I visited your business at 3037 Sisk rd Modesto, ca today and was blown away with the service I received from James. I've owned many cars and had a lot of oil changes over the years, not one time have I had anyone ask me if they could check my cabin filter? James removed my filter and is was disgusting, it was black and had dead bugs in it. I told James that I just told my daughter that our air conditioner was smelling musty. I also told him that my air conditioner doesn't work well and that I have taken it in for service and the air conditioner mechanic said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. James then said that the filter being so bad could affect my air conditioning and he was right!!! My AC works great now. I took my Toyota Highlander in for an oil change. They did an excellent job, they are quick, kind, and friendly. They double checked all of the fluids, lights, and recommended air for my tires to save a little bit of fuel. The level of service that I received from this location was beyond amazing. My pregnant wife took our vehicle in and there was a slight issue the next day. I emailed their contact address and had a call within 30 minutes from a manager. The issue was resolved very quickly. I had just a regular oil change was about $100 without my military discount, went down to about $89 after. It was great service all around they checked everything you would and wouldn't think of.
