Ordered the dinner portion of the Chicken Katsu with rice and macaroni salad, Egg Rolls, and the Fried Gyoza. The Gyoza's came out first, These were really good as they weren't deep fried but pan fried with slightly crispy bottom with chewy top. The sauce that they give you with the Gyoza's went well along with the green onions. The Egg Roles came out next, They were good as well and freshly fried. The sweat and sour sauce went well with the rolls, wasn't too sweet but had a bit of spice as well. The Chicken Katsu plate we next, the Katsu was freshly fried which perfect as it keeps the breading from getting hard or to crunchy and the chicken juicy. The Katsu sauce went well with the chicken rice and macaroni salad as well. Overall I enjoyed my experience and will come back to try other items on the menu in the future. A bit of advice, parking is tough in downtown San Rafael, If you go during prime dining hours expect to have to look for parking if you're driving.
