    Chopped Brisket and Rib Potato

Today was the day! Either I miss them due to the being closed or they are sold out.... Not today! Alarm was set for when they opened, even got there early and there was still a line!!! Hands down "oh'mazing" Got the chopped brisket and rib potato and highly recommend!!!

This food truck is appropriately name...the food is Oh' MAZING! While the ribs were the best I have ever tried, the veggie potato is perfectly delicious. The potato is a very generous size and could be split between two people. The ribs are tender and have the perfect smoke taste...no sauce needed! The owner offered me a sample of their brisket, again some of the best I have ever had. Looking forward to my next visit!

Rib and brisket potato that you have to add the fixings in yourself.

Spent $40 on very FATTY brisket and ribs. Corn and beans were good. I tried to call them back and let them know I was dissatisfied, but they never answer the phone. I'm assuming they were closed that Sunday. The amount of fat on the brisket was ridiculous because out of 1 slice of brisket, half was fat. That was all of the slices. Ribs weren't even cooked enough, they were fatty too.

The food was amazing! Best loaded potato I have ever eaten! I can't wait for the truck to come back!

And Amazing it is! We are so happy we were referred to this spot for BBQ. There's a craft that Mr. Leon has perfected. You need no teeth to eat that beef! Brisket literally melts. Mmmm. Sides were good too! My husband and I will return and you should try. We recommend going early as it is a good trailer so once it's gone it's gone.

Baconator Stuffed potato with all the fixins. BBQ sauce not added yet.

Driven by this place a lot as I don't live that far away. Kicking myself now for not stopping earlier. First off, I just want to say how nice the family is that runs it. Actually stopped a few weeks ago on a Saturday evening. The owner was apologetic as he explained that they just had to close a little early due to selling out. It was late in the day on a weekend so not all that surprising but he went out of his way to apologize and still go over the menu with me. I promised I'd be back and made good today. He and his wife were just as nice today and it just feels good patronizing businesses where you can tell their heart and soul go into their work. Their pride and character are palpable and I enjoyed my short visit with them. Now for the food.....I ordered the Baconator baked potato. Wow....the size is amazing. I had contemplated buying some BBQ to go along with it, but glad I didn't as the potato itself was way more than I can eat in one sitting. It's rare to find a potato of this size cooked this perfectly all the way through. Every bite was like the first and it came with all the important fixins as well (shredded cheese, chives, sour cream, and bbq sauce). The bbq beef and bacon were all perfectly cooked and tasty as well. I can't wait for dinner so that I can enjoy the rest of this. Highly recommend and I cannot wait to go back and try some more of the menu....though it may be hard not to return to the Baconator. Highly, highly recommend this place!

I tried this spot on a limb and it did not disappoint. The baked potato was huge. Had to save them for seconds.

As I was waiting to order, some lady spoke about getting "mild sauce" on rib tips. I'm was not certain about only having the tip of anything. I'm fat thusly I would like the entire commodity. I ordered really quickly and they prepared the food fresh. I watched them batter my fish at that moment. This wasn't pre-made madness...this was made right then. I asked to try those rib tips since that lady ordered it with so much confidence. A cute little teenage girl suggested that I should try the banana pudding. Homemade snacks is a sinful pleasure. What the heck is a jerk egg roll? May as well give me that as we I've written too much. Let's just say this: I like Chicago style food. Pretty decent flavor on the fish. Tips... I'm with that too. Really good barbecue sauce. I enjoyed everything I had. One of the workers saw me waiting in the car and brought the fish sandwich out while I waited for the other food. Customer service was on point. DO NOT LET THEM FORGOT TO GIVE YOU THAT JERK DIPPING SAUCE FOR THE JERK ROLLS. I lick my fingers thoroughly. Someone from Chicago come give me your opinion on this place. Prices did not upset my frugal meter Everyone come try them out.

We ordered the Jerk tacos, Wings with mild sauce, and the jerk chicken rolls. My good God whatever sauce they served with our rolls and tacos I have never in my life tasted anything like it! This food is very different and you won't be disappointed. On top of the food being great the owner was so bubbly! Having a bubbly spirit will take your business very far along with great food! I don't write reviews too often but this food truck was a must! Very unique flavor but amazingly unique! They are right next to Circle K on 1960 and Kuykendahl.

They have the area covered so even if it rains you can still go there. The food is incredible and really spicy, but it is what I like. I've only ever ordered the fajita beef tacos with corn tortilla (make sure with the lady to do corn tortilla because she sometimes forgets), but they're so good that I haven't needed to try anything else. They come with onions, cilantro, white cheese (it used to be cotija or queso fresco), and you get lime and salsas on the side. They changed their red salsa recipe recently, and it's way better than it used to be. The tacos are always presented really well, and you can tell they care about what they serve. Honestly, I'm only writing this review because I don't want them to go out of business, otherwise I would've kept this place to myself! If you love tacos, definitely check them out.

