Joanne was amazing. Years ago I used to come Aaron every two weeks but moved away and wasn't coming by anymore. Recently I moved back and thought I'd check it out again. Aaron was busy and Joanne took care of me. I'm very simple. I like nude, neutral, and sparkling. She got what I meant and I loved my nails. She was super nice the whole time and I didn't feel like anyone was pushing any upgrades on me like many others places. There are a lot of colors to choose from and many techs available. The parking structure is right next to their door and I feel it was super affordable. Things I didn't like. Well it's been many years since I was there. I wasn't warned that my spa chair massager didn't work before sitting and that's my favorite park. The place itself hasn't changed which isn't good :( it's outdated. But I like techs and people. Just wish they would give it a bit of a sprucing.

Fresh toesies by Joanna. I like my toenails short :)

They always do a great job taking care of my nails. Nice new massage chairs as well. Many nail salons nearby but this one is the best.

Aaron and Tammy do the best nails. They do the shape well and do French tip exactly how I like it! 10/10

Don't ever come here! This is the dirtiest salon I've been to. They don't properly clean their utensils, I watched them rinse the nail tools with water only. I seen they used a foot scrubber on myself and the next client after me, they don't care to use a new one and allow cross contamination. I highly advise you going there and go to a better salon, they are somewhat cheap but you get what you you paid for.

I usually always come here because they have reasonable pricing, but now I know why. Their pedicure chairs massage feature do not work. So what's the point of a spa pedi? Also they use old towels that really look beat up. Least they can do is get a new towel once all the cuticles and feet are washed with clean water. They skimp out on the cuticle remover gel when you pay an extra $7. Not very friendly staff. Overall not a good experience!

The lady who did my nails wasn't super careful with the paint. I typically get asked to wash my hands before putting on the polish but this time she didn't have me wash my hands till the end. She used the electronic file to move back my cuticles and now they really hurt. She also nicked my skin a few times with the file. There's glue all over my left hand. It was $38 for coffin + gel. I most likely won't come back

UPDATE: It's been 5 days and my nails are already peeling!!! New pics attached. SMH, very disappointed This was my first time coming here and it was very disappointing. I had a gel French tip manicure and a regular pedicure. I just wanted a quick French tip bc I was scared to try out a new place in this area and I didn't think it could end badly since French tips seem pretty straightforward. I was in and out in 50 minutes, which is the fastest I've ever had nails done. It felt like the lady who did the French tip didn't even try comparing it to my other nails or even looking at her work when it was done. I probably should've said something but I also just wanted to get out of here because it was so unsanitary. All the chairs had leather chipping off on all parts, the towels and pillows they were using were dirty and ragged. I understand using old towels but when they're visibly ragged, I think, as a business, it's better for you buy new towels. Additionally, tip was cash only, which they don't tell you on the phone when you schedule an appt, so you have to use the ATM and it has an additional $4.50 fee which was annoying. And lastly, it's $1 to walk out w/ the plastic slippers, which wouldn't have been as annoying if the lady didn't tell me that my toes would be finished drying in 10 mins and to wait, but then another lady, 10 mins later, told me it'd be 30 more mins and I should just pay I gave them 2 starts because at least my pedicure isn't horrific. I will not be coming back here and I suggest you all not to either.

This used to be one of my favorite nail spots. I had come regularly for about two years and almost always got my nails done with Henry. A few times I had gone with other people but my nails didn't come out as well, so I always made sure to make an appointment with Henry since I was always satisfied with the job he did. The past time I had come here they were extremely rude and when I made an appointment, they took later appointments before me. They were super rude to me when I simply asked when I'd be seated, since I had waited over an hour past my appointment time. I finally left after Aaron had been extremely rude and I definitely will never come back again. As much as I loved this place before, I'd rather get my nails done elsewhere and for a better price. Also the place was packed despite "covid". not much social distancing as most of the pedicure chairs had been taken up.

This review is long over due. Nail Pro is by far my favorite nail salon. Everyone is friendly and are talented in what they do. I've had different nail artists do my nails and I've never been disappointed with the results. There is one artist who is beyond talented, I just don't remember his name. I recommend anyone who is curious to definitely check it out. It's clean and a very welcoming environment.

This was my first time here. It was so uncomfortable and inappropriate. I spent $93 on short nails and a pedicure with French tip. And for the women who were talking about me all rudely. I know more than 2 languages! FYI. My pedicure was alright. However everything doesn't seem sanitized. I was sitting in the chair for an hour in awkward position. Because the lady wanted to rush me out of here. My back hurts a lot and I wasted money on a place where I didn't feel wanted and now insecure because two women were talking about me. $48 for a set especially on length when she burned me in the process of my nails. I asked for short but not the short she wanted.

