She was gentle & methodically did the manicure to perfection. Her dainty art work was exactly what I wanted. It's perfect. I brought a picture & they said they could do it no problem. They assigned me a young man who obviously didn't know what he was doing. Even filing my nails he rushed & was very sloppy. They're uneven. It was a French manicure with a glitter design. I recently switched to this nail salon. I'm always nervous when trying somewhere new because who wants to pay for something and then not be satisfied with it. However, I have been here twice now and seen two different nail techs. The salon is nice and clean, I think I read in someone else's review that it was dusty.... (Eye roll) it's a nail salon...there's dust flying around all the time. My first visit I saw Alex for a dip. I had gotten impatient and had removed my dip myself, which of course resulted in busted up nails that were slightly embarrassing. He did an amazing job and it was probably the fastest dip manicure I've ever had. The second visit I also had embarrassingly trashed nails because of poor planning on my part with timing before family pictures. Vicky was so meticulous and got my nails cleaned up and looking amazing. I have no idea how she did it because they were ROUGH when I arrived. 2 great experiences, I will definitely be coming here from now on! read more

I booked an appointment with Alex as he had very good recommendations from one of my coworkers. This is the only person she gets her nails done by. I booked it with Alex took a screenshot of the booking . I called to confirm my appointment that day. I showed up the day of my appointment and they tried to pawn me off to somebody else . When I said, "no I want Alex," they said, "You didn't specify that you want Alex". I said yes I did and then when I showed him a picture of the screenshot that I took. They tried to toss another lie at me about the way their booking system is. "Alex needs more time and the system didn't allow for the appointment time you needed." I have a regular fill acrylic no chip not a full set just like a fill. I find it hard to believe that that's going to mess up the system with that kind of booking. Clearly they overbooked him and wanted to pawn me off to somebody else so they didn't lose the sale. When I got sick of listening to the excuses, I said "nevermind I will go somewhere else" They said "No, we have other great nail tech." I'm a 20% tipper so they just lost out on a $65+ sale. Nail salons are a dime a dozen. I walked out and went to the next strip mall which had a nail place right there. Just beware- you have to fight to get the tech you want! read more

Got a no chip manicure and they destroyed my cuticles. I was bleeding, in pain and had to use an antibacterial ointment. When I contacted the manager they offered me a no chip upgrade that expires 3 weeks later. I wouldn't be using it within 3 weeks because I was going to be out of town and also my nails were healing. When I asked about it they basically said it is what it is. Don't recommend unless you want bloody cuticles and awful customer service. I wasn't going to edit my review, but since the owner has responded I suppose I will.-- I was messaged on Facebook today saying that they saw my review and will now be changing their policy to 90 days to use an upgrade of some sort if there was an issue at a visit. They also asked me to delete my review. I expressed to them that future clients will be happy with this, but unfortunately, my review is still accurate and that when I was in the salon expressing my concerns, no one wanted to change their "policy" and do what was right in the moment. It was not until I left a negative review that any changes were offered. After expressing that, I continued to get messages full of excuses and finally had to ask them to stop harassing me. Prior to leaving from my last appointment, I cancelled all future appointments and said I wouldn't be back so there is no need to say my appointments were cancelled and make it seem as if it was your decision. The lack of professionalism in the Facebook messages, as well as this comment on my review is mind blowing. read more

My rating is based on the price, not my experience. I always have had a great experience. My dip nails always stay for 3 weeks or longer. However, I went today and was shocked and appalled at the price! I was charged $5 for the length, $5 for the shape (almond, and then $15 for 4 little designs on top of the $45 normal fee. Nails should NOT cost $70. When I went to pay, the hostess asked if I was offered the new package. I was not. The new package is $25 for everything that should already be included in a manicure.... it includes cuticle care, nail shaping (all kinds), nail length (up to medium), and removal of dip. Even with the package, my nails would have cost the same thing! I will not be going back... I can pay $100 for a dip manicure and pedicure other places. read more

