I line up behind a car and am waiting 10-15 minutes without anyone having come up to me at this point. Eventually, another person drives up and is immediately greeted and let known where to go, before I make confused eye-contact with the person who greeted them, given I wasn't told anything. After a few minutes, the man working there walks over to my car and lets me know to get into a different lane that will be finishing soon, so I do so. Turns out the person who arrived after me was placed into a lane that finished first, while I was placed into a lane that still needed more time, despite the additional time I spent waiting without having been instructed on where to go. Seeing that someone who had just gotten there was immediately greeted while I was only greeted shortly afterwards, despite having been in line for more than 10 minutes was already not the best experience, but something I was willing to let go. Realizing that I was given a spot where I would be waiting for an additional length of time after the person who got there 10 minutes after me was awful and enough to get me to leave. For context, if you are going there alone as a woman and don't have a newer model car, I would advise you not to go by yourself (or without a male companion).
