I been a regular customer for the past year to get My oil change. I loved coming here because it was very convenient and fast and the customer service was always top tier. My last oil change I received was completed on 08-18-2025. It was finally due for another oil change. I went to store Kapolei location #813 on 05/25/2025 and I was told by the staff they are unable to change my oil due to that my oil pan needed to be rethreaded ASAP. I also don't recall from my last visit that was discussed with me. I ended up speaking with the manager who advised to take my car to a mechanic to get it checked out. I ended up going to another location for the auto repair shop to diagnose the issue and was told the same exact thing. I ended up having to get my oil pan completely replaced and my oil change. I was then told by the mechanic who ever has been doing my oil caused physical damaged therefore why it needed to be replaced. Mind you my car is still new 2021 Toyota 4Runner. I'm pretty upset to the fact I had to pay $950 out of pocket to get it replaced. I've attached references of the paper work I was given of my last invoice from oil changers they provided me today since I didn't have a copy from last time... and a copy of the invoice I had to pay out of pocket for the damages. I'm pretty upset that this had to happen and now I don't think I will go back to oil changers to get my oil changed. read more

First of all, this place operates like a pit crew. Team work at its finest. Stayed in my truck while service was being done and witnessed first hand what full service means in a way of work flow and efficiency. She even showed me a clean dipstick with proper fill level, which no tech has ever done for me in previous experiences. Polite, good communication and fast! Pulled in and outta bay in 15 mins. Last year I waited for 5 hours for my safety check at Oil Changers. The young lady who did the check told me it was because I came at the end of the month, and if I came earlier in the month it's not like that. So this year, I went at the beginning of the month. I arrived at 9:00am. I got out of there at 1:00pm. 4 hours. Same person did the check, and don't get me wrong, she's great. Friendly, professional, thorough. But 4 hours? It was time for my annual safety inspection which was due on the last day of the month... Went on Saturday 2/27 at 10:45 am and the car line was extremely long! Called the shop for more information and was told that they will stop taking in more cars at 11 am. Since they open at 7 am I was sure to be there at 6 am the next day Sunday. WARNING: Be prepared for a very long wait if you're coming for a vehicle safety check. No appointments, it's all first come first serve. Arrived at 9:30am on a Friday morning. Got in line with six cars ahead of us. One hour later there were still five cars ahead of us. I got out of the car and looked inside the maintenance bay. No one could be seen. A young guy came out of the office and asked if I needed help. I asked how long does the inspection take. He said 20 minutes per car. Well, I had been in line for one hour already and only one car moved. So I pointed to my car in line and asked him to give me an estimate for how long for me to reach the head of the line. He said TWO more hours. I said bye bye. I went across the street to Goodyear and made an appointment for next week. Oil Changers... never again. Two person crew are nice ppl but come on... the owner needs to do something, like hire more ppl. read more

I went to get my 3 fluids changed for my 4x4. They told me they had changed all of them and the rear differential fluid had metal shavings in them. When I took it to get the undercarriage cleaned to paint. They told me that the rear differential casing is stripped. I inquired about that with the mechanic and he said that it was impossible for them because it was stripped. Oil Changers lied to me and charged me for changing the 3 different fluids needed for a 4x4. They were nice but how can you do that to customers? I had a worker named Arron help me with my car and when I tell he was the most terrible/ rude human being there. Told me to take off my acrylic license plate holders which is a good theft deterrent which is the law don't know why and after 15 minutes he says my headlights cover failed because it's yellowing! I absolutely love the convenience of coming here - as a mom with 2 younger babies, it's easy to just pull up and have your oil change done without getting out the car. But recently the past three times I've come I noticed that each time one of my tire valve caps have gone missing. This is the only place that I have had them come off due to putting air.
