I don't think I've gotten a mani and pedi this bad until today. They cut my toes twice, my hand nails had builder gel when I came in and I wanted a new set of builder gel, they didnt know what that was considering they had it on the wall outside. They filed my nails so much that everything they put on burned really bad. Plus this is how the polish looks, it looks like a little kid did my nails. I also had said square nails and by the time I noticed she did oval. I don't normally do reviews and I feel bad doing this because the other lady that was there was really nice. However I paid almost $100 for really terrible work, I wanted to ask her to just take off the polish and leaving
Lisa and Vivienne are great nail techs! Was in and out in 1 hour for both pedicure and manicure. Lisa did a beautiful French tip with a pearl finish for my hands and did a classic French tip for my toes. I went in at 6pm on a Wednesday and it was very chill, almost empty, which was great. I made an appointment just in case and glad they were ready for me. Would recommend!
I debated posting this as I hate leaving a bad review for a new business but I spent $150 here and regret it. First of all, the color on my nails literally popped off the next day. See attached photo. Most importantly I had many issue with their offerings of facial and head spa services and truly regret agreeing to pay $65 for a mediocre treatment. I really think that they should stick to nails and not venture into other offerings unless you can do a good job performing them. I asked for the 45 min service and told the main lady working here that I don't want a facial but rather to please focus on a face massage. Unfortunately instead I was given the most mediocre facial on earth where my makeup was removed roughly with wipes and they just slapped a peel off mask on me after a brief massage. I also hated that they used the water from the head spa sink to wash down my face which felt like someone put me under a water hose and water boarded me. My face was not cleaned properly after the mask and no serum or lotion was applied. The felt dry and I had pieces of white mask in my hair. The head spa experience was extremely poor and they basically just washed and conditioned my hair and barely dried it. At one point the treatment included water spraying onto my neck which was scolding hot. They also used a tool from Amazon for a few seconds to massage my head. During 90 percent of the treatment the main lady was giving the other lady instructions on how to do this treatment right over my face which was not relaxing. I am confident that this was her first time and I was the Guinea pig. I have had countless facials and many head spa treatments over the years and this was one of the worst ones. You should not be offering this unless there is training provided to the employees. You also didn't listen to me when I said I didn't want a facial but instead a face massage. How can I relax if you are talking the entire time over me ? How is it OK to spray water from a hose on my face to wipe off the mask? I did not complain because there were other customers there plus that's not how I work so I just paid and left. There are many options for head space and facial in the SGV so I recommend you patronize them instead for those specific services.

I called at 6:30pm to ask if they had enough time for a mani pedi. They said yes to come now. I got there by 7pm and asked them if it's still okay. The older woman said yes. I told her mani pedi with gel and everything was going well. I tried asking her what time is her last appointment because I saw I was the last one. She didn't understand which is okay. It wasn't until another woman walked in and started my mani. I told her I wanted a purple French tip. There was no problem she did it to my toes first. When she got to my hands, it's like she stopped caring and did whatever she needed to do get it done. They were blobby. She knew they looked bad so she said the nail polish moved by the time she got to the 5th nail. I noticed she was in a rush and frustrated and I asked her if we could do it tomorrow and she insisted we finish it today. She took the tips off and started again on the first hand and how she was just painting carelessly and telling me, "you came late, you came late and this needs more time. Next time call and tell us gel French tip." She even started filing off a correction off a fresh nail from the lamp when I was trying to get her to connect the polish to the corner of the nail. I was understanding but she made me feel bad for keeping her after I offered to come later. She wasn't rude but she was passive aggressive and took it out on my nails.. almost blaming me for how they looked. She top coated only the tops and not the corners. So I'm pretty sure my gel is going to lift in a week since there's no top coat on the corners. The energy was bad and I felt horrible that I couldn't help but start crying because i genuinely considered her time and she used up mine to make me feel like a burden and bad customer. The older woman apologized when I told her I'm unhappy and stressed. The younger lady said "everyone has stress" and giggled a little. I can't believe how careless she was. I told her, why did you take me if there wasn't enough time? And she said, "next time we'll say no. We close at 7" I do like my toes but my mani was such a bad experience. And after all that, she wanted to charge me $105. I told her no. She did her job but made me feel horrible and cry! I'm not a cryer. I don't know what was said but I gave her $100 because yes I held her and I respect peoples time, but never will I chose to take her time again. I let the older woman keep the tip. I honestly didn't even know what this experience was worth after being made to feel horrible but I'm never coming here again. So fyi, don't ask to come anytime after 6:30pm for anything beyond 1 service because they "close" at 7pm. Also, I included a reference I showed her on how I wanted my French tip to look, just with purple and a glossy pink base.

