I decided to eat my food there, half way through eating my food I was interrupted and was told I had to leave as I was sitting in a "dine in only" table. Another one of us got one of the specials and loved it. Service is a bit perfunctory and seating is limited so we felt pressure to give up our table. Peek a Bowl delivers in abundance of Asian flavors, great quality food, cozy atmosphere & good service. Seems to be quite popular as well because it became ridiculously busy after we arrived. Searched on Google maps and this place popped up with really good reviews and I understand why! I could have eaten anything off the menu, so many good options. The food was fresh and came piping hot. This is a super cute little place! Very modern, and has a surprising amount of seats for such a small restaurant. My husband and I chose to eat in and service was incredibly quick. I've had better poke bowls, but for New Hampshire, I think it was pretty decent. The rice was a little soggy and cold for my liking. Seaweed salad was tasty, I wish it had a hint more flavor. The shrimp were very nicely cooked. Not too much of a flavor on the marinated salmon, but I thought the choice of adding crispy garlic was awesome. It added a slight crunch, which the bowl needed. I got the poke sauce and citrus soy sauce and I enjoyed the soy sauce. Couldn't taste the poke sauce much. I also ordered a strawberry lychee tea. I've done the build your own bowl every time because the possibilities are endless... and everything is always so so fresh and delicious. The rice is the perfect level of sticky, vegetables/fruit crisp and flavorful, the chicken is tender and juicy, and the flavors come together so well. I always take out so I can't speak much to service, other than to say my food is always ready very quickly and they have been friendly every time I've stopped in. They had the option of Ramen or Udon for the Drunken Noodle, when it's usually a flat noodle. The beef was cooked nicely, but wasn't the usual type of stir-fried beef either. The Massaman Curry was a bit too sweet for my liking, but had a nice flavor. The restaurant is located in a cute downtown area and it seems like a local favorite. Overall, I would give this place a pretty solid rating. I enjoyed my poke bowl and liked getting to pick out the ingredients myself. I sat inside with a couple friends and we had dine in service. The restaurant itself is pretty open and has a cute interior with a lot of succulents and plants. The service itself was great, and the waiter was observant and kind. I appreciated that he gave some of my friends recommendations if they were between two dishes. You could also just go up to the counter and order for takeout. It seemed like that was a main option for a lot of people that came in after us. There wasn't too much indoor seating, but we didn't have a problem. One drawback was that I was a little disappointed by some of the differing portion sizes on some of the bowls. Some had more toppings than others, even if they were the same item. If I was eating alone, I wouldn't have recognized, but just because we had six people, it was easier to tell. I also tried the Matcha bubble tea. Overall, it was pretty good. The Boba itself was cooked well, and the tea wasn't excessively sweet. I appreciated that they also had a dairy free milk option (Almond milk). The basil chicken bowl was delicious. This is one of my staple dishes (kai grapow) that i eat regularly at thai restaurants and this is a great execution. I was disappointed that the gyoza app could only come deep fried. I wouldve ordered them if pan fried or steamed was an option. Menu is huge and theres a lot to choose from. I was hesitant to try this place at first considering how the Asian population is not that big in the area, but the quality and taste of the food here is excellent. I decided to build my own poke bowl (2 scoops of protein for $12.75, 3 scoops for $15.25). They don't charge extra for items like avocado or seaweed salad, but imitation crab salad counts as a protein. I chose spicy salmon as one of the proteins and the fish was super fresh. I also got to try the Thai sausage fried rice ($13.95) which had a deliciously smoky wok hei flavor! The sausage itself was very sweet but the fried rice wasn't sweet, which balanced out the flavors. The rice was not super greasy. The bubble tea prices are great (most are $3-4.5 and include pearls). I tried the Thai bubble tea which was very sweet. The menu clearly marks which drinks are caffeine-free and/or dairy-free. The pearls were perfectly chewy with just the right amount of sweetness and brown sugar flavor. Our servers were very attentive and friendly. They stopped by once during the meal to ask how things were and refilled our water cups often. read more

If you're not in a hurry, then sit down because the service is great and the place gives off loving family vibes. The food was really good too. I love the variety of options. The fries were so good - crispy and sauce full of flavor :P. I got a poke bowl and it was yummy and portions were pretty nice too. Also, make sure to get your end-of-meal candy treat at the counter after you're done eating haha! The space is a little small but that does not hinder anything. The only thing to note is that some employees didn't wear their mask properly so if you care about that, just be aware. For me (fortunately), I'm not phased by it so I still enjoyed. Many come here for take out and just walk up to the counter. But we sat at a table and were served. We started with Peek's Fries, regular fries topped with spicy mayo and honey-lemon mayo. They were hot crispy and the sauces were very tasty, These are best piping hot and unfortunately quickly lose their appeal. I had the Cashew Crispy Chicken Bowl that was breaded chicken with vegetables. It was fried chicken with onion and peppers with a spicy sauce. I came in for a quick lunch to go as we were driving though. Unfortunately most of the other restaurants were full and packed on a Sunday at noon. I was happy to go my own way from the group and grab my favorite meal, a poke burrito! I picked up one of their combos that has all my favorites - tuna, avocado, brown rice, edamame and i Subbed seaweed salad for onion. (No extra charge). While it definitely satisfied my hunger, i found the rice to be off. It was sort of al dente and not sticky at all. It sort of fell apart in my to go box. It is everything you want, offered in any combination you can think of. It is both counter service and a sit-down restaurant, fast food for takeout (many people came in for this) and a nice sit-down dinner with cheerful, attentive service. It is poke bowls that you choose yourself (I got the 'Regular' size with 2 proteins, 3 side choices, 1 topping, and 1-2 sauce choices, plus add-ons if you want more of any of it). They also have pre-composed bowls on the menu if you don't want to have to think of your own, and every combination sounded good. There are vegetarian/vegan protein options even if you get a poke bowl, like avocado, roasted sweet potato, and marinated tofu. And if you don't want rice you can get it with spring mix or wrap style. There are so many options to match anyone's dietary restrictions and preferences! The sauces I had were delicious also--Ginger Miso and Citrus Soy. The perfect mix of tangy sweet bright and fresh to really light up all of the very fresh, high quality ingredients. Portion size was great too. And if you don't feel like a poke bowl, they also have *many other options like a Thai dinner menu would have. I don't even usually like poke bowls but this one was so satisfying and yummy. It was hard to decide because everything looked great. They also have lots of bubble tea options and lunch specials weekdays 11-3p. Unbelievably good and fresh food. I got the sushi burrito (just the new term for an extra large style of sushi roll, simply just bowl ingredients rolled up), and my friend got a vegan bowl. Ingredients were clearly fresh, flavor was excellent. The tuna in my burrito was prepared perfectly and was definitely of a good grade (I've had enough tuna sushi that I can instantly tell). Service was fast, restaurant was clean, and the price was great. Most other poke places charge $15-20 for a bowl. Some restaurants in the area offer a poke bowl as a one-off item on their menu and try and charge $20-30 (including a popular Hanover restaurant) and can't do it justice. This restaurant has it all, good food, good service, good price. If it was a little closer to me I'd go once a week! read more

In town for the week with some friends and was lucky enough to stumble across this gem. Has warm atmosphere and staff. As for the food, it's just has good as the ambiance. I ordered the drunken udon noodles with shrimp. It was simple and delicious. The shrimp was cooked to perfection as were the noodles.
