Went in early April for an oil change. I normally go to the other Simi Valley location, but this one was more convenient. They did not complete all the normal checks of the air filter, coolant, or tire pressure. They only changed the oil. After I left, I noticed that I now had an oil leak that I didn't have before their oil change. I took it back in, and they said the oil pan bolt needed to be torqued down tighter and then sent me on my way. My leak continued. I would not recommend this location. The workers didn't do what Oil Changers is known for. I will not go back to the First St location. The guys at the LA Ave are more friendly and do all the checks. read more

My oil change light came on halfway through a road trip (because of course), so I had to find a place outside my usual haunts. Quick search turned this place up. The drive-through aspect was super convenient, and their customer service was top notch! Professional, polite, upbeat. The rep even put on windshield wipers I'd been carrying around for 2 months for no extra charge. Love how they check the signals, filters and fluids right in front of you, and that they offer a top off and fluid check 3K (I think) after the oil change. Had a good experience my first visit after they changed to Oil Changers. I used to go to a Xpress Lube before cause they were quick and always were on Groupon. I had 1 more oil change before my free oil change and thought I missed out when they changed names. When I went in, I asked about it and they honored the card and gave me a discount on my oil change. Update: went back today to try again. I wanted this to work so badly because of the convenience of waiting in my car. AND IT WORKED OUT GREAT!! I was in a bay quickly and staff was very attentive. Also used my online coupon and got $20 off! **** Don't go unless you have time to waste! Just spent 40 minutes in line, 30 of those as the front car - and still drove away without service. When the car in the bay in front of me left one employee told me to move into the bay when another appeared, told me to back up, and let a car from the other side pull in. That car had been waiting longer, so that seemed fair enough to me. While we waited I noticed there might be 3 employees total. One was off and on his phone out the front and back of the shop. The other was dumping buckets into the bushes and taking out trash. This left 1 employee working on the two cars? After a 30 minute wait I was acknowledged when an employee began check in. Then he told me the system needed me to update my info. I gave them all my info the last time I was there. I was handed a handwritten intake form! Somehow their computer system knows enough to text/email me regularly, but I'm not in the on-site system?? In that time a car had pulled up to the other now emptying bay...and they pulled it in!!! The employee that had told me to back up half an hour earlier noticed and said to me "sorry, the car in front of you is leaving soon." Well, 10 minutes later it hadn't left. But I did. read more
