Don't waste your time!! I went there and got a full service synthetic oil change with full differential and transfer case changes as well with an air filter costing me $400. I then got home to check the magnets on my oil filter cause it's a brand new motor. They put a TL 12222 oil filter on my 5.4 L V8 engine. It is not compatible. It's the size of an apple and when I called the store to ask him about it, he says his system says it fits. I cannot find anything that says it should be on my truck. Do not go there. It is a waste of time and a huge rip off for the convenience of sitting in your truck. read more

I've always hated getting anything done to the cars because you'd have to go and wait in a dirty waiting room and it took forever. Here at Oil Changers, you get to sit in your car the whole time! I think my oil change took less than 15 minutes! Now, after discovering this place, I won't mind if I have to get the oil changed. Another thing that's great about Oil Changers is that, you can come in anytime before 3000 miles and get your oil topped off for free.(up to 2 quarts) How Awesome is that?!!! I like how they give recommendations, especially on issues they do not cover. Very helpful group of guys and always have good customer service unlike other Poway shops. Meant to do this review earlier in the month, but time flies, as we all know! On a whim, I decided to get my car's oil change done on the day before Christmas. I called, and he told me they would be closing at 2pm. I live about 20 minutes from this store, I figured I would have time to get there. I left my home at 1:20. I got there at 1:55. I told them I understood if I was too late. After all, it was Christmas Eve. He told me to pull into the bay, he would be happy to service my vehicle. There was a problem finding my car in their system, and that was on me, because I had my license plates changed, when I bought my car a year earlier. Both of the techs were patient and helpful, and did a fantastic job. I do remember one was Nate, but cannot recall the name of other nice young man. He was the one that did most of the work, I feel rotten for my memory lapse! I will continue to use this Location for my car's oil changes. I'm long overdue to give Kelley and his crew at Oil Changers Poway the recognition they so rightfully deserve. I've reached the age where I don't do much of anything by computer anymore, but I make an exception today for Poway Oil Changers. I've been the go-to guy for ALL our family vehicle maintenance and repairs for many years. Numbering about 10 vehicles. I have been using the Poway Oil Changers location for many years, even before the current manager Kelley was a green behind the ears newbie. They have always and consistently offered the best service and advice, and I wouldn't and still don't use anyone else. Since they don't do repairs there, you never have to worry about being upsold for anything. They will and have always reported anything out of the ordinary that may need attention or repairs, and suggest seeing your own mechanic if they notice something needing attention. Also I highly recommend their engine service treatment for any vehicle that is coming up for smog. As long as your check engine light is not on, you'll likely pass smog inspection with flying colors. About a month prior to EVERY family car smog injection, I take it in. I have oil, air filter(s) and engine cleaning service done. So far, never failed a smog test as a result. It just so happen I was on a time crunch and was in need of my car back within a reasonable timeframe. I'm sure you all know when you take your car to the dealership, it is an all day process. You are walking in knowing your stuck there most of the day. Even if they shuttle you home it's still inconvenient. WELL NOT TODAY!!! I called before I left and was lucky to find out no cars were being serviced!! I rushed down the hill and stayed in my car. Was greeted by three knowledgeable employees. Boy are these guys good.
