egg toast! We tried both items, corn dog with half cheese half hot dog & the avocado egg toast. The corn dog was average. I did not find there to be anything particular about it; just the typical Korean corn dog with very thick batter. The avocado egg toast was not bad at all. I enjoyed it, just a bit pricey but anything with avocado is typically ridiculously priced lol. I thought that this stall was mid compared to the other ones in the food hall.

On our usual visits we try to test out another food spot or menu item. Service was quick and staff was nice! , got the Korean corn dog first, cheese pull wasn't the craziest but it was crispy and a quick snack. Probably a bit higher priced then i would want to pay for a corn dog but 20% off still and the sauce you get to dip with has a nice spicy kick. Egg toast was nice on the aesthetic, thought the toast could have been a tad crispier on the initial bite, ours was a tad soggy. Wasn't as crazy as the hype is around this dish in my opinion but will try other style next time. Will try again on another day!

Food: Avocado egg toast was very ok. The bread was good and fluffy, but the egg inside was eh. I added some Korean spicy sauce which enhanced the flavor, but it was nothing special. Service: The workers were friendly and cheery! Ambiance: This place is definitely on the popular end, but for a sandwich, my wait wasn't that long. I didn't mind waiting, especially since I felt the sandwich came out nice and warm :)

Oh K-Dog is a great little spot inside HMart Quincy for quick Korean street food cravings. They've got a nice variety--egg toast, Korean corndogs, and soon even bingsu. Service is quick overall, though the corndogs take a bit longer since they're made fresh (definitely worth the wait). The corndogs themselves are solid--lightly fried so they're crispy on the outside but still chewy inside. Fillings are decent for the price, and there's a good selection of sauces and seasonings to customize your flavor. Great stop if you're already shopping or just in the area and want a snack.

I hoped the egg toast would be similar to the Egg Truck I tried in Chicago. Big differences. This place had less variety of sandwiches. I ordered the egg toast and egg avocado toast and upgraded to garlic bread (no need; they used the garlic seasoning instead of the actual garlic). Nothing tastes like garlic bread, no buttery and parsley taste, but the bread is thick and fluffy. For the eggs, they used at least three eggs for each sandwich. The egg avocado toast was lack of avocado and was a little messy to eat. They only put a few slices of avocado on the sandwich for presentation.

Went to the Quincy HMart during the day so it wasn't super busy. However despite that, it did take about 20-25 minutes for these two items to come out. The cashier was super nice though. I ordered the bacon and cheese egg toast and upgraded with garlic toast. I also got the taiyaki filled with red bean. The egg toast was sweeter than I thought. The garlic toast was okay but probably would not get it again. The eggs were good though and was the highlight. I was hoping there was something like ketchup or more bacon to make it less sweet. Give the price I expected a bit more. The taiyaki was okay as well. Had some crispy edges and the red beans was not overly sweet. Best eaten right then and there.

Food Court is still pretty new. People need to have realistic expectation for it. The 20%off will incredible foot traffic and the fact it new. The ordering is pretty simple . You just wait in line till it's your turn. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seating situation is like hunger games. You have to walk around and see who is finishing up . You can't be polite about it. Just stand next to them and ask if they are finish.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got seafood tofu soup and Kabli then got a bacon & cheese egg toast. It was a bit of a wait but everything taste good. Portion size is reasonable. Worth a try

Tried the cheddar hot dog. Batter is nice and crunchy, and you get to customize it with the sauces given. Would come back again.

The staff speaks limited English but food is the language we all speak. They are so friendly and will F you up with anything you want. This isn't a toppings bar. It's thanksgiving dinner, super bowl Sunday, and forth of July all over your hot dog. Pressed, sliced, it don't matter. Worth going JUST for a dog, bun, and mustard. But you'd have to be insane to ask for anything less than "a little of everything" I was kinda iffy about paying $9 dollars for a hot dog but it's truly a steal.

The space is really nice, clean, and very nostalgic, it gives old school 90s Brasil vibes, iykyk! There is limited parking right in front of the restaurant with their food truck taking up half the spots. There were no staff present when we walked in, they were in the back, so we went up and ordered using the tablets. While convenient, I find this set up super impersonal. The food, 1 burger, 2 pressed hotdogs, and fries, took longer than we expected 20-25 mins. Once we did interact with the staff, they were super friendly! Now for the food, fries were way over salted, we had to wipe them off using napkins. Burger meat and bun were dry, the patty was also really salty. The pressed hotdogs were fine but they changed the hot dog they use and it wasn't our preference. The homemade mayo was really nice. While the sandwiches are substantial, given the quality, they're expensive when compared with similar options in the area. Overall, not as good as we remembered though I would recommend for the close to what you'd find in Brasil, authentic experience. We hope they can get back to what made them so special when they first started!

Ordered a large clam strips 0/10 It was a large portion but they were extremely soggy and rubbery, could barely chew them. I did call and make them aware and they advised I had to come back to either get it remade or get something else instead. I would've preferred my money back because my replacement wasn't any better Pepperoni pizza 4/10 Had a good amount of toppings but the bottom was completely soggy and falling apart Steak combo 5/10 It was okay but the bread was overly toasted and there wasn't much meat for the price point Fried dough 8/10 It's really good but not worth the price for the portion size and I'd wish they'd break up the powdered sugar instead of throwing giant rocks in the box. French fries 6/10 They're French fries. Nothing to call home about Cheesecake 6/10 Good sized slice but not a fan of the fake strawberry glaze on it Grilled chicken Salad 5/10 Portion size is good but mainly lettuce and not the other toppings and the grilled chicken just tasted of char. No other flavor The place looks completely run down outside and the woman at the windows attitude matched, however, the man on the phone was really nice and accommodating. For the price they should definitely be giving better quality food and larger portions.

We went on a Saturday late afternoon after seeing a movie. My friend and I ordered a beer and glass of wine to drink, and got a pizza and salad to split. Our food came out quickly! When we got our food we realized we didnt have any plates. We also still didnt have our drinks. We flagged our waiter down and told him. About 10 minutes later he comes back with these tiny PAPER plates, like dessert size... saying he couldnt find regular ones (??) - Said he would be back -pic attached ...still no drinks! Another waiter walked by noticed we weren't eating yet and asked if everything was okay. We showed him the small paper plates and asked for regular ones, and also told him we still were waiting on our drinks (1 beer, and 1 glass of wine!) He looked over and saw our drinks sitting on the bar (for who knows how long)... so this other guy finally brought us our drinks. He was also able to get us normal sized plates too. Was the food good? Yes, delicious Service needs work.. we will be back and hope for a different waiter.
