I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. I was not warned about that being a possible issue; not true. Same with the chemical block test, it was just done and I was charged for it after it tested negative. Was told to come pick up the car because they couldn't figure out the issue. Personally, I wouldn't be complaining if the issue was fixed; it wasn't fixed. As mentioned earlier, I personally observed coolant dripping down onto a plate from under near the battery/oil filter area and took pictures of captured coolant. Chemical block test was still conducted despite evidence that the car has an observable leak a day after it was driven. This is the part where it felt like they thought I was making it up and still ran a chemical block test despite informing them that an active leak was observed. The most aggravating part is I was charged to fix an issue and it's not fixed and has been pushed onto me to figure out or prove. Any rectifying of the issue should have already been done without having to complain or leave a negative review. I will likely take to the dealership to diagnose and then fix myself since I do not really want to deal with a shop who clearly thinks this is a waste of time/time sink for their mechanic to figure out.