I've always had a hard time finding anyone really good around here. I was looking up some new places for my daughter and I found this place, read all on their page how they use one time use only tools, sanitation was key and blah blah blah. Nothing came out of new packaging or any packaging for that matter. The only thing advertised and was true was the bowl covers for the pedicure. The pedicure itself was just ok. I still have quite a bit of cuticle left and the polish and shaping job is a solid 6/10, not to mention my toes were still wet after like 40 minutes after so they smudged. My daters was ok. The first time I went the mani pedi was ok. The 2nd time I went for a no chip mani, the guy got in a verbal fight with another customer, which I thought was unprofessional. Then after 2 days the no chip polish was already coming off so I had to go back and have it redone which cost me another tip. Went back a 3rd time a couple months later and had a cast on my leg. I wanted a no chip mani and half a pedi as they couldn't do anything to 1 leg. They would not discount it at all even though it was literally gonna be half the work!! I said it was a little crazy to charge me full price and the guy got verbally rude and confrontational. The customer service from this guy leaves a lot to be desired. He acted like a jerk. There are many salons in the area I will never go back here. The mani came off and the manager was a jerk. I found the place to be extremely clean, I got in without an appointment, pretty easy early in the morning. And they did both my dip nails and my pedicure at the same time, and I was never uncomfortable. I am very pleased with my nails and my toes. I also brought my 5 year old daughter in to get the princess manicure. She loved it. They were so good with her. The only thing I didn't care for was the music. It sounded like I was in a club. It wasn't good. Especially for a place that allows small children. Also, if you don't have cash for a tip, you can use Zelle for it. All in all I'd recommend the place. I was extremely disappointed in this establishments method of removing dip powder. After their strong recommendation saying "dip is much healthier for your nails" I decided to go with it after a long time of having my own healthy nails. I kept it on for few weeks and came in to have them removed. I asked them to please try and save my nail underneath (which they said they could do when I got them on) They ground my nails so thin it almost broke through the skin. My nails are paper thin and hurt so bad. They were also very rude and unapologetic when receiving a negative review which is very unprofessional. I've been here several times. Usually it's okay, but last time picked up a nail fungus. Went back to see what they suggest to help get rid of it and was told I just had to wait it out. They do a nice job ( your nails will look nice ) but no one wears gloves, equipment doesn't always look the most clean ( the UV light machines could use a cleaning )and sometimes they use files, brushes or other things that they just pull out of a draw and then put back in the drawer. The Dremels also looks a little ick though not sure how one would clean those I guess these things happen, but I hate having to worry about it now. Cleanliness counts. read more

Called about pricing weeks before and was told the starting price-they failed to give me the STARTING rate for ADULTS because they apparently gave me a child's price. Then among the salt scrub/exfoliate, the lotion, the hot towel, all of by which-I didn't need, they failed to actually MASSAGE... they just slabbed each product-gave it a rinse, polished and voila-we were done. I'd rather have only a massage and polish and not all the other theatrics... rubbing lotion/exfoliant is not a massage-there was no kneading of our feet in any way!! So disappointing.. After being asked about things at checkout, I was honest with how I felt-rather than a sympathetic apology, they were defensive and the checkout process was made extremely awkward due to their shift in attitude (not very nice). I've been a regular at this nail spa for quite a while & everyone I've encountered has been friendly & made the experience relaxing. I normally go to a different girl but she was booked. I had EMILY for my pedicure & my nails. She was the rudest, most unfriendly technician I've ever experienced & I've been getting my nails done forever. The pedicure was rough & completely rushed. My feet were shoved in & out of the water. Afterwards she grabbed my purse & coat & as I started to sit at her station for a fill, she pushed the chair abruptly forward causing one foot to stomp on the other or I would have fallen off. Of course the pedicure had to be redone with no apology whatsoever. The same rough, rude behavior continued while she did my hands, pushing fingers , hands & arms around. Never went through anything like this before. I brought it to the managers attention & she apologized & also told me she knew she was like that & she'll talk to her. Unfortunately I have such a bad impression now that I won't be back there thanks to EMILY. If you obviously hate your job , do something else. My daughter is very shy. She wanted to get her nails done. It was our second time there but our last. We had an appointment. First, we waited to be called, one of the nail techs passed up my daughter and said she had another appointment but I noticed that 1/2 hour went but and she didn't have a client. Maybe she thought we looked like bad tippers. I noticed an hour later a lady came in with her daughter who had a Louis Vuitton bag and she took her daughter. Second, my daughter looked at me with a look of panic because the tech left her nails way too long. I got up and politely apologized to the tech asking him to please shorten the nails. Again my daughter is shy. The manager came over and said no problem. I thought everything was ok but when we were paying, he chastised me saying that the tech worked hard and that changing should cost extra, etc. but he wouldn't charge me. I was shocked at the rudeness because he said nothing when at first. I did apologize when I asked to shorten her nails. At no time were we being malicious or trying to steal time from the tech but it was a situation where my daughter didn't say what she wanted. I thought I had clarified the misunderstanding and they were fine with it but apparently not. We paid and I left a generous tip but will not be back and do not recommend this place. read more