Please tell me you're not closed for good? I just drove by and I saw that the sign was missing😭

I don't think they should be open for business because of COVID-19

Do they use LED lamps or the older UV lamps for the gels?

    Led for gels!!

Do you provide dip nail service?

    They do!

    How much gel extensions?

They are pricy but SO WORTH IT!! As for a price it all depends on the length and style you want. It varies.

How much for full set of acrylics and pedicure?

    60 with the jewels

How much for a gel manicure?

    $35

How much for acrylics with a matte finish?

They have a brochure with set pricing but when they're doing your nails they tend to keep adding random pricing I recommend you actually go in and show them a photo and get a price cuz they will keep adding and upping the price

Does anyone know if they do color change for free?

They don't do anything free of charge.

Does nail pro offer facial services?

They offer two types of facials, but I've never done either.

Do you offer dip powder nails?

    Yes

Do they put those disposable protective linings on their pedicure chairs?

    Yes they do!

How much is acrylic nails with coffin shape?

New set without gel will run you around $25(maybe a couple bucks less depending on the length). With gel you're looking at $35-38.

How much for a full set, almond shape, and gel polish?

$38(and mine are on the longer side)

How much do matte acrylic squoval nails cost?

I have done a full set(somewhat long) with gel for $35. It all depends on the length. Gel? No gel? I've done fills with matte gel for $38. I hope this helps.

How much is it for ombré powder full set?

    about $55 I believe

How much would a fill with gel polish cost?

    It's about $35 I believe

How much would it cost for nude coffin gel nails?

    Medium size $25

What are the prices for acrylic nails with gel and a pedi? I know the prices depend but around how much would I be spending around for something like that?

Full set with gel is about $35. I believe the pedi(regular polish) is $18

How much is for acrylic nails?

Does anyone know how much they charge for a fill and to put on only one nail since it fell off? my nails are matte and I want them gel this time?

I got charged different prices depending on who was doing them. They are incredibly expensive. If the work was consistent no matter who you went to the then I wouldn't care so much, but the last time that I went there within 12 days 5 nails fell…

He started measure gel x tips and I had to remind him we were doing acrylic. He should have said that he cannot do acrylic because, he cannot do acrylic. It was some of the worst acrylic application I have ever seen in my life. Sloppy, lazy, trash. I should have got up after seeing his acrylic application on my first hand. That's my fault. When he was done filing I asked if he could even out the nails because they were lumpy. He proceeded to make the shape even worse and still lumpy. I asked if I should wash my hands after filing (every shop I have ever gone to in my life has told me to) and he said no. I should have stopped him here too. It took him an hour and a half just to put the acrylic on. At this point I realized he was either talentless or purposely messy my nails up. So I skipped the nail art I asked for and asked just for plain gel polish on top. At the end I told the lady at the front that I hated my nails and showed her and she understood and told me I could come back and have someone else fix them. Initially I accepted the offer but I have since canceled the appointment. I would rather die than trust this shop ever again. If I could give Jay 0 stars I would. Beware, this guy is horrible.

I chose this salon expecting a professional experience. When a business advertises licensed…read moreprofessionals and charges premium prices, I expect professional-quality work. Unfortunately, this appointment fell well below that standard. I was originally quoted $80 for a Gel-X set, but once I arrived I was told there would be an additional $10 charge just to remove my existing Gel-X. From there, nearly every option came with another surcharge. Glitter was an additional charge, and placing the glitter at the base of the nail instead of the tip increased the price even further. The pricing structure felt confusing and constantly changing, making it difficult to know what the final cost would be. After hearing the additional charges, I decided against getting a new set and paid $45 for a manicure after the Gel-X removal. For $45, I expected my natural nails to leave looking polished and professionally finished. Instead, I left with: * Jagged, uneven nail edges that were not properly filed * Visible product residue still left on multiple nails * Uneven nail surfaces * Dry, unfinished cuticles * Nails that looked incomplete rather than professionally manicured I took photos immediately after leaving because I couldn't believe this was the finished result. The service itself was also disappointing. My technician, Annie, repeatedly stopped working on my nails to answer phone calls and attend to other matters. The appointment felt interrupted and rushed instead of relaxing. A manicure should feel calm and focused. This did not. The salon also raised concerns for me. The supply/storage area visible to customers was cluttered and disorganized, and I observed nail files being reused, which made me question the sanitation standards. Even checkout was frustrating. I wanted to leave a tip for the technician who performed my pedicure because she did a nice job, but the payment process made it difficult to direct the gratuity to the correct person. The biggest disappointment is that none of these issues should exist regardless of the price. Whether a manicure costs $25 or $45, customers should leave with nails that are smoothly filed, free of leftover product, and professionally finished. Those are basic expectations--not luxury extras. I left feeling disappointed, overcharged, and with nails that I could have filed more carefully at home myself. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
