The service was good, there were a few people ahead of me in line but I still got my bowl very quickly. The interior has bright colors around and station where you can order and choose items similar to subways. There is a small seating are by the door as well. The workers here are really nice and have great proportions. You have options of how many scoops you want. Each scoop you can choose the type of protein you want with unlimited toppings but some toppings are an extra cost. I always get the crispy wonton skins, I think they used to have crispy balls but they don't anymore. There are pre made options but I prefer making my own and putting whatever I like on there. The 2 scoop I got was around $20 but it was enough for myself and to share.
