I waited for an hour for one car in front of me already getting services. The attendant in my lane worked much slower than the the technicians in the other two lanes. Really doesn't make sense. He also had his mask on below his nose while speaking with the customer. The other two had their mask on. I ended up leaving once I was next as I was now late to an existing appointment. Worst experience. Brought the car in for an oil change, mind you we provided our own parts and oil, and a BRAND NEW drain plug. The guy comes over and rudely says "yeah idk the drain plug is stripped I'm just gonna put it in the notes. Idk... it just happens over time idk" the last oil change was performed at a Toyota dealership by a main shop technician who replaced the drain plug and torqued it to spec. The employee even said it came out just fine. And they said that it was stripped before they even torqued the drain plug down. How does that make sense? They told us that it isn't tightened all the way so we drove off with a loose drain plug that they stripped. So we paid $60 for just labor alone on an oil change, and have to go replace the oil pan and get yet another oil change for $700. Awful service all around, costing us way more than expected due to them damaging our car. Will not be coming back. read more

They've answered all the questions I had for them, checked my tire pressure, wipe down my front and back window and made sure to turn my maintenance light off before i leave. This is literally the only spot I take to get my oil changed. They somehow broke my dipstick tube the last time and I didn't notice it until last week, and now that I went to get the oil changed they say they can't because the oil dip stick is broken. When they pulled up my records of cars, first thing the guy says is a "Toyota Tundra" under my name which is impossible because I've never owned one, and then they say the address on file doesn't match my id, and then they say there is absolutely no record of me ever going there. I will be taking this to corporate. Terrible, will never return. read more

Initially, I went to different oil change shop on Redwood Street. This shop only had 1 car in front of me and told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait! There were 3 employees standing around! WHAT?! Anyway, I ended up going down the road to Oil Changers. As soon as I pulled up they greeted me and were super friendly, helpful, and had me in and out in about 10 minutes! They checked my tires, lights, and even washed my windows. I had brought my book to read while I waited for the oil change--I hardly got through 2 pages before these guys were finished! The price was fair. From now on, this will be the only place in Vallejo I go to get my oil changed! read more

by far the worst customer service ever. The employees were cursing in front of customers. I had my 4yr old som with me, and they showed the least amount of respect to keep a better decorum. Two employees were arguing and getting ready to fight. And the manager verbatim: "y'all take that shit around the corner and fight, and make sure y'all not in front of the cameras." On top of all this, the line que was terrible as 3 cars were serviced ahead of me, because the cars in front of me were having issues. I've been there 3 times and the guy addicted to energy drinks (I think his name is Noah haha) is super friendly and efficient. They fixed an issue on my Yukon Denali that could have been catastrophic if it wasn't caught, but they spotted the problem and had it corrected in under 30 minutes. Talking about hero's in your on community. I would like to personally give my assurance to the oil changers in Vallejo California. And after numerous complaints and misunderstanding the district & regional manager when up and above to help me successfully feel assured about my 2008 dodge charger and how an accident and jumping to conclusion can be avoided by knowing your vehicle. On Sunday simple oil change went wrong in my mind and I accused the oil changers. I contacted BBB, ccc, FBI you name it. I wanted answers and solutions to my engine light service activated. It start as a simple spill of oil and within two days I blamed the company. They were more than willing to offer assurance the issue would be resolved. Tony the district manager was very helpful in finding a garage to fix it within 24 hours and pay the bill. As the day went on later that afternoon twin auto shop in Vallejo ( which I will never go back to, unfortunately. Called and said my car was ready. The engine light is still on...communication by the secretary that my car has issues. Let's keep in mind this car has 116,545 miles and never had an issue. So I'm hot, heated emotionally drained. On top of that Tony, the district manager was on vacation. Wow. So this is where the second hero comes in and blesses me with his courtesy and generosity mr Josh Reginal manger said hey bring it on Tuesday me and my manager will check it. Almost cried...make a long story short Josh and his manager repaired my car and replace parts and engine light went off. Problem solved and they pick me up and returned me to my house and car. What epic!!! Is that the oil spill had nothing to do with there technician or service. My car was in need off tuneup and simple maintenance. That I assumed had been done by a family. I'm usually a pretty chill person, so if I'm writing a negative review, this place must really suck!!! I am a repeat customer with my commuter car that requires new oil every 8 months or sooner. I 'v had good service in the past here. The wait is always super long when I go, but it is what it is gotta get my oil changed. Today, after patiently waiting over 90 minutes (only 4 cars were ahead of me btw), I'm finally in the bay with my hood up when they realize they do not have my oil filter in stock. The last time this happened, one of the guys ran across the street to the auto parts store and bought one. Today, they simply said, too bad, we don't have it. No apology, no offer of a coupon, no sorry for wasting your time, nada! Poor customer service! Avoid Oil Changers at all costs or roll the dice and wait for over an hour just to be told they are out of stock! You guys suck!!! read more
