I had it towed to the shop at 1pm and met with the owner (Kassi) and he diagnosed the probable causes, located a couple parts to have them on hand before last delivery time of the day to make sure we had all options covered. He called to confirm pricing, and then had the car ready with both alternator, battery, and other items replaced and serviced and ready for me all before 5pm. Amazing job in 4-hours, from arrival to pick-up, to sourcing the parts, to installation! I was back on the road driving back to Southern California with my car running great. Julio (associate) and Mean (Manager) were both super helpful with taking care of the needs of my vehicle. The oil change was completed in 15 minutes. I also opted for the Complete Fuel System Treatment upgrade, priced at $19.99. This offering provided the opportunity to clean the entire fuel system. With everything being completed, the original bill totaled out to be $121.51. With the Groupon voucher valued at $68, I spent an additional $53.12 out of pocket. Overall, I had a generally positive experience at Valvoline. I'd return if I happen to get another voucher from Groupon.