Everything started off okay- I asked for the removal of acrylic nails and a manicure and was told it was $35. They started working on my nails and I selected the color. The person was on speaker and again no big deal until the nail technician picked up the phone and place the phone in front of my face- like I was being recorded. I shifted my body weight away from the camera and asked what she was doing to which she responded it was facetime from Vietnam. After I addressed it she put the phone down and hung up. As if this was not uncomfortable enough- she got up and started cleaning the table and putting everything away without a word of if she was done or not. I sat there for about 5 minutes and asked about the job because the nail polish was not even and had many air bubbles on all my nails (assuming now it might have been an old product). She said "I fix it" and then proceeded just to add another clear coat on top. Seconds after she finished the layer she said "I grab money" and proceded to try to go into my purse. When I objected and said the money was not even in my purse, but my yoga pants, she hovered over me- put her hands on me and stated she would grab it from my pants. I immediately objected and said I did not want to be touched and asked her to wait until my nails were fully dry. She said okay and sat back down. My nails finally dried but the bubbles remain and needless to say that started chipping off the same night and polish came off in nail polish chucks the following day. I decided not to go back to get the nail polished addressed because this experience was just too much and very uncomfortable. Will definitely NOT be going back. In response to manager: No thank you. I appreciate the offer, but serious boundaries were crossed when your employee attempted to go through my bag and pants pockets. This was truly unprofessional and I would encourage you to speak to staff about never doing this to anyone in the future. This is bad customer service and I do not want to return, even for the opportunity to "fix my nail job."
This was my first time but Lisa did such a fantastic job, the salon was very clean and she finished both pedicure and manicure within an hour. thank you!

Oh My Nails is going to be my go to salon from now on! I noticed this new salon (only been open a couple months) a few days ago, so I decided to try it out. I'm glad I did! I got the Royal Volcano Mani/Pedi and, in my opinion the extra special treatment was well worth it! Lisa and Vivian are the nicest and I'm very happy with the service I received! read more

I definitely won't be going back my nails are disgusting they look like the chickens hand and all cricket. The owner had said one price when it was time to pay she charged me 100.45!! Mind you I had gotten $25 pedicure of the menu she showed me. For my nails she had stated it was going to be $45! I kept telling her a want the regular tip she kept insisting this one is so nice for you! How the hell that add up to 100.45 Disgusting service! I will note they started off strong. Custoner service was good, when I initially walked in. I waited about 15 minutes for them to get started on a gel mani and pedi. There was only 2 ladies working. About halfway into my mani and pedi a third customer walks in and this is where the swrvice went down hill. I immediately saw both ladies working at twice the speed. I'll leave at the 107 dollars spent on a mani and pedi was definitely not worth it and probably one of the worst I've gotten. Not to mention they do not provide a detailed price list when paying. It only states the charge as an additional charge. From chip nails, to my matte application being uneven and peeling off, I'm baffled. I would also be observant of how hygienic they are. read more

had an appointment for pedicure, was seated and attended to as straight as I walked in. Lisa and Vivian are really sweet. From what I see, it's just two of them. service was picking up a bit and they were so attentive even tho there was 3 other customers waiting. I got my pedicure done by Lisa and wow! She scrubbed my feet down (they were bad ) and she got rid of my ingrowns perfectly. I know it's suggested not to, but she really relieved my pain. It's very chill and calm in this salon, probably one of the cleanest i've been too. I was very comfortable. They have a wide range of services, I will definitely be back. They accept card as well!
