They told me that they are getting a lot of customers from Walmart since they closed the oil change shop. It's a drive thru oil change place. You stay in your car while they do the work. It's relatively quick and painless. It's funny to see them working as a team. Kind of reminds me of a Nascar team. No hard sell on other products or services. I came here kind of late on a Saturday and wasn't expecting them to be open. I came around 5:30 PM and was in and out in no time. They check all of the fluid levels and will top off your washer fluid, check that all of your lights and turn signals are all working and add air to your tires. Also they will top off your oil if you come back before 3 months or 3,000 miles. They checked my cabin air filter and it needed replacing (ooh, icky dirty) but they didn't try to hard sell me. I'll go and pick one up and replace it myself. Save myself a few bucks. While it's not the cheapest place in San Diego, you get what you pay for. You get in and out fast and if you want to wait for two hours and pay less then go right ahead. As they say time is money right? If you get a regular oil change here with 10W30 oil it'll cost you approximately $38.00 before the $5.00 discount if you check in on Yelp. Good job guys! As Aunold would say, I'll be back! read more

I've gone to an oil changers in El Cajon and had a terrible experience. This however was not that and it was night and day as far service goes. My neighbor has sung praises of this place so I figured I would save some time and head there for a quick oil change. All was well until I noticed oil dips in my garage. Figured maybe they let some spill over or there was excess an that it would eventually stop, never did. Took my car back and was told that the oil plug was stripped, and that was causing the drip. Funny thing is, no drips before this oil change, so maybe they don't employ torque wrenches? All I received was a "nothing we can do" and a business card for someone that can fix it for me. I would expect a better fix it solution than a business card. Too bad Turko is not around anymore because, THATS NOT RIGHT!!! I would stay away. read more

Absolutely fantastic service. I love how convenient this is. As soon as I pull up they know who I am and what services I may need or am due for. No appointment necessary and they are FAST. I can literally do this on my lunch break. Fair prices, fast work and good service makes this a trifecta. On top of all of that, they are honest. I stopped in one time and said I wanted an oil change. He looked at my dipstick and checked my miles and told me I could wait and that I didn't need to yet. He advised coming back in a few weeks. This place was truly amazing! The nicest customer service I've had in a while . The guys were so helpful , quick and really kind . They were thorough in checking everything they needed to, and trouble shooted where to find the reset button for my vehicle. They were also the least expensive place we had found , but with very high quality oil, and great customer service. Really made a difference. My husband often worries about me being taken advantage, so he was hugely relieved to know they took care of me well, and didn't up charge for anything extra.