What I love is how they loaded up their tacos with cheese, onions, and AVOCADO. Yes, FREE AVOCADO. Already getting free cheese is rare, but getting free avocado in this economy is mind blowing generosity! - Pastor taco (4/5): The texture of this taco was top tier. SUPER CRISPY pastor bits through out, giving each bite a nice crunch. The tortilla also was charred nicely and the taco was a good size. - Beef taco (4.5/5): The beef had more flavor than the pastor, and was juicy. A very solid taco. - Beef Quesadilla Grande (3.5/5): Pretty big quesadilla for only $7. The cheese was really good and the tortilla had a nice chew to it. I just personally thought it was too salty. Service/ambiance: They have a cute seating area with shading and string lights, so you could definitely eat and chill there.

I stopped in the other day to give it a try. I had the pernil (pulled pork shoulder) with white rice and beans. I washed it down with one of their natural juices, a blend they call Die Dreaming. The pork shoulder is fantastic--perfectly but simply seasoned, moist and tender. It has a nice bark on it that really concentrates the flavor--I've never seen it this well done. The white rice was well prepared. The beans have a very mild flavor and complement the pork quite well. You pay about $15 for a huge portion--this will easily feed three people, or eat it yourself for 3-4 days. The pork would be a nice add-in for other savory dishes too. The Die Dreaming juice was delicious, a creamy blend of what tasted like orange, pineapple, and maybe one other juice. The sweetness perfectly complemented the savory pork. I had a small and drank it pretty fast, you might consider a large. The hours on Google say they open at noon--this is approximate, I would go a bit later. The action picks up in the evening when they put out speakers and play music. They are open until 2am. The owner has plans to mount screens on the outside for sports viewing. It is good to have a few words of Spanish when ordering here, but with good will a monolingual english speaker can get by. Nice people and delicious food--can't ask for more.

You place your order yourself using their Kiosk system, which is pretty self explanatory and very user-friendly. They also have a rewards/loyalty system, and you can tip using the Kiosk as well. They call your name once your order is placed. I placed the order at 5:22PM and got my food at 5:41PM so it's a little wait on the orders, but they get steady traffic/customers. Now to the food - I'll be comparing this to our usual Birria truck that we are faithful to. We ordered the Quesabirria Taco, which comes with three birria tacos. I got mine exactly how it comes (you can edit your meal/take off items, etc. using the Kiosk). 9/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The tacos are on the bigger side than our usual spot (which is four, but slightly smaller) and the tacos are PACKED with flavor. It's just enough onions, cheese and cilantro to balance everything out with a ton of consome soup. The cheese is deliciously melted and everything tastes so freaking good! The only reason I gave a 9/10 is due to how long it took/the wait on the order (about 20 minutes), other than that, this business makes some bomb tacos. Definitely worth the drive & the wait!

I became monumentally more skeptical when I saw homeboy scooping my nacho cheese directly from a can on the stove I ordered dripping nachos but they were dry as all get out! The chips tasted stale. The cheese wasn't the slightest bit spicy or nacho-ey. And though it's topped with jalapeños, onions and cilantro, there was no juice or texture added from my of the toppings. The only thing that saved this dish was the birria meat. Which had good flavor but was actually dry as hell! Which is the exact OPPOSITE of the juicy consomeness I was expecting! Overall if you want underwhelming nachos that are available all night, with friendly staff( which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2) then this is your spot!!!! Cheers to mediocre munching folks!

A 2-year Michellin star BBQ joint was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. My friends and I got there around 10am and were lucky enough to grab a number. The number secures your spot in line but don't worry if you show up and they run out, there's a spot on the porch where the non-number line starts. We ordered moist brisket, garlic sausage, and the beef rib. For sides, we went with mac and cheese and beans. Everything was superb! The brisket melted in your mouth, no knife needed. The sausage had a nice snap to it and get great flavor. The bark on the beef rib was *chef's kiss*. The mac and cheese was creamy while the beans had a nice sweet and tangy flavor. The service is also great! While we were eating, staff would regularly check all of the tables to check if anyone needed anything. The staff taking our order also chatted with us about other BBQ spots we've been to. Everything was such a great experience and the quality of the food is 100/10!

I've passed by several times and the line has always deterred me, but this time I came with my game face and the patience of a saint. I arrived on a Friday at 11:03am to be exact. Yep, they open at 11am and yep there was already a line. I was shortly approached by an employee who handed me a paper menu and asked if I would like to purchase a drink while I wait in line. It was fairly hot outside but they had fans along the patio to give relief. The inside of the restaurant is not large but also not small, its first come first serve so get in where you fit in or opt to sit outside. I arrived to the front of the line around 12pm so it took about an hour of waiting in line. Ordering was smooth and it took no time for the food to be ready. Staff were friendly, and service was speedy. I ordered brisket(moist), pulled pork sandwich, mac n cheese, potato salad, beans, apple cobbler, and a baked potato. The potato salad was a pleasant surprise! It is not your traditional potato salad, but If you enjoy anything dill flavored, you'd love it! The brisket was moist and flavorful, melt in your mouth good!!! The other sides were just okay, not bad but nothing stood out. The cobbler was a bit too sweet and it did not seem as though the ingredients were mixed very well. It was like they dumped sugar on top and baked it without mixing it. Pulled pork sandwich was meaty and flavorful. Pretty good BBQ Experience!!!
