Don't take your car here. Got an oil change 1 week ago. Asked about replacing the air filter. They didn't do it. Also, all week long I kept smelling oil when I was driving. Opened the hood today and the oil cap was fully off. Not just they didn't tighten it, like they never put it back on. Shoddy service, I probably lost half my oil and it could've started an engine fire. Very irresponsible. I won't be returning here. Nope. read more

Service was quick - came at an off time in the morning and was well taken care of. It was around 90$+ for an oil change for synthetic oil.

The guys were nice but my experience included so much redundancy it was a little nutty. Different guys kept asking me the same questions - which oil, which windshield wipers, etc. It was if they were robotons. One guy seemed stoned to me; it was hard to understand his words. The worst part was that I had a $5 discount from Yelp which I showed to two of the dudes..."no worries," I was told. The staff looked up my car and told me I had another few thousand miles to go before I'd actually need an oil change, checked my fluids, and wiped down my windshield free of charge! I got my oil change on Sep 15 and now it's Oct 8 and I need another oil change. My car engine was getting hot and my car warning appeared again. Funny enough I wasn't driving enough to get another oil change. I checked to see where my oil was and there wasn't even a drop of oil on my towel when I checked. They cool. Called to see the price and the wait time couldn't get a wait time but was quoted two prices. One for synthetic oil and one for regular. I drive a Chevy Camaro and I've always been given the more expensive rate so I'm glad Jason let me know the real. I had a wonderful experience recently with Oil Changers. I was disappointed when I got there, as the line was extremely long for people who wanted oil changes. It was my first time ever going. I stayed in line and waited. You literally stay in your car and just drive through to get your oil changed! Although I had to wait a while until I got to the front, I am very pleased with the experience. The work was quick, the guys were very professional and the music they were playing kept my head bopping as I waited! If you go on a Saturday, GO AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. I had gotten my oil changed at a different business and immediately noticed that whenever I pressed the gas, the car grew louder. I knew that this location would be honest if I brought the car in to them to double check. Pete, the manager, assisted me and discovered my filter wasn't tightened down all the way. He also realized my check engine light was on, and didn't hesitate to hook his device in and check for the codes. I came for an oil change yesterday 11/24/20. 2 out of 3 employees weren't wearing masks!! One of the employees told another one to wear one and he replied with, "why?" Like are you kidding me??? Then the other employee who wasn't wearing a mask tried to get payment from me to which I said he needed to wear a mask. Nothing has changed over the last 8 months about wearing masks so I don't know why the employees here have such a blatant disregard for who lives and who dies. This is where I sadly won't be returning. I really liked coming here for the convenience of how quick there are, but I would rather go elsewhere. Oil Changers have a tightly regimented system which is similar to the brigade system in fine dining restaurants.
