This company is down-graded to 1 star because they ADVERTIZE topping off fluids as part of the service they provide. For whatever reason the tech did not do it on my recent visit, and 2 days after the oil change I find that I have NO Power Steering Fluid.I Have Had issues before with this company, but this was dangerous. Now I must look for someone else to do my oil changes. The prices are high, but the service WAS worth it. Today I am disappointed in the poor way the staff person didn't do the advertized services. He spilled oil on my engine in excess, and wiped it but didn't wash it off. My car smoked for 10 minutes until I finally took it back for them to wash it off. read more

I went here to get a simple oil change. I had called first to check the price which when I got to Oil Changers was the same as I was quoted. My service was started by 1 technician who was very professional. Half way through the technicians were switched. Luckily for me it was a seamless switch. The new tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He even gave a few suggestions on how to get better gas mileage out of my vehicle. I'd go back here again with my other vehicles. read more

It was all going pretty good even though I waited 40 minuets and there wasn't many cars in front of me. Also they seemed unprofessional.So they were going through the process of the checks they do and all that stuff. The guy has me turn my car on and heavily rev my engine but I notice the oil can light is on my dash board. So I shut my car off and show him the light. Oh darn I forgot to put oil back in your engine. And then commenced to have you rev a bone dry engine. That seems like one of the main things you would try to avoid at a place like this. I had a good experience as far as oil changes go. I knew I was way overdue for an oil change and this place had good reviews. I went on a Saturday afternoon, obviously no surprise that there was a line, but I was on the phone the whole time so it went by quickly (I definitely waited a good 30-35 mins). The line is kinda weird though cause In N Out is in the same plaza so you have to kinda maneuver around their line get to Oil Changers. I love this place because they don't really try to sell you on anything. You just go and get your oil change and get out. There is never really a wait every time I have gone. You stay in your car while they change the oil and check your car. Only thing is they are kinda pricy but it's mainly for the service and how they get you in and out. I change my own air filter and that sort of thing, so I always tell them that at the beginning, and no one has ever pressured me to do add-ons like air filter changes, tire rotations, etc. (which I HAVE experienced at other oil change chains). read more

This was a good experience getting my oil changed, in and out and great customer service. I didn't need an appt. or anything. Junior and Noah helped me out today and they were awesome. Junior got me a water, cleaned my windshield and worked on my tires. Noah gave me some good information and recommendations on my car and what's needed. Of course I could not take every recommendation but I got a discount for the service I did and also a discount for the transmission fluid cleaner service. My fluid was dirty!!!! An hour for an oil change...AN HOUR! I will NOT come back here. The entire time I was there the technicians bull shitted more than they worked. In bay 3 the tech was so slow even the other techs were saying he was taking too long. Maybe if he wasn't what appeared to me trying to hit on the female customer it wouldn't take so long. My tech was friendly enough but man when you're in the middle of your job don't run downstairs to get your girls cell phone that was charging to bring it to her car then have a conversation with her and leave me waiting to finish the oil change. Totally dissatisfied with this place. At least when I was leaving the manager said something to the techs. I asked one guy about 40 minutes into it does it always take this long? He said they have a new computer system. Cmon man I'm watching what's going on. Don't lie or make excuses just apologize and light a fire under your techs asses. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. So I have been going back and forth with the regional manager, I won't mention any names. on the issue I posted a couple of months ago. At first he was kind enough to offer to refund my payment back and I thought that was very fair. And here we are in February after a few follow ups on my side and still no refund. I'm basically getting the check is in the mail routine. At this point it's not about the money it's about the integrity of a managers customer service word.
