uncomplicated and did everything i needed from an oil change. exactly what you want from jiffy lube. they pointed out some issues with my tires and said i needed a tire rotation--I was skeptical about upcharging at first, but then googled all the things they said were signs of issues and sure enough they probably ended up saving me a couple hundred dollars in the long run. read more

This is my second visit to Jiffy Lube. I was a loyal client of the other oil change place down the street but after the ownership change I was no happy there. Quick, easy, clean! I like that they use Castrol products, cover your seat in plastic while they work. Vacuum and washing my windows is a nice touch. I think I found my new oil change spot. read more

Whenever I come to this location, I am met with consistently rude employees. Inaccurate way times plague this place, avoid it at all costs.

The team communicated with me the whole time, and even though they ran into part problems, they figured out a way to put their customers first. Everyone here is kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately this last time that I brought my car into jiffy lube a young boy was working and he said my air filter needed to be changed I agreed and said go ahead. Well, I brought my car to the dealership for an inspection and they are saying my air filter is old and filthy. So seems like I didn't get my air filter changed like I was told. The Good and the Bad!!!!!!!! I came into this location for a oil change and also to change my air filter. The employee, (Jose) stated to me that they were out of the air filter needed for my car.Ok. I can see time after time that your going to run out of product,however what got me mad was he stated to me,It IS WHAT IT IS. Really. Further more on the receipt given to me clearly states that the air filter is OK. No effort what so ever to call the other location here in Simi Valley or a auto part store to accommodate my needs as a customer. I'm sure they have an account with several different auto parts stores here in the city. So from a business point of view,two fronts you failed at. The first out of product,with so many resources at your disposal,no attempt what so ever,and the second is lying a receipt that my air filter is OK. Conclusion,as I'm leaving I asked another employee, who I later found out was the manager,(Anthonie) how could you be out of product. He also stated to me,IT IS WHAT IT IS. So for spending $80.76, for a oil change and they didn't rotate the tires. I would not recommend this location. Re-train your employees on the proper way to address a customer needs,when and where you're out of a product,or allow them access to call another location. The good!!!!!!!!!! I went to the other location here in Simi Valley, an employee.(Joe) I explained to the Joe what occurred,and without any hesitation got on the phone to a auto parts store and my air filter was delivered and installed at no cost to me. only had synthetic oil (smells like an up charge scam). then the 26 dollar coupon on yelp does not work and only can be redeemed for 20 dollars off. felt like another scam. they were also done almost instantly which was suspicious as most other oil change places take a while. (made me think, what did you not do). would not recommend and will not return. read more

Came on a Sunday told me the wait time was 40 minutes ended up waiting 2 hrs and 30 minutes before they even started working on my car for an oil change. Would appreciate the heads up if it is going to end up taking longer to let me know so I can decide if I want to leave or come back another day. I had a busy Saturday sitting at jiffy lube for almost 3 hours was not part of it. I understand it can get busy but it seemed like it was younger staff who do not know how to handle the place when it gets busy. Super frustrating read more

Frustrating experience overall. Came yesterday to get an oil change and was told they had about 6 people in front of me and recommended I make an appointment. So I made an appointment online for today. Arrived at my appointment with three kids 9 and under in tow. A worker came up to my window when I pulled up and told me, "To be honest, we forgot you had an appointment. I'll see what we can do." He came back and told me I could be next and had me go in the waiting area. 20-25 minutes passed before they came and asked me the oil I wanted and told me I should change the brake fluid. I agreed but asked how long it would all take. I was told 25-30 minutes. About 55 minute after that, someone came and showed me my oil on the dipstick thing. So I thought that meant we were almost ready. No updates after that and I waited another 30+ minutes. So not a great impression from the start and then I was way, way under quoted in time. The guy 10 minutes ahead of me said he was quoted the same and it took him an hour as well. I wish they would tell you the right amount of time... I will not be returning for any oil changes ever because the experience was so frustrating. At least you'd think they'd update you about how much longer it's taking than quoted. He did give me a $20 discount for waiting. I usually go to the places you drive into and stay in the car and I know I said I'd get the brake fluid changed but that still doesn't change the time I was quoted. read more

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and the staff who work here are honestly amazing! Absolutely love there's hardly any wait when I come. I've been to other jiffy Lube locations before and never have they offered to vacuum the inside of my car. This location did it and if it was a courtesy I absolutely appreciate it! Every time I come they never try upselling you, only letting you know what you need and when it's best to do any changes such as changing your filters, etc. Definitely would recommend coming here for your oil change. read more

Needed a oil change , can't beat there prices

Just went there today 6/12/20 To get a oil change I call head and talk to Anthony (I think i spell his name right) to price the oil change To find out what time they close. So when I get there I was told they was out of stock of the filter to do the oil change. so I came to a different Jiffy Lube to get it done and find out that he did have the filter in stock. So Jiffy Lube needs to hire employees that want to do they're job n not get lazy n lie to customers when the Manger leaves for the day i will never go back to that jiffy lube THANKS TO ANTHONY LYING about what he has in stock... read more
