Nothing to write home about but does the job in squashing hunger. After walking about the Quincy Market in early Oct, I stopped in here for a quick bite. I ordered the Boston Barker which is just a plain hot dog. The bread was a bit dry but it wasn't all bad because the hot dog had a nice snap. Service was fast and the lady behind the counter was nice.

This made for the perfect lunch! My husband and I split a Monster dog with Chili, Cheese, Peppers, Mustard and Onions! So, so good and very filling!

This place was located in the back (or front?) of the Faneuil hall area of stores. We needed a quick snack/appetizer to tide us over before dinner and this place did the job. We wanted a salty bun encasing a hot dog (I still maintain a hot dog is a sandwich, bf disagrees) and this was the place. It was a warm, oniony, and ketchupy mess of a dog, but it hit the spot. Don't come expecting an amazing dog, but average joe is appropriate and sometimes needed.

Just a pair of old ladies serving plain hot dogs I'm afraid. Taste no difference is you had made it at home no spark. Ordered a dog with mustard and their grilled onions. Paid like $7.50 with tax You can make yourself a little fatter with chips and a pop for 3.00 more bucks and it's a Combo. Lots of places in that mall I was just in a hurry.

Small small small vendor. I was craving kielbasa, and they were the only vendor in the mart with them. All of the dogs were huge in size. There seemed to be some broken English, I could barely understand the lady taking my order. The kielbasa has a good taste but I could tell it was not fresh. The skin didn't have the snap you hear when you bite into a sausage. I still ate it, because it was better than trying to explain this to the lady who barely spoke my language. I also wish you could put your own condiments on.

The young girl who works here is incredibly rude. Doesn't have a clue about customer service. Disgusting.

Pauli's is a casual sandwich shop in Boston's North End that has become well known for its lobster…read morerolls, while also serving a wide variety of sandwiches, soups, and comfort food. We walked into a simple counter-service space with limited indoor seating, the kind of place that feels more like a grab-and-go stop than a sit-down lunch spot. Even with its small footprint, there was a steady stream of customers coming in for one of the signature sandwiches, and the energy of the room stayed practical and focused on getting orders out efficiently. The lobster roll is the clear standout. We ordered one and found it generously filled with lobster meat, making it feel substantial compared to many other lobster rolls around the city. Whether you choose it hot with butter or cold with mayo, the focus stays on the lobster itself rather than overwhelming it with extra ingredients. The toasted roll added just enough texture without taking away from the filling. Although the lobster roll gets most of the attention, the rest of the menu offers plenty of options if seafood is not what you are looking for. There are oversized sandwiches, soups like clam chowder, and classic sides that make it easy to find something for different tastes. The portions are generous overall, making the prices feel reasonable considering the amount of food you receive. The service was quick and efficient, which fits the fast-paced counter-service concept. The staff moved through orders with speed, and the food came out without much delay. The biggest thing to keep in mind is the limited seating, especially during lunch hours or peak tourist seasons in the North End. If the dining area is full, taking your food to go or finding a nearby outdoor spot can be a better option. Overall, Pauli's is a great stop if you are looking for a satisfying lobster roll without an overly formal seafood restaurant experience. The generous portions, straightforward menu, and convenient location make it an easy place to visit while exploring the North End, especially if lobster rolls are at the top of your list.

The staff speaks limited English but food is the language we all speak. They are so friendly and will F you up with anything you want. This isn't a toppings bar. It's thanksgiving dinner, super bowl Sunday, and forth of July all over your hot dog. Pressed, sliced, it don't matter. Worth going JUST for a dog, bun, and mustard. But you'd have to be insane to ask for anything less than "a little of everything" I was kinda iffy about paying $9 dollars for a hot dog but it's truly a steal.

The space is really nice, clean, and very nostalgic, it gives old school 90s Brasil vibes, iykyk! There is limited parking right in front of the restaurant with their food truck taking up half the spots. There were no staff present when we walked in, they were in the back, so we went up and ordered using the tablets. While convenient, I find this set up super impersonal. The food, 1 burger, 2 pressed hotdogs, and fries, took longer than we expected 20-25 mins. Once we did interact with the staff, they were super friendly! Now for the food, fries were way over salted, we had to wipe them off using napkins. Burger meat and bun were dry, the patty was also really salty. The pressed hotdogs were fine but they changed the hot dog they use and it wasn't our preference. The homemade mayo was really nice. While the sandwiches are substantial, given the quality, they're expensive when compared with similar options in the area. Overall, not as good as we remembered though I would recommend for the close to what you'd find in Brasil, authentic experience. We hope they can get back to what made them so special when they first started!

Ordered a large clam strips 0/10 It was a large portion but they were extremely soggy and rubbery, could barely chew them. I did call and make them aware and they advised I had to come back to either get it remade or get something else instead. I would've preferred my money back because my replacement wasn't any better Pepperoni pizza 4/10 Had a good amount of toppings but the bottom was completely soggy and falling apart Steak combo 5/10 It was okay but the bread was overly toasted and there wasn't much meat for the price point Fried dough 8/10 It's really good but not worth the price for the portion size and I'd wish they'd break up the powdered sugar instead of throwing giant rocks in the box. French fries 6/10 They're French fries. Nothing to call home about Cheesecake 6/10 Good sized slice but not a fan of the fake strawberry glaze on it Grilled chicken Salad 5/10 Portion size is good but mainly lettuce and not the other toppings and the grilled chicken just tasted of char. No other flavor The place looks completely run down outside and the woman at the windows attitude matched, however, the man on the phone was really nice and accommodating. For the price they should definitely be giving better quality food and larger portions.
