I had an amazing experience at the Jiffy Lube in Simi Valley! I went for an oil change and asked for Semi synthetic oil. They misunderstood me and used full Synthetic oil . When I was paying I questioned the price and the guy called the manager (Dalton) and he was super accommodating and nice. He lowered the price of the service and even gave me additional discount because of the honest mistake. I was very impressed by all the employees at Jiffy Lube. Come to this location all the time, they are up front with the eta it will take when it's busy, they jump right into service with every car, they place floor matts, and plastic over the seats so no stains, Matt who I have been dealing with with due to my headlights came in to help with little information he knew about it, and took the initiative to go more customer service and help with my issue that I was having with the lights and reports. He was genuine and informative, and even called the higher ups to get approval on what was their side mistakes to becoming everything all cleared everything is covered and appreciate that very much from him. Of that once again, I will always be returning not every place. We always have 100 out of 100 service but it's about what they do to correct things and Matt did that for me. read more

Feels like a scam. First off, only Jiffy lube I've been to that made me get out of the car. I get into the waiting room to talk to the technician. The sign said that the price would be 120 and would include 5qt of oil. The technician says that price only includes 4 qts and my car requires 5, so it'll be 140. I should have walked then, but reluctantly agreed since they had me get out of the car and are already working. I also had a $20 coupon from the jiffy lube website. When I got my receipt back, I see I'm charged 129 for the oil change, and the coupon was only entered as $10 off. This all felt really weird and dishonest. read more

Angel and the other associate (I believe his name was Jose) were professional, working efficiently and communicating with each other and customers as we waited for our vehicles. They seemed to enjoy their job and knew their stuff too. Angel explained my options and pricing thoroughly and showed me step by step as things were done to my car. Thanks to Angel, anf Jose, for saving my butt! Another (unmentioned) store changed my oil in Los Angeles, and by the time I got to 1515 E Los Angeles st, most of the oil had leaked out! For free, they applied Teflon Tape to a leaky drain plug so I could drive back to the other place and get the error handled, and for no charge, saving me and the other place towing fees and a lot of wasted time. It really helps when a manager bends the rules to give good service! (Sorry, another manager there also helped handle this, but I can't recall his name, and can't read my own scribbled note of what it was!) I will certainly be back for more service! read more

Amateurs. I came in for an oil change and to replace a break light. They replaced the break light but made my rear light inoperable. They also converted the miles on my odometer to kilometers for some reason, and never dismissed the 'maintenance needed' message on my car. Stay far away from this place if you care about your car. read more

Went here the other day to take my girlfriends car to get an oil change. First thing they said is they're only doing synthetic oil changes that are $130 which I think is kind of crazy. Anyways these guys were making fun of the car and could not keep their comments to themselves about the girlie stickers on the car which I find is kind of annoying and unprofessional. And to top it off they don't do any of the other services as far as tire pressure checks, vacuuming etc. This jiffy lube shouldn't even exist let alone get 1 star. Terrible. read more
