I have been a customer for about 8 years since it was (spoiled). The prices have really gone up a lot, I guess I was spoiled. Now I'm looking around for new places with better prices. This sucks :(. Also, the service is a bit different. I asked if they can check my transmission fluid they said it was sealed but before the people that worked for spoiled would stick something down the dipstick part and check the color for me. I Miss the old spoiled location. They really knew how to take care of people. I've come here a couple times since and have never had as great of service so I usually go to my regular mechanic and And get the oil changed. Today I'm going on a road trip so I thought I would just jump in here and do a quick oil change. As usual I was disappointed. We expressed our concerns because the last few times they stripped When they did my oil change and a few times they did not put the filter in tightly. We brought up the concerns and we were told oh well your plug was already loose which I know is not the case As the last time my truck was taken care of by mechanic I've gone to for years. The only place that ever leaves my plug loose is this place and this was an issue I've brought up in the past. The one guy who filled the oil was nice and professional but the other guy an overweight guy ( nothing wrong with overweight just an identifier) Who was not even helping with the oil changes was very condescending and acted like I did not know anything about my Truck because I am a female. Little does he know not only do I know my truck like the back of my hand I also know how to work on it. The questions I asked were valid. His responses were very condescending. Then as I am resetting my own oil notification to 100% he comes over and tells me I am doing it wrong and then tells me to do it exactly the way I just already did it. I used to really enjoy coming here under the old ownership, but since it has been bought out, my oil changes have began costing more. Not only have the prices increased (which I understand happens), but I loved coming here since I never felt they were trying to upsell me on things (I'm not the most knowledgeable with vehicles so I'm unfortunately an easy upsell) and now every time I've been it's always been so many extra costs that I've never been told I "needed" the years I've come before. The staff here is still friendly, but I'm just disheartened on the new ownership. read more

Several services were offered which fell outside the basic scope of work, however there was no pressure to purchase. Today was my first time ever having to get my oil changed professionally after the passing of my father. As a female driver, I'm clueless and dubious of anything relating to car maintenance. The team of men here made it a simple and quick process. They were all professional and kind. They basically talked me through what was being done, which took about 15 mins tops to get my oil changed and air pressure in my tires. You drive right up and stay inside your car during the process. They also checked for a clean filter and double checked to make sure all my lights were working properly. I'll definitely be returning to this business for any of my simple car maintenance needs. To my ladies, they gift flowers to the female drivers which I think is just the sweetest touch. read more

Prices skyrocketed after the new company took over. I was paying $25 for oil change service since I bring my own oil and filter for all my vehicles. I came last month and I was charge $40 for the oil change, that's a $15 increase! On top of that, the manager gave me a discount for being a returning customer, indicating the price would've been higher. I came here for its low prices and professionalism, but I think I won't be coming here anymore. The excuse of topping off fluids, adding air to my tires, and training shouldn't increase prices but over $15! I wouldn't mind paying a little over $25 because minimum wage increased, but it drastically increased!!! read more

Came here for the first time this afternoon. No complaints. They were friendly and fast. They gave me 3 options as far as the oils I could use. It was three or four guys working on my car. They answered all my questions without judgement and gave me printed recommendations without being pushy about wanting to sell them. My mom was with me and they presented us both with a flower at the end of the services which was unexpected and lovely. I will be returning for my next oil change, and will probably get at least one of the recommended services done as well. read more

Very unprofessional place. They told me I needed to get my cooling system fluid changed. Changed it for me and then made me sign a waiver saying my car can have issues after changing it and they are not responsible for it. That is something the business should be telling a customer before the service and not after. I felt as if they conned and hustled me into a getting a service. Then told me after the fact they weren't responsible. If I have any problems I will be suing them for not being clear. I've got to Spoiler before and never had any issues but now that they are under new management the place seems very sketchy. Please be aware before going there to get an oil change and don't let them con you like how they conned me. read more

I have to say I absolutely love this place. It's my second time here and the guys who work here provide AMAZING customer service. From the owners son explaining everything from when you first there, to the actual guys working on your car. They addressed everything they were doing it before doing it. I never once felt like they were trying upsale me on anything. They showed me how disgusting my air filter was before and how it's suppose to look and ASKED if i wanted it done. My check engine light is on and the guy walked me through exactly what the codes were. They go above and beyond here and I will always be a client and recommend all my friends and family here!! I have been going here for the last year or two and after seeing the bad reviews about the change of ownership I was concerned. I thought that I should try it myself and see. It was the same excellent service as before and now you don't even have to get out of your vehicle, which I really like. The price did go up about $5 but I don't consider that a negative! I just Love this place!! Been taking my jeep there for awhile ( originally it was spoiled). The change oil light in jeep came on last week .. took it in today... and they said you are not ready for an oil change due to your millage and last time I was there. Said I still had 2000 miles left.. they still checked the oil to make sure it was full and clean... they are all so friendly... that would have been an easy way to just do an oil change and charge me.. but they didn't... Very frustrating to try and get an oil change and every time I show up, they don't have my filter. I started bringing my own filter due to this major inconvenience. When it came to payment, I asked for a discount due to supplying my own filter. It was honored, but then I let them know I had a coupon received via email, which they stated would not be honored because they were already giving me a discount for the filter, I supplied because they didn't have it! So, in conclusion, if they don't have your filter, you have to go out of your way and bring your own and if you do that, they will not honor any other discounts. This will definitively be my last time here. Such a lack of customer appreciation. read more

I've been going to spoiled/oil changers for years I have never had one bad experience all of the times I have gone my husband has taken his car multiple times and he agrees! I am laughing at all of the bad reviews because I just don't believe them,,,at all! this place is very clean very organized they will have you in and out in literally 15 to 20 minutes they always communicate with my car needs or might need but never ever do they pressure me into a service. Oil Changers ROCK. My first visit there on Monday. I love that I can stay in my car. They check all fluid levels and top off as needed. I came in on a Saturday expecting to wait hours for an oil change, and it was just my luck I was in and out in about 20-25min. Great service they inspected my vehicle for any other service and recommend those services to be done, it's not mandatory they just give you a heads up on what attention is required. This is an update of my previous review after the Region supervisor reached out to me regarding my issues. The supervisor has gone above and beyond regarding the lacking/negligent service I experienced and I greatly appreciate the time and effort he is making. I personally don't think getting routine auto maintenance should need to drag on for months on end nor escalate to Region management, for a resolution especially at a time like this.
